The whole essence of Zen consists in walking along the razor's edge of Now-to be so utterly, so completely present that no problem, no suffering, nothing that is not who you are in your essence, can survive in you. In the Now, in the absence of time, all your problems dissolve. Suffering needs time; it cannot survive in the Now. — Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment #kindlequotes #theNow #presence #suffering #eckhartTolle #thePowerOfNow https://www.instagram.com/p/CmecxGju-6A/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Everything is inside of us all . We all have part of God within us. We are holograms of God. So believe in what you want to manifest and make it happen in your mind. If you need help then try these affirmation videos while you sleep.
Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need?
Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.
ੈ♡˳ I share these books because they changed my life. Maybe they can change yours too.
BTW this is not a fixed list. I am constantly discovering new books since I hang out in the library in my free time 😆 A year from now my favorites could be completely different. Who knows? I’m just a human like you figuring this life shit out.˚ ༘♡ ⋆。˚ ❀
‘You can be very much aware that when you are stressed, it always is a sign you have lost the present moment. So, you can choose to re-enter the present moment.’
In the egoic state, your sense of self, your identity, is derived from your thinking mind - in other words, what your mind tells you about yourself: the storyline of you, the memories, the expectations, all the thoughts that go through your head continuously and the emotions that reflect those thoughts. All those things make up your sense of self. #selfimprovementquotes #selfimprovementdaily #selfimprovefy #learningquotes #quoteoftheday✏️ #eckharttolle #eckharttollequote #senseofself #thinkingminds #thoughtsforlife https://www.instagram.com/p/CnHS84ZKTF_/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Are you worried? Do you have many "what if" thoughts? You are identified with your mind, which is projecting itself into an imaginary future situation and creating fear. There is no way that you can cope with such a situation, because it doesn't exist. It's a mental phantom. You can stop this health- and life-corroding insanity simply by acknowledging the present moment. Become aware of your breathing. Feel the air flowing in and out of your body. Feel your inner energy field. All that you ever have to deal with, cope with, in real life-as opposed to imaginary mind projections-is this moment. Ask yourself what "problem" you have right now, not next year, tomorrow, or five minutes from now. What is wrong with this moment? You can always cope with the Now, but you can never cope with the future-nor do you have to. The answer, the strength, the right action or the resource will be there when you need it, not before, not after. — Eckhart Tolle, from the book The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment #kindlequotes #eckhartTolle #worry #theFuture #fear #thePresent #breathing #thisMoment #theNow https://www.instagram.com/p/CleAn1Ku-jM/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Engaging in a thought that possess no real life force other than the attention given to it, the energy of focus.
Not just witnessing, but in it, actively interacting with its momentary existence and prolonging its invisible presence by designing a brainstorming map of “maybe this or that” thoughts.
In it, as in deeply engaged by running in an imagined circle of “if this thought, then of course, or possibly, this next common thought”.
And as the exhaustion of tunnel visioning on a thought and creating a rabbit hole of circle thinking hits, stepping out of it/allowing silence to be, and finally releasing the hold and involvement of thinking thoughts, ohhhh how wonderfully quiet it all truly is.
This lovely spacious nothingness of everything is beautiful because it’s all divinely quiet until personalization. The personal is such a busy little bee, but only when given a source to be busy.
