Okay no spoilers pls but I'm playing baldurs gate and it's the most in depth rpg I've done and I'm loving it

I planned on romancing Gale first, knowing I would fall for Astarion but I didn't want my first play through to be low key evil. But yall it's getting so hard to resist him 😭 the tortured sad boy of all our dreams

Is he redeemable? Can I play a good character and convince him?

I'm torn between switching sides but also I feel like this character isn't made for him and considering starting a brand new one more astarion flavored lol

Watching/listening to my Tav chat back and forth with the companions while running around makes me really wish they kept Tavs audio. And after seeing clips of cut scenes with the audio, it makes me want it so much more. Like it's weird.

I read that it was because they thought the players would feel more connected with Tav or something. But I highly disagree. If anything it has had the opposite effect.

How can she feel like part of the party if she doesn't speak. So weird.

I hate that shes just standing there making odd faces. It drives me nuts.
