Hello, I have a problem with taking in injured Pokemon, which I'm trying to stop and I've taken in far too many. I can't keep them all even if I wanted to. I need help can you please help me release a cetoddle in the wrong climate, 2 newborn salandit, a toedscool, a VERY stubborn corphish, a sewaddle that has evolved too early after eating my storage of rare candy treats, and a bidoof with only 3 legs, a miltank still mourning her stillborn calf and finally, a two-headed belibolt. Please help me I can't do this on my own.

Well, let me start by saying I appreciate your big heart, but rescuing and rehabilitation of Pokémon takes some big brain power and resources as well.

If you truly want to help, you should work on becoming a licensed rehabilitation clinic first.

After that you should partner with your ranger base, and if you are in Sinnoh then that would be us, and work on becoming specialized in specific rehabilitation and become something of an extra facility or overflow for the main bases.

Out in Hoenn, we work with the rangers out there who have their main rescue facilities but there are a lot of extra rehabilitation clinics for a variety of Water types, but is actually really nice out there because of their very well established fire type rehabilitation center as well.

There are different centers that help places like crustaceans, invertebrates, avians, and many more.

While your heart is in the right place, I encourage you to pace yourself and work with the right people so you don't get overwhelmed, rather you can be a big help for the places getting overwhelmed.

As for your current pokemon situation.

We can help some of these pokemon, Cetoddle will be tricky, but we are still in winter, and our snow bases facilities should be fine while we get them relocated back to Paldea.

Corphish could actually be a problem, but let me judge how bad he is. Unfortunately, they are pretty invasive and can mess up an ecosystem. But maybe The Duke can keep him in check.

The Miltank would be very tricky, but I actually know a local farm around that has a lot of calves, and maybe they could help.

Unfortunately a 3-legged Bidoof probably can't be released back into the wild, so it will probably need to stay in a facility, but with enough training and work, it can still live a pretty nice life with a trainer. Bidoof are very helpful pokemon, even minus one leg, their bite strength is incredibly impressive as well as their bite speed. They have impressive strength for their size, and when they evolve, their tail can also be powerful, as they are pretty good carpenters.

If you continue this path of rehabilitation, you could use a partner, and sometimes, the best partners are the ones who receive help from you.

Iono Headcanons

-Never give her coffee. She'll be unstoppable

-She squishes her belibolt A LOT. When playing, when calming down, when relaxing, etc. She'll just have it out of its ball and be squishing it's fake eyes

-Goes to bed super late but gets up super early, somehow fully rested

-She absolutely loves Kareokee. A favorite of hers is Tik Tok by Kesha. She's not that great of a singer though

-She grew up in a billingual household, which is why she mushes a lot of languages together. Mom was Kalosian while her dad was Kantonian. Probably traveled a lot as well, and picked up languages like that too

-Her favorite food is whipped cream

-Really enjoys pokemon performances and wanted to be a performer when she was younger. But she just could never do it, so she decided to be a streamer instead

-Her internet rival is Raihan and they have debates online. Even though she acts like she doesn't like him, she actually respects him a lot and finds their rivalry fun

-Confused about her age, but the wiki says she's a "young girl." Ima say she's 16-18

-Wants to do a lot more crazier stuff for her streams, but Geeta won't let her

What's your take on the living bath toy belibolt?

Bellibolt seems to be a love or hate it kind of Pokemon, and I'm... not big on it. I like the concept of a plasma ball frog, but the execution doesn't do much for me.

On the plus side, like I said, plasma balls are cool and not something Pokemon's really tapped into yet. The mention that its "croaking" is just its stomach making noise because it's hungry is a nice touch as well, and 'm also always a huge fan of false eyespots being used to confuse potential predators. Also, the name is great.

But on the minus side, I'm not a huge fan of Pokemon that don't have distinct anatomy (shapeless limbs, faces directly on bodies without defined heads, that kind of thing). I can still like them and this is kind of just a me thing to begin with, but it always sticks out to me when we a Pokemon that looks like a squishmallow like Bellibolt here.

I also don't care for the colors. First, orange and yellow are too similar to really justify them both being here; you could just go pure yellow and teal. And secondly, having the true face be yellow on blue looks... strange. You generally expect the face of something to be darker or the same color as the skin, so having it be lighter makes it very hard to read it as a face. The amount of highly-saturated colors also makes it distracting; my eye isn't sure if it wants to go to the plasma ball stomach or the true face or the false face. Here's a quick color edit:

This obviously doesn't fix all of the problems I have with it, but I think the darker black accents help the face read more as a face, and the focus stays on the stomach instead of being drawn away from it with a bunch of other bright colors. It's also higher contrast, as the grey belly and the teal skin are too similar on the actual art, making it look muddied.

Colors aside, conceptually it also seems to lack focus. The plasma ball and the fake face are two good ideas, but they're both fighting for attention on the design and would've been better as two separate concepts. Likewise, the random marks all over the body are strange. I get not wanting the back to be completely blank (plus the way it reflects the stomach is neat), but why have them on the sides of the body, or the head?

Also, side note: man, the modeling doesn't do Bellibolt any favors. The stomach should be transparent; black from the front because you're seeing the insides, clear from the sides. But instead, it's just all black. And the electricity looks like a 2D texture, rather than energy within the stomach.

So overall, I like the idea of this Pokemon a lot, and it has a lot of good things going for it. However, the final design has a messy palette and lacks a clear focus. At least it still looks fun to hug.

I like where your head's at! I had a few other ideas for names *and* I just got polls, so I'll leave it up for a bit.

Bellibolt doesn't zap me. It's actually got this weird goo on its hands that stops the electricity, but it does get everywhere and it is not easy to get off. It's worth it though, Bellibolt's so friendly.

After her last streamathon and following rap battle collab with Ryme, it was finally time to hit the hay and relax for once. “Did you watch out subscriber numbers yesterday, Belibolt? Swore it rose harder than a Rising Voltage!”

“[Bolt!]” Belibolt wiggled happily.

Iono chuckled. “Yah! Still, it’s good to spend some time my best buddy.” She lightly rubbed his belly. “Aaanyway, you know what they say: an exhausted Iono is an unsubscribed Iono, right?”

Iono and Belibolt got themselves comfortable and rested; however, despite the sunglasses and having her Magnemite accessories resting, it would be pretty obvious to see who it was. Maybe they’d be able to collab for a time to relax?
