Not necessarily, though, re: Henry, Edward, and the Mindflayer.

If we recall, Henry and Edward already have wildly different versions of events just based on the time frame alone and which US state they originate from. I can't claim to know for sure what the reality of their situation is, but it's entirely possible that the Nevada incident never took place before NINA/the 1979 massacre happened (an event that can only exist within NINA, if we recall the weirdness there re: Brenner-El's memories and the frozen clock), especially given that Rachel, NV (TFS Henry/Edward's hometown, as opposed to filmed Henry's supposed hometown of South Bend, IN) didn't exist until 1978. Which is to say: NINA may have fucked up the timelines/created a new timeline/the "real" TFS timeline wherein one Henward is part of the Mindflayer (see: TFS Brenner's weirdness and the UD Double Agent theory) and the other Henward is flayed, etc., etc..

Which, briefly...Hello, Ruth and Rose from Notre Dame (located in South Bend)...Ruth being a name of a town in Nevada and Rose being a Creel signifier...anyway...

In short: It's hard to say exactly what's going on, but I highly doubt both boys experienced the exact same version of events re: the Mindflayer.

Hey so in my depression about tr!WaterHalo falling apart again I started thinking about why and went down a rabbit hole of angst so if that was Bad's intention , great job :D (/neg but not really, just in a silly way)

Anyways: So i was thinking about how, yes tr!Bad is an oblivious aromantic son of a bitch (I'm aromantic as well, that doesn't explain away his lack of rizz /j) who fumbled the dragon lady for like the millionth time, but there is probably a little more going on to this given him saying "angsty lore is the best lore" so I went down a rabbit hole of where this all goes

Yes this is gonna be a lot and yes it is honestly lowkey embarrassing that I thought up all this because of tr!Bad nosediving a date so hard he might as well have ended up at the center of the earth, BUT I DIGRESS:

*warning: most of this has nothing to do with holywater, it's mostly just !Bad*

tr!Bad has kinda been going through Ultra Depression™ like I've mentioned before due to him losing everything he cares about, which has resorted in him becoming a Gold Medal Olympic Alcoholic but also he's started to push people away a bit more

I got to thinking maybe the reason why Bad botched this date so hard (if we ignore the fact that he is in fact just this oblivious and didn't realize it was romantic) is because he's trying really hard to not actually care about Water, because he knows that people he cares about get hurt/die, even given his best efforts to save them..so maybe if he lets Water start hating him on her own, she'll stay away and live a long life like she deserves

BUT then I started thinking about !Bad as a character and just how fucking depressing he is which led me down the path of thinking about what exactly happened to him/what is happening to him now which leads me to my theories of his character and timeline of events:

Bad is an angel chilling in heaven, doing what he's told like any good angel does when he's given the task of killing the dinosaurs, which he does because it's what he's told to do. However, when he returns he is told this is his purpose, his one task for all eternity is to kill and cause destruction which is not at all something that sounds inticing.

He, along with others, rebel against this idea that their fate and existence is predetermined against their will which directly contradicts their existence. They get thrown out of heaven leading to his fall and being trapped under Euphrates, only being able to escape when he, who would've guessed it, kills the angels guarding him, proving the heavens right.

Like a curse and a constant reminder, a halo continuously hangs over his head even if everywhere he goes, catastrophe follows and every person he learns to love dies by either his own hand or his own actions/inactions, reminding him that his fate is sealed and he can do nothing to prevent it, no matter how hard he tries.

And this gets proven for him when he stumbles onto an island and meets the first creatures in a long time he'd sacrifice himself for: his kids. This was a love that ran deeper than any he had felt before..so when they went missing and he couldn't feel their lives close, he spiraled. Believing he had lost them, he prepares himself to be a catalyst for the end of the world, torturing himself to feel a fraction of the amount of pain he was about to bring. If his kids were truly dead, then the end of life on earth would bring them together again, he would swallow his pride and do what the heavens sent him to do if it meant he could reunite with them again.

But he miscalculated. They were alive, being held somewhere horrible where he had to embrace the killing to potentially save them, but by that time, he was already prepared. When they were escaping from that place and he tanked a nuke to save Dapper, his decay got worse and he found himself in his own mind, between life and death, debating with himself and the different parts of his soul on what to do. He was so prepared to take on his mission, but now what? He was so dead set on completing his purpose to return to his kids, but now they were here with him again, he needed to protect them and take care of them, it wasn't time yet again.

That purpose ate away ate him, but he couldn't risk hurting his kids so when the opportunity to go back to that place of killing arose, he sent the part of his soul that wanted it the most, while the other parts got to stay and protect his kids from it. But his body was still in a state of decay, and actions always have consequences, he suffered for literal months slowly dying but stayed there for his kids, until his body and mind literally gave out, reliving the worst moment in all his lives: the day he lost his son.

When he gets to that desert again, with the scales laid before him and two doors on either side, he didn't even notice they were balanced, not until he looked towards the door "Home", the only place he was ever meant to exist. The door normally locked and chained shut not stood clean, almost welcoming..and he screams "why?" Why now does he get the choice to return home? Why when he finally has something to protect, that he's finally been able to protect, does he get the option to go? He contemplates for what feels like days, but he made a promise to return to his babies, and while it wasn't a deal, he couldn't bring himself to break it.

So he returns to them..but he only has limited time with them before he seemingly does what he does best and the people he loves are once again taken from him. Once all his kids are done, he has carved their memorial into the very earth, and the last of his comrades depart, he does as well. He kills himself seemingly in the only rift in whatever protection the island has and seems..surprised to arrive back in the desert in front of those scales. He turns and sees his kids run up to him from the wide open gates of his home. A beautiful sight, if it didn't come with a cost. Heaven basically dangles his kids in front of his face, knowing these creatures were what he chose over them, knowing the pull they have over him and using it as leverage to push him to complete his mission.. and it kind of works.

Now he finds himself in this new realm, meeting new and old friends, people he cares for, but knowing deep down he's here for a specific reason. He needs to finish this Cathedral to figure out the missing piece to the puzzle of what his mission is/how to complete it. But what's the rush really? He knows his kids are safe in heaven, they can't die again and are out of harms way, he can spend some spare moments enjoying life before he snuffs it out.

I don't think this Cathedral is to contact heaven, I think that's what Bad hopes it does. Bad has made it clear that his mind and memory are all over the place, I've said it before and I'll say it again: I believe that the part of his soul that remembers his mission and is fully prepared to kill the entire planet to see his kids again, is the one he left in Purgatory, and I also fully believe Heaven would trick him into bringing that part of his soul back and forcing Bad to combine it back with the rest of himself. And when not if his mind fails again, maybe it isn't alcohol or a broken heart, but a broken soul, torn between killing everyone to return home to his kids, or never seeing his kids again to buy humanity more time than heaven believes they deserve.

There are some more theories I have that are a lot more eccentric like Bad potentially going through with the apocalypse but betraying heaven to make a new world (maybe with the help of Foolish 👀) but that's not really something I believe is planned lol

There's that scene where Baghera, Antoine, and Bad go adventuring out with their kids, and Bad leads the way trying his best to show them good dungeons with useful loot that aren't too hard

They cross a field running, jump into a speedboat and dash through until they spot a structure on the horizon. They loot it, rinse and repeat.

They just raided an outpost, Baghera has just stepped in and is trying to collect the bookshelves inside when she hears one of the eggs outside blowing into a horn, calling for attention. All the while Baghera is feeling overwhelmed. She explains out loud that she feels the others don't realize how poor she really is, how she's got nothing and how she's still discovering so many new biomes and new features that were added recently. She wants to take her time to check it all out properly, she wants to collect building blocks she likes for her house - because Baghera doesn't have a house yet.

This isn't the first time she brings it up on this evening. Since the first time she encountered BBH earlier that day, he has been slowly introducing her to the idea of building a house near him and Pierre. He said so himself to the eggs that he's trying to convince her to do so. At first he asked her if she had anywhere to live, then upon learning she's only got a hole dug on the flank of a hill so far, he told her they needed to get her a house. Then he showed her his place, welcomed her in and showed him everything that could peak her interest :

Here's BBH's storage room, Baghera can have free unlimited access to it. Here's a flower field surrounding the place, it's really pretty isn't it ? Here's the beach house Pierre built on the bank of this cool lake, look how gorgeous it is, she could build the same if she wanted to. Also don't fail to mention there's a nearby lavender field around, Baghera really likes purple right ? Surely she could enjoy the biome enough to decide to settle down over there.

And Baghera's immediate response is to use Pierre's waystone to teleport the gang to her actual place. Actually, she doesn't exactly teleport them to her place, she teleports them to Phil's place first, which is right across the river from where she lives. Because she doesn't have a waystone to herself, because again : She is poor.

She then proceeds to show them around her "house", which is a (yet to be) repurposed dungeon. It's empty so far. BBH notices and remembers it's a dungeon that he had already raided with Dapper a week ago before Baghera found it.

Baghera doesn't have much if anything at all. She started the afternoon with -37 coins and a gapple which she offered to Acau as a welcoming gift. Still she was so happy when she accidentaly discovered that dungeon and loved its aesthetic, even if the loot that was left inside was barely useful, but to her it was all she had.

Back to the pillager outpost, Antoine overhears Baghera mention how exhausted she is and how meeting everyone at spawn earlier has been really draining for her. That's why she usually prefers exploring alone because then she can do it at her own pace without feeling pressured, because what is of interest to her may not be for her adventuring partners.

Antoine immidiately tries to reassure her the best he can, tells her that she can take all her time and shouldn't hurry for them, that they will wait for her. Baghera apologizes. While BBH is wondering what they're doing, Dapper goes up the tower to check on them, Antoine asks them to wait for them as they are taking their time. Baghera apologizes. When alone with her again she explains that it bothers her to not be able to take breaks and go at her own pace, but she blames herself for it because she accepted to go exploring in group and obviously even if Antoine and Bad keep telling her that they understand and try to make her feel the most at ease, and giving her food and gear. Well anyone would still feel pressured because making the others wait all the time might become boring for the rest of the group whether they say they're okay with it or not. At some point Baghera explains to Bad that she isn't feeling so hot, when she turns around he is 30 ft further ; something caught his attention and he wanted to check it out briefly. She comes up to him again and tell him she needs to get sugar because she is feeling dizzy, she insists that they shouldn't wait for her. Once she comes back, she tells the group that she wants to part ways and go back to building her house. Right on queue, Bad reminds her that she is the most welcome if she wants to come live near his place. Baghera still doesn't explicitely agree nor disagree with the idea, she only says she wants to build because that's what she enjoys doing. Right after, the group catch her up on what they were doing while she was afk : They're about to go raid this very dangerous sky dungeon, and Bad invites Baghera to join them. She iterates that sadly she will not, but Bad who's attention was caught by Dapper, has already ran off to listen to his child. Pomme and Antoine tell her it's okay, but then Bad rushes back towards them to excitedly show them what cool shenanigan Dapper is up to. Baghera bids them goodbye and Bad seems both surprised and disappointed to hear she's leaving now. As she is walking away, Antoine once again whispers to Bad that she was feeling real tired to which the latest answers he completely understands.

It's not so relevant of a moment lore-wise, but I've still been thinking about it a lot because I'm usually really into these kinds of small interactions that are still loud because of everyone's points of views ? Baghera's been there for 3 days and she still hasn't properly brought up to anyone what happened to her during Purgatory - she is not doing fine (I'm not going to go in depth because I'd have to slap a big ol trigger warning but her reaction to reading Pomme's and Richas' signs kicked me in the guts with the strenght of a 3T truck). And meanwhile BBH is this close to kick the bucket too and there's all his motivations that push him to surround himself with people when he would previously be paranoid about inviting anyone to his old base (and none of the french-speakers knew back then). Antoine is just vibing good for him (this was his last qsmp stream too lmao pretend i'm not crying rn /hj)

But it's one of those cases where everything was set up perfectly for it (Pomme was literally jumping with excitement at the idea of two more of her parents getting to live near) but it simply wasn't meant to happen -at least not that day-

Study Results (1/??)

I'll post some of the results now! Firstly, I'll write about how I processed the data for those interested in details. (Please inform me if you see anything wrong or want to suggest a different method. I'm just an average person with an undergrad degree...)

If you just want to see the analysis, skip the data cleaning and test assumptions part! As a disclaimer, I don't know if this is all for now or if I can bring myself to work more on it soon 😭

Data Cleaning

I realized that some of you guys didn't do the test and wrote the numbers by yourself 😊 And it took me hours to clean the data

As expected, there were some typos, and I corrected them before deciding which participants to exclude. For instance, some wrote 29/20, and since the sum of the subfactor scores is equal to your main factor score, I was able to confirm that it should be 19/20 by doing main_factor_score—other_subfactors = target_subfactor.

After dealing with typos, all participants who entered random values like 0000 and values that didn't align with the main factor scores were excluded.

In the end, the sample size was reduced from ~2600 to 1929.

Test Assumptions

The normality and homogeneity of variance were checked. Most of them fulfilled the homogeneity of variance(Levene's Test), but normality was problematic. I assessed normality based on Kolmogorov-Smirnov(KS), kurtosis, skewness, and Q-Q plot. There were some outliers, but most of them were a natural part of the data, so I didn't change anything about them. Although KS values were lower than .05 , I assumed normality if kurtosis and skewness seemed average (-2 to +2 for kurtosis, -1 to +1 for skewness). For others, I tried trimming, LOG, SQRT, Z, and LN transformations, but still couldn't normalize... Winsorizing would probably work, but there are too many participants(yes, I'm lazy). So, I'm gonna be relatively liberal about normality.

Results

Please note that all of them have small effect sizes (0.2 Cohen's d or 0.1 η2). So regardless of the p values, the actual association between your personality based on the big five and character choices in lads might be small in degree. Also, this is an observational study, which means you shouldn't try to infer a causation or a strict relation (so use it just for your enjoyment, not for fandom chaos~). But I'll put my personal comment under them because I need to enjoy myself too lol

Also, I realised that some of those are changing or disappearing when I compare poc(people of color) and non-poc within themselves. Therefore, the effects might be moderated/mediated by cultural differences as well.

===Trust====

Sylus mains had the lowest mean score in terms of trust(M=11.2, SD=3.42). Yet, they significantly differed only from Xavier mains who had the highest mean(M=12.1, SD=3.28).

Personal comment: I don't know what to make of it. But let me put those here as well.

==Conscientiousness and Agreeableness==

I'll write this together because I have a theory about these results.

Caleb mains' scores were the lowest in terms of conscientiousness (M=74.3, SD=13.7) and agreeableness(M=84.4, SD=13.8). For conscientiousness, they significantly differed from Zayne and Sylus mains. And for agreeableness, they significantly differed from Zayne and Xavier mains. [Agreeableness showed unequal variances, so I used Kruskall-Wallis test]

Personal comment: Honestly, I'm surprised. (Caleb and his girlies not beating red flag/villain allegations)

If anything, I would expect Sylus mains to have lower agreeableness and conscientiousness (first impressions don't disappear).

Then I thought, what if it's related to Caleb being MC's adopted brother? Listen before shooting me. To feel at ease with this setting, you should have higher (but healthy) dissociative tendencies to detach yourself from its real-life associations. And guess what— low agreeableness and low conscientiousness are related to high disassociation [refer to:https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1130527417300373]. Secondly, having a lower need to conform(related to agreeableness and conscientiousness) with others might be making it easier for some people to choose Caleb as their main love interest.

(But as I said, these results are liable to change. For instance, for the non-poc sample the lowest mean value of conscientiousness belongs to Rafayel mains)

===Emotionality===

Caleb(M=14.7, SD=3.49) mains had the lowest emotionality score, and the difference between them and Zayne(M=15.6, SD=3.04), Rafayel(M=15.5, SD=3.11), and Sylus(M=15.5, SD=3.33) mains was significant

Personal comment:......Babes lolololol. Is Caleb's robot alter taking over his mains?? Did they get a Toring chip as well? It's so funny omg

===Self-Discipline===

Rafayel(M=10.1, SD=2.96) and Caleb(M=10.1, SD=2.97) mains had similarly low scores of self-discipline, and they differed from Zayne(M=10.8, SD=2.87) and Sylus(M=10.8, SD=2.79) significantly.

Personal comment: As a Rafayel main, I can confirm this.

=Second Love Interest=

Most of Zayne mains chose Sylus as their second love interest. The other most preferred second love interest was Caleb, but since this test was done just before Caleb's new myth, the results might be affected by our excitement for it. Also, Zayne mains showed low preference for Rafayel.

A note about less significant/non-significant observations:

As a whole, we have low extraversion and average conscientiousness, as well as high openness to experience, neuroticism, and agreeableness

For subcategories, we have the highest mean for imagination and the lowest mean for gregariousness. (perfect combination to date fictional men)

Sylus and Zayne mains had similar mean scores in many main factors and subfactors of the Big Five test. Likewise, Rafayel and Caleb mains' scores were close to each other, and they contrasted with Sylus and Zayne(not always significantly tho). Xavier mains generally had balanced scores.

None of the groups differed significantly in terms of openness to experience, neuroticism, extroversion, and these factors' subcategories.

To check if the data gives standard results, I checked socioeconomic status(SES) and its relation to neuroticism since previous studies indicate higher neuroticism for low SES groups, and it was the same for this dataset as well. Anxiety, depression, and neuroticism showed a slightly decreasing trend as the SES increased.

Some studies suggest that people of color have lower trust scores, but in this study, poc had higher trust than non-poc. However, it might be due to the differences in exposure to discrimination between poc who live in the US and those who are natives of other countries.

Images drop on some BIG screens at D23 seems like!

First off, great new looks and close ups of Varang!

First off it's super dope. Look at her fingers! Looks like she's wearing claws (bone? forbidden metal? body mods). The notches on her belly and legs also look like potential scarifications!

Stuff I want to scream about on a personal level: The tswins... I made my Txepiva (ash Na'vi) fan clan to be warrior like, living in more desertic areas, and cutting queues as part of warfare. I also recently made a sketch to illustrate an idea to a friend that they may wear these queues in a bandolier tied to shoulders and hips as a show-off.

My Txepiva also have bare tail tips, and Varangs fits this too in this art, though I'm sure it's just the light rendering technique. If not, then I should apply for a job on the brainstorming team lmao.

Though I appreciate the idea of warfare and tswin cutting, I want to point out it's also possible that she's not actually wearing the tswin of her enemies, or at least not in the "this is how we kill other Na'vi" way.

The others around her are in obscuring and impractical headdresses, and this looks like a ritual. IMO it's very possible that the tswin she wears are that of ancestors, or old leaders, great warriors, or even enemies, collected and rebraided to create this distinct look. I particularly think it'd make sense for it to be made of the hair of past leaders and worn as a sort of crown, as nobody else is rocking that look in the image.

Next we have her weird not-an-ikran.

Glorious beast with 10 winglets where ikran have 4. It also has mouth frills, jaw frills, and a spike over its head, making it closer to stingbats in that area. Here's a super obvious comparison with an enlarged stingbat picture:

So their mount probaby evolved independantly from ikran. Would be fun if they also have poison.

Another FUN detail : GUNS!! Does it look like guns? Could be recoms then, Lyle, Q , and some new red shirt recoms... or could be Omatikaya wil RDA guns...

But for real, there are only two types of Na'vi with guns: the Omatikaya clan and the recombinants. Given past images in leaks ((remember this?))

It's most likely that the people interacting with Varang are going to be recoms and not Jake's people. BUT who knows where the plot will go. If it's recoms, I'd looove to know if it's 3 moffos because Q+Lyle+Mansk, or if we're getting new recom red shirts or what.

Then we have views of air ships, so we're getting to see the promised Wind Traders, with Neytiri in the forefront, and the Man'o'war inspired floaters being pulled by sky manta ray...

Not much to say about those. I just hope we get some high definition version released online soon.

I’ve finally had the time to start reading through your big analysis and. Oh. My. God.

I’m gonna rant for a second so I’m like really sorry if this comes across as odd or smth BUT IM SO GENUINELY LIKE VIBRATING IN MY SEAT.

The way you put your words and thoughts together is so incredibly digestible, I’ve always loved wordy and long analysis and essays but because of my neurodivergence it is sometimes hard to keep attention on what I’m reading if the story or subject isn’t captivating to me. Which is something I genuinely worried about, I really wanted to read this analysis because I’ve been waiting for it for so long, but because of the fandom drama and stuff personally it’s been really hard for me to get really into Stranger Things media, wether it be fics or BTS pics or anything like that

That being said, this is the most excited I’ve felt about Stranger Things in so long, and I mean that so literally. I’ve been captivated by your words and thoughts the entire time, I haven’t been able to look away from it except for what I’m doing right now because I NEEDED you to know how much I’m enjoying it, you’re work is always so so amazing and I love all of it so much

I'm really really glad my writing is digestible and engaging. That's something I really worry about when I'm writing longer analyses, because honestly sometimes even I get a little lost when I'm mapping out all the webby connections the writers pack into ST/TFS.

I'm exactly the same, though, when it comes to reading about stuff I'm not interested in: it's like pulling teeth 😭 So it's a really really huge compliment to hear that my work made you excited about the source material again!! I'm just :> waowwwwww lsdkjfdslk <3

The fandom drama is such a turn-off, but I let the spite fuel my love for the source material that much more. I love being able to give a big "fuck you" to everyone who shit on me—I'm just happy people are connecting with my stuff, honestly. Rewatching ST with a new frame of mind is something I've been meaning to do since about halfway through that analysis...and by god I'm going to do it eventually!! World Underneath — Fractal Library Q&A: Breakdown and Theories

This story raised so many questions for me... I felt the need to do an analysis. So, let's go! (Long post ahead)

Preface

It's important to note that when Infold released this update, it came with a corresponding social media post, of which I will just show the part relating to this story:

As you can see, it's stated that this story is related to Zayne. It's important to keep this in mind as he himself isn't mentioned by name in it.

Although, we still could've known it was about him by a few things, it's good to have certain confirmation.

Also, it's helpful to have read The Foreseer's myth, Master of Fate's myth and Dawnbreaker's anecdote before continuing, because although I will give reminders about key elements, the full picture is lost if you don't know what I'm talking about.

What is the Fractal Library?

It's not actually a library in the strict sense, because it doesn't necessarily have books. Let's explore this.

I think the concept of 'fractal' wasn't explained neatly enough in the story, so let me provide more on that. Taking this definition from google:

A fractal is a shape that when you take the shape apart into pieces, the pieces are the same or similar to the whole.

You know a good example of a fractal? A snowflake. (Yeah... Yeah.) Snowflakes have this shape -> ❄️. And guess what it looks like when you put it under a microscope. You get many tiny ❄️ put together. A meta-shape.

Now, back to the library itself. It's not clear what the things in the library are, because they're almost Schrodinger's books in the sense that sometimes they are books, and sometimes they're not. As the administrator tells a kid,

"A lot of the things here aren't what you'd call books, but let's call them 'books' for the sake of convenience. [...] When you want to read them, they'll take on a form that's easy for you to understand. Books are the ideal medium. But if you prefer cartoons, that works too."

Sorry, admin, but I don't think 'books' is the best term for them. They're more like windows. Windows to a different universe, a parallel universe, that can appear as books.

So, what's fractal about these 'books'? As they explain, every book is an entire universe. Except, all the books are the same universe, with slight changes. If you put every book together, you'd get every single possibility that could occur in the universe; what if you took the train? what if you went by foot? what if you didn't go at all? Each its own universe. Stories growing upon themselves with each little decision, like fractals, stories inside stories.

Do you recall any other books in the game that let you experience a parallel universe in a non-book-restricted way? That's right, the books in the Tower of Thorns. They teleported MC inside them and let her experience the contents for herself.

And this is just the beginning of the connections with The Foreseer.

I can't imagine how big the Library must be, to contain all of that (except I can, and we have pictures).

Who is the Library's administrator?

That is, the person telling us all of the information about it in the story. I have a wild theory about this one.

First, we can deduce that this person might be on the older side (older, not meaning 'old') since they've gone through more than 6 jobs "over the years" before settling as the administrator. They also used to travel a lot.

Much like Zayne, they also like sweets. This could be a mere coincidence, but it's strange that they pointed that out. I think it was done as a way to further emphasize their connection to Zayne. However, their personality is much more cheerful and open.

I would have to get feedback from people who can read this in other languages, but there is no mention to their gender.

Right. So, putting all of this together, who do I think it is?

Jas. Or, at least, the version of Jas in the current timeline.

If you remember, in the Foreseer's myth there's a sentient ice cluster named Jas, who mainly stays in the library to help her and Zayne reach the higher rows of books by lifting them in ice platforms.

When MC asks about its origin, Zayne confirms that he didn't create it. Jas simply exists.

So Jas is its own entity that simply looks after the library inside the Tower of Thorns (among other things). And the administrator is their own person that simply looks after the Fractal Library.

This one is more speculation than anything, but it would be nice to see Jas again, wouldn't it?

Who is the person on the other side of the telephone?

Some of you are going to get stupidly giddy about my theory here.

We have to note a few things:

— They have impeccable timing, calling every day at 10 AM, and as described by the admin,

"No one manages time as precisely as that caller."

— They're not the owner of the place, but they gave the administrator their position and they seem to look after it.

— They write books. Let's assume the ones in the library.

— They're the one who gave the administrator the order to wait for a specific man to walk in, who would be the owner.

— They have strange powers(?) (I don't know what else to call them), because first of all, how did they know to ring the Library at the right time when the administrator walked in if it was abandoned? And the admin said,

"I approached the counter and answered the phone as if beckoned by an unseen force."

Not only that, but the fact that they can write these 'books' at all??

— They're trying to create a specific 'book'. At the end of the story we hear the admin say into the phone,

"...By the way, how did that new book of yours turn out? When can I read it? Oh... It failed again?"

What does 'it failed' mean? Can't you just write whatever you want if it's your 'book'? Admin also stated earlier,

"If these stories are someone's reality, if their worlds truly exist or once did... Could they have been just experimental playgrounds for some god's whim? Bits and pieces thrown together without a second thought, proportions guided by mood, one failure after another."

We can also guess with this that the admin doesn't know the true nature of the person on the other side of the phone, even if they know they write books.

— They're impatient for the owner to arrive, we can tell by the constant checking in on the matter despite the fact that it will apparently happen on a specific date.

So, putting all these pieces together.

A creator of worlds. A god. Not an all-powerful god, since their worlds keep failing. They're waiting for the owner of the Library, that is, the owner of these books. The owner of these universes. The protagonist in these universes. Zayne (why it's him, further down).

Oh golly gee, what kind of god could have an interest in Zayne, we all put our hands to our heads in unison as realization dawns, that's right baby, Astra.

Listen, take this with a BIG grain of salt, okay? Plus, in this story, if that were Astra, he seems... Nice? It could be a different god altogether! Maybe Astra's opposite, even.

I'll leave this idea here, and we can move on to the next question.

Who's the true owner of the library?

As I said before, it's clearly Zayne, but I'll explain why.

Before anything, let me say that I don't think Zayne knows he is the owner. It's a Matrix situation, Neo isn't the chosen one until Trinity falls in love with him, Zayne isn't the owner of the Library until he steps through its doors. He isn't aware of its existence BUT he might know the admin because they said:

"When the moment arrives, I'm sure he'll come looking for me. [...] And if he doesn't show up, well, we know exactly where to find him, right?"

It's unclear.

Also that last line might be a reference to the fact that they're acutely aware that the stories are about him, so they know where the most probable place to find him is, based on all the existing universes.

So, onto why it's him.

The admin says,

I know an atheist will step through these doors one day. That person is the library's true owner.

God is a reoccurring theme in Zayne's lore. Starting with The Foreseer, who is directly affected by Astra (we could also mention Dawnbreaker here, since he's connected directly by the jasmine flower), Master of Fate, who is a God himself though doesn't really act like one, and finally main!timeline Zayne, where the theming is a bit more subtle.

— The Foreseer: He's not an atheist because he doesn't have a choice (💀) however, let me go a little deeper into his relationship with Astra. He's very vague about his feelings towards the God, but every word is measured as to not offend Him. Although, it also seems like, since he already has the God's favor, he doesn't need to praise him or regard him in a positive light necessarily. A kind of learned helplessness. There is one instance of explicit emotion towards Him...

"Astra's will has presented itself, and the Foreseer's indifferent facade reveals a hint of indignation as he too is imprisoned by the prophecy."

— Master of Fate: As a God himself, he also doesn't have much of a choice in his beliefs XD. However, he doesn't really care about his godhood (in the sense that, he just acts like a normal person and treats humans as equals).

— Dawnbreaker: I couldn't find any mentions of any god in his anecdote. (If I missed any, feel free to correct me). Still, since he's one of the characters in the stories mentioned by the admin, we can count him out.

— Dr. Zayne: If my memory doesn't fail me, quite a few people around Zayne have brought up the existence of a God. Yet he himself hasn't really shown an opinion. Carter asks him directly if he believes in God, and he ignores the question and instead calls Carter crazy.

Now, with Zayne's logical and methodical approach to anything, I don't think he even questions the existence of a god altogether because for him, it's always just been people. People helping and people harming. Things around him, tangible things. He might let himself play around with concepts like fate just because he's in love with MC, but at the end of the day, he's a man who blames things on people (positively and negatively speaking). And that stems from the fact that he carries every mistake he's ever made with him, as things that are his fault. No one else's. So from his point of view, it must be true for everyone else as well. No higher power. People die, people live, that's on him, that's his job.

Dr. Zayne is the only one who they could be referring to as 'an atheist'. But not only that! Since I already established the connection between the Library and The Foreseer's library, I believe there's a narrative order: Zayne enters the library and is designated its owner -> The person behind the phone makes themselves known -> ??? -> Zayne gains Astra's favor and becomes his emissary (gaining immortality) -> Time passes, Earth becomes Philos, the Library turns into the Tower of Thorns -> The Foreseer's myth.

Thus Dr. Zayne ends up as The Foreseer, memories of his past long forgotten by centuries of ice, loneliness, torture, and Astra's meddling.

It would also explain why Astra can't be a character in one of the 'books', and is interfering directly with Zayne in The Foreseer's myth — He got tired of trying to write a successful universe and instead attempted to force a narrative himself, punishing Zayne if he walked out of the path He wanted. Fate.

What are the books about?

Like I said earlier, they're universes. But let's look into them.

The administrator says one thing about them: They're all science fiction. So, the events in them aren't what's happening in the current world. But we know it's the present time since the admin says they're in Linkon City.

The admin also recounts a story they read in those books. It's strange, because they seem like two separate stories, but they say it's only one. I don't know how to interpret this incongruence entirely. A summary:

A world where they look into your genetics at birth and determine your whole life based on them, on what's most efficient. But a man bioengineered a baby with 'perfect' genes, who did whatever he wanted because he could, even if it was wrong. This caused an imbalance in society and a rebellion against the system, the rebels on the losing side. The story ends there, weirdly abruptly?

A dying world. It's better if I paraphrase the beginning:

Everyone but "him" had fallen victim to a virus that stripped away the human form and humanity. It turned people into an energy that would perish along with the planet.

"He" spent his life killing these infected individuals, until there were none left. He was the only living person remaining. Only when the world died, so did he.

I wonder why the admin put these two stories together as one. Obviously the second one is reminiscent of Dawnbreaker's anecdote. Perhaps his end. But the first one...? I hesitate to say it could be one of Zayne's future myths, but is it that far-fetched? After all, these stories seem to be all about Zayne (the "owner"), so why not? It's a failed attempt, there's no real reason why Zayne couldn't have ended up being the bad guy of the story.

Then again... What would be the successful attempt? Maybe it's not even a 'happy ending'. We don't know what the 'writer' is trying to achieve.

I'm gonna be honest here, I was really surprised when the admin let a child come in to read them, considering they're all 'failed attempts', I can't imagine a happy kids book in there 😭

Don't get me wrong, there's the possibility that not all the books are about Zayne. I'm only saying that since Infold made it clear that this World Underneath chapter was about him, and since he's the owner of these worlds, it would make sense if all the stories had to do with him. It seems like we'll get more lore about this place in the future, seeing as the last part is titled 'To Be Continued' so we'll have to wait and see.

Remaining questions...

This weird line:

"I'm in Linkon City now, so I have to stick to the schedule here."

Made me think,

— Is the admin normally somewhere else?

— Is the Library... a moving thing? A travelling library, going from place to place?

— Is the admin used to a different passage of time?

If Astra isn't the 'writer' of those books, and is, in fact, a character in them, who is the writer? A higher level god? They wrote Zayne as a God in Master of Fate, which means they have the power to create gods.

And why the fixation on Zayne? Can Zayne do something for this writer that they can't do themselves? Because, as we've stated, they aren't all-powerful.

It also raises the question, why are they so certain that there's a 'successful version'? How do they know the others are 'failed'? Simply because they're unhappy endings? Maybe I'm thinking too much about this. But if they know they can 'write' a successful world, are they simply a Laplace's Demon entertaining themselves?

There's also the fact that it was highlighted that they're very timely. In the admin's words,

"No one manages time as precisely as that caller."

Could it be a time god instead of a fate god? Just, who are they?

Another thing that's nagging me is that every chapter except the last is supposed to be a Q&A in the Library's guestbook. So, as a text that's supposed to be read by anyone, it would be normal for the admin to lie or hide some things. We can only truly judge their character in the last part. There's a part that further reinforces my belief of unreliable narrating:

P.S. Dear readers, I hope you'll spare some time in this ever-changing world to read, explore times and places beyond your experience, and discover all that lies hidden within the pages.

It might be a reach on my part, but it almost seems like a nudge? A wink?

The whole conversation at the start of the final chapter was odd.

"We'll know the truth soon enough." -> About what? About whether Zayne will arrive on that specific date?

[Talking about books.] "The one I'm working on now is long, so there's still hope." -> Is the admin a writer as well? Or do they simply review the writer's work in search of that 'successful attempt'?

At the end of the story, the admin talks to us directly. This specific line stood out to me:

"I might not meet all your expectations, [...]"

Does that mean we should have expectations? Should we know something about the admin already? If they're not Jas, are they not a new character?

To conclude

They didn't say this in the guestbook Q&A. This was a direct fourth wall break. Why say this to us?

Okay. Whew. I think that's all I wanted to say.

Excuse my ramblings, I've read this story a lot of times for this analysis and I keep coming up with borderline nonsensical theories. Feel absolutely free to ignore these or make your own.

I've probably read TOO much into it. I just got excited!!! I'm not sure what exactly about this story pulled me so strongly, but damn, I can't wait to know more!

harper appreciation/analysis rant

i think harper would hate anything that would make them feel weak or vulnerable BUT they would get turned on by it. they'd be mortified but also grateful for the unique experience then go jerk off about it or maybe make their patients re-enact it for them.

i also don't think they mind appearing weak. they are after all just a humble doctor who takes on tough cases like traumatized orphans, not a mayor or high elk or whatever, despite being a skilled hypnotist. as long as they feel in control in a situation, it doesn't bother them. probably because they think they're the smartest person in the room and out-scheming everyone else.

they're also just, so, so, so. all of the harper love points are gotten through being sexually receptive to harper, in situations where harper is in complete control. harper is vulnerable when they're overtaken by lust! they're stuttering and no longer the logical doctor so it makes sense that they'd much rather enact their lust through voyeurism + masturbation where they don't have to look like a fool. or they only enact it on people (cough cough orphans, the insane) whose opinions don't really matter. harper feeling affection for a pc who sees them in this maximally-controlled vulnerability and is responsive to it, is just, cute.

harper actually considering morals in their actions is just the cherry on top. im trying to avoid referencing the q&as as those aren't canon, but vrel has said that harper has a code of ethics and that harper's greatest flaw is that they don't do the right thing when no one's watching. like you're telling me harper feels GUILT when they're being a shameless rapist. that's fucking delicious. like their giving into their lust not only overpowers the ability to appear professional and intelligent it also causes them to loose their actual morals. like the guy who is trying to get people to give up their minds to lust is actually also giving up their mind to lust too! that's like the one morally consistent thing harper does actually!

harper isn't trying to fuck pc, they have these ethics where they think turning PC into a happy brainless slut is the right thing to do but they understand its wrong to take advantage of their patients, but they just can't help themselves to have some of pc too. and so them abusing their power to have sex with pc is also, a vulnerability and corruption of their self.

hello hi! no worries, I don't mind at all :} I'll do my best to explain how I see it, though I must say that I'm admittedly not the best at lyrical analysis, so this may or may not make sense - there's honestly a greater chance this doesn't make sense at all, in which case I apologize beforehand if it doesn't (orz)

also this answer got SUPER LONG so I will put the rest of this answer under the cut. congratulations on getting the semi-common semi-rare 'Trident explains something in an unnecessarily long response with an answer that barely makes sense'. and also apologies in advance once again. whoops

so, very clearly that line is referring to the trident, as there isn't really anything else that would be referred to as having tines, that's very much obvious; however, I don't think the rest of the line is referring to Heart, or at the very least, not Heart specifically

and the reason I don't think it is, is because of the context surrounding the line itself – and I don't mean just the lyrics before this line, I mean the accompanying music video:

I think the fact that we're shown both Heart and Mind, side to side, through this line is immensely significant, it makes it clear (to me, at the very least) that Soul isn't just talking about Heart here, he's talking about them both. because, if Soul was just talking about Heart, then wouldn't the focus just be on Heart?

and here's the thing about Light & Night: it's one of the few CCCC MVs that was more or less storyboarded by Chonny prior to/while being made. he mentions this in the Q&A

and honestly, you can very clearly see this with Light & Night, and especially Night. every single scene is very deliberate and has a purpose in conveying a message to the audience. (it's like, actually kind of unreal the amount of little details that are crammed into the music video. little tangent here, but did you know that what looks like an ultrasound scan shows up when Soul sings 'such as I am Mother's only son'? because I did not know until I read a YT comment that pointed it out. Night is probably the MV that I've rewatched the most and I still never noticed that detail up until recently.)

so with that being said, we can come to the conclusion that Mind being present through the tines line is very much intentional – but Mind has never been stated or alluded to be blind, nor was he ever mentioned having anything affecting his sight in any way, so... what's up with that?

with this I'm gonna fast forward to Storm and a Spring, where we find the first* time that a trident is referenced as more of a physical object, rather than something being tridential

*first time by song release date, not album order

here Mind refers to it as both weapon and motive. additionally, throughout the entire album, the trident is largely meant to be a symbol for the three – and not really just Soul.

so with all this, to me, the line means far less 'Soul stabbing out Heart's eyes with an actual trident' and more of:

'Soul, who wants to get Heart and Mind to harmonize again so they can be whole again, tries to show them this truth that they all need to work together, and fails. Heart and Mind can't harmonize because they can't see eye to eye together, and they don't want to become Whole under Soul's terms'

the trident, the very image of the three together, is a motivation and a purpose, that they reject, that they condemn, because they can't agree with the other, and through the music video they try, and it doesn't work. so the stabbing here is not a literal thing, but more-so a harsh truth shown that they can't accept.

and really, that's not just what the tines line means to me, it's also what Night embodies in its entirety, to me; Night is the first attempt at harmony, which ends up failing. Light, in contrast, is the last attempt at harmony, which succeeds.

I'm aware that's probably a far less exciting or thrilling interpretation of the tines line – but in the end it's what makes most sense to me, considering the overarching album themes and the context surrounding Night (the fact that it comes right after Spring and a Storm and right before Ruler of Everything makes me feel NORMAL VERY NORMAL). that being said, I completely understand why people come to the usual conclusion that Heart's blindness was caused by Soul / the trident; it is, after all, the most direct conclusion you can make from it. buuut...

I'm gonna sound like a major hater here. I promise I'm not trying to knock anyone's interpretation here – at the very end of the day CCCC is largely up to interpretation and it's very much meant to be that way. but I just really... really don't think Soul would do all that. I'm sorry to the Soul blinding Heart truthers out there. and I hope you don't mind if I explain why right now on this post (Trident yap session part... TWO!)

here's the thing – Soul is so, sooo very impartial throughout the entirety of the album. whenever he speaks either directly towards them or about them he's always referring to both, never really leaving one or the other out. there's in total two (2!) instances where Soul talks about/towards only one of the two. once in Mucka Blucka, when referring to Heart (in which he and Mind both sing 'and right as he missed' while Heart is singing 'and right as I missed') and once in Night (when Mind sings 'only thought,' and both Soul and Heart respond with 'What do you want?')

which are such minor instances in and of themselves, in both times he's singing along with Heart or Mind to refer to the other, so it's not something that he even does on his own. You could argue that the line 'but mechanical hands decided where the Heart would be,' counts, but he's still referring to both in the same line and under the same context... other than that, there's no other instances where he's referring to only one of them rather than both. (AT LEAST from what I recall, at least. if I'm wrong feel free to correct me)

with all that being said, that's why I just really... really don't get the Soul blinding Heart interpretation, and much less the punishment angle to it. not only is the punishment angle to the blinding kind of wildly ableist on its own (though I'm not really the right person to speak on it – but it feels wrong not to bring up either way). it also just doesn't make sense to me considering Soul's behavior through the rest of the album. he always treats Heart and Mind equally otherwise, whether he's on good or bad terms with them. if Soul blinded Heart (whether as punishment or not), it'd mean he'd have to do the same to Mind as well. which doesn't make much sense, does it?

and I know people commonly interpret the blinding as a response to RoE, but... I feel if it was something that was a result of RoE, it'd be mentioned in Mucka Blucka too, which lines out not only the album's themes but major events like RoE and Apathy as well. so like... waves hands vaguely. eh?

I don't know. once again I'm not trying to knock anybody else's interpretation. I do have issues with the ableism that comes from seeing the blinding as punishment done to Heart and I do think people should be more mindful / considerate of that and give it the nuance required if they're going with that angle at all, but at the end of the day I can't really control people, and the blatant truth is anyone can pretty much just do whatever they want – especially with CCCC interpretations as that's kind of the whole point. I can't really speak much on the matter either as I'm not the right person to do so nor am I going to pretend I'm a saint when it comes to it (it'd be rich of me to act high and mighty on the topic when my art isn't even accessible to visually impaired people in the first place. it's something I've admittedly been neglecting and that I just haven't gotten around to due to lack of time/other reasons, but still, it's not great)

but... yeah. waves hands vaguely. that's my answer. LOL

hopefully this is all at the very least somewhat understandable. my brain died like twice while writing this post so I maaay or may not come back later to edit this post with better wording. yknow a moment from today that I feel is really under appreciated and kinda highlights the difference between the people q!Bad trusts and the people he doesn’t?

Aypierre was showing Bad the room he used to capture and question Fred, and built into the only entry into the main room was an inventory scanner.

An inventory scanner - the thing Bad was hesitant to use to save Forever because he was scared of the islanders knowing of its existence and turning it against him. He did it anyway obviously because he cares about Forever but it’s clear he knows this is the one thing that could remove all his carefully built up protections in an instant. And the only way into the room was through it.

So Bad stops, of course, and Aypierre (who already walked through it first) notices and goes “I’ll just give you your items back, come through”

And Bad says “Ehhhh no, I…”

And Aypierre reassures him “You can come through. Don’t worry, don’t worry, don’t worry.

And Bad repeats “Ehhhh no…” And then “Forgive my paranoia, can you disable it? Or make an opening for me?” He asks it very politely too, as if he believes it’s a hard ask (it’s not).

And Aypierre does. That’s why I think this moment is underrated. Bad asks for forgiveness for his paranoia - a paranoia that has been built up and rewarded and reinforced by his experiences on the island - and yet Aypierre doesn’t treat it like a burden. He doesn’t complain about it, he doesn’t tell Bad he’s overreacting, and he certainly doesn’t try to guilt-trip or otherwise insist Bad go through when he’s clearly uncomfortable. He just… makes another opening, and Bad walks through that, and the moment of hesitance, of distrust, is left behind. Not just left behind, but accepted. From Bad’s perspective, Aypierre has essentially communicated that “I can see you don’t trust me fully, and that’s okay, I understand why. It’s not a big deal, and I can move on.”

And I think that acceptance is why Aypierre has managed to gain an impressive amount of Bad’s trust so much faster than other islanders. I think that’s why when he told Bad he put cameras in his house, Bad didn’t get upset.

A lot of islanders, even islanders that are Bad’s friends, would not have reacted the way Aypierre did to Bad not wanting to step through the inventory scanner. And it does make a difference.

Q&A on Jungkook and his Future Spouse based on placements his D1 and D9 chart

I have received various questions regarding Jungkook and his future spouse in the past weeks which I'm just going to list them all in one single post along with the analysis based on the placements in his D1 Rasi and D9 Navamsa chart. As always I will make sure that I mention the specific placements for everything and also in derived way as well to show you the perspective from both sides (him and his future spouse). Let's go. 💫

"What do you think Jungkook’s family, especially his mom, would think about him marrying a foreigner? And how do you think her family would feel about it as well? I understand that in Korea, people can sometimes have strong opinions about foreign things or people, which is why I’m curious. I also remember you mentioning in one of your posts that his future wife might be foreign or of foreign descent."

- So in his D9 Navamsa his 8th house shows his in-laws. And if we derive the houses, his own 2nd house becomes the 8th house for his spouse which shows his spouses in-laws (Jungkook's parents/family) and there is Venus and Mercury in Magha and Sun in Purva Phalguni. This tells us, that they will have a very respectful and kind of a communicative relationship with her. Especially when it comes to cultural things, they will teach her things like food and traditions, because Venus represents food and Mercury is a very handy, skilled, smart, curious and quick learner planet and Magha is all about culture/traditions and ancesteral values. They may even start some sort of a family business together. Like Jungkook's D9 2nd house gives major business active vibes. As well as for the family of his spouse and as for his own family once he gets married to her. This woman will be a business woman, she herself definitely got some business experience through her own family. So I wouldn't be surprized if she turns out to be an owner of a family business, there is something related to food and trading/import-export, something like that. Anyway I already mentioned that before with Mercury and Venus in the 2nd house in Magha and it's indications for a food related business. However, with Venus and Mercury in Magha Jungkook's family could take her to family trips/vacations, visiting cultural places, teaching her about the culture and history, teaching her how to cook Korean dishes. However, they could have a big ego and try to dominate her, with Sun here, it will not ruin the Venus and Mercury aspect because it's further than 10 degrees away but it still sits in the 8th house and has the higher degree. So they could at times try to dominate her or show their ego and kind of trying to signal her that everything is theirs and that she's only joining in from outside when it comes to shared assets, because it's her 8th house. She could actually have a Sun in her own 8th house in her D9 Navamsa, because 8th house Sun in D9 shows instant fame and transformation through the spouse, that someone lives a kingly live after marriage, but will be dominated by their in-laws.

As for Jungkook, he is going to be very seperated from his in-laws, because he has Saturn in his 8th house. They will be very traditional and distant, even dry I would say. But more so with the parents of his spouse, rather than the siblings. Because in D1 his 7th lord Mercury is in the 9th house which tells us he will be very communicative with the younger siblings of his spouse. And oh my goodness, this girl will have quite some younger siblings, I just really came to conclusion that the is the eldest child and has like 2/3/or 4 younger siblings because it makes derived her 3rd house (of younger siblings) and there could be twins/triplets amongst them, because there is Mercury. Mercury gives plenty of something and it causes duality, so there could highly be twins or triplets. No wonder this woman is giving such young vibes through his chart. She will have this strong inner child because of her connection with her younger siblings, and Rahu is also there in his D1 9th house. There could be something very unique or unexpected regarding her younger siblings, because Rahu always gives sudden and out of the norm things, maybe sudden birth of siblings or a big age gab with her siblings or adoptive or step siblings, just something which is out of the ordinary. This would explain why in his D9 chart 7th lord being in Purva Bhadrapada we see that she has so many responsibilities in her family especially with taking care of children, Purva Bhadrapada is a Nakshatra which can be very protective and paranoid over children. But Rahu in his D1 chart in the derived 3rd house also tells us that she has a Karma with her younger siblings, so this could be the reason why she undergoes this time of being stuck with responsibilities in her family. Also her mother and father could be kind of immature, because Moon and Sun in his D1 chart are in the same house (her 3rd house) which actually represents her younger siblings and it makes sense why she is carrying all the responsibility in the family. Anyway he is most likely not going to see them very often, there will be a physical (geographical) distance most importantly. But he might help them to have financial stability with Saturn in his Navamsa 8th house (Saturn is a servant) but for him communication is not there with her parents because Navamsa Venus in 2nd house indicates a communication barrier between the native and the in-laws, I think in this case it's gonna be due to language differences. But his spouses parents will see him as someone who is very mature, humble, responsible, well mannered, respectful, disciplined, trustworthy and all that with Saturn in his D9 8th house and he will also have that impression from her parents. But there will just be that physical distance. But he will be quite involved with her younger siblings, they will be emotionally connected, communicatively connected and even creatively connceted with Moon, Sun, Mercury in his D1 9th house. And with Rahu there also, it will be very foreign and exotic for both sides, for him as well as for her siblings. They seem to be very supportive of him and have a very joyful relationship with him.

As for him and his spouse towards each other, she will see him like a safe home and comfort, someone very wise, righteous, adventorous and foreign, someone she can grow with, with his D9 Jupiter in Cancer 1st house, because it makes derived her 7th house (her spouse-basically him). And he will see her as someone very mature, humble, and someone who has struggled a lot in life but has this very wise and spiritual world inside of her and also carries the same traits as him which only he gets to see.

"Can you talk about Jungkook's future children and his future wife?"

- So for the first child we look at the 5th house in the D9 chart, Jungkook has Rahu there, this tells us that there is something very out of the odinary/special when it comes to his first child. Rahu here can give foreign/mixed cultured children/twins (or in some cases an adoptive child also but not neccessary)

And Rahu is also in Jyeshta, so his first child/-ren will be very ambitious and also over achieving just like him. Jyeshta Nakshatra has a trait that it idicates a person who leaves their home and family at a very young age to pursue their career goals, so this trait can also be seen in his eldest child/-ren.

Rahu here has two rulers, Mars because of Scorpio and Mercury because of Jyeshta, so again we need to look at both of them.

Mercury as the Nakshatra lord of Rahu shows us duality, so very high chances that his first children could be twins. Mercury goes into Leo and sits with Venus (feminine) and Sun (masculine) but closer to Venus still, so he could either have twin girls or a girl and a boy but very creative and beautiful, because Venus energy will be strong.

Mercury is placed 10 houses away from the 5th house, which lands in the 2nd house with Venus, which we talked about that it shows us the culture and origin of his future spouse. And Mercury is in Magha so this tells us that his children will be known for their cultural connection related to their mother, so people or the public could talk about this very often that his children are mixed and share traits of their mothers culture. And with the influence of Venus there with Mercury in the the 2nd house it gives beauty to his children, so they will be very known for their beauty, his future spouse will also be known for her beauty. His eldest children will also be very artistic. And they could do a lot of artistic and creative activities with both their parents. Sun has the higher degree here and Sun represents Jungkook, because it's the ego and self of a person. So his eldest children could always be behind his shadow for the public, so this could mean they will always be put in the spotlight even against their will, or they will always be associated with their father by the public.

Then Rahu's sign lord Mars moves 5 places away from the 5th house into Pisces Uttara Bhadrapada in the 9th house.

So his eldest children will be creatively very self-expressive and very passionate and driven with Mars. They could love travelling to foreign places/a do creative collabs in foreign places or even go to school in foreign places, because the 5th aspect also shows education (not academic education, but middle school/high school).

Uttara Bhadrapada is a Saturn ruled Nakshatra, so with Mars here it shows that they will be very disciplined, they will have a very strong work ethic and morals and they may fight for justice and stand up for social causes especially on an international basis. So it could give strong humanitarian activism interests in Uttara Bhadrapada.

For the second born child we look at the 7th house and do the exact same, we look at planets that are placed there or at the sign and the sign lord, if there is a planet in that house then we look at the Nakshatra lord to find out more about the children. But now in his 7th house for the second born child the house is empty. Does an empty house mean that there won't be a second born child? No, not neccessarily, in that case we look at the house sign lord, in Jungkook's case he has Saturn as the 7th house lord and Saturn gives struggles and it takes a veeery long time especially for childbirth because childbirth is a theme of cancer and Saturn does not well in Cancerian things, so it can give lots of struggles and delays. So his next child could come veeeeery later or with lots of struggles, and Saturn also moves into the 8th house, which deals with the reproductive system and hormonal matters, so Saturn here will most probably give his wife hormonal imbalances/complications which will be the reason for the struggle and delay for a next child. And if that child is born, it will be very introverted, wise, mature, responsible, spiritual, transformative in nature and personality, just like the mother actually. Yes the next child will be just the same way how I described his future spouse in his Navamsa analysis. Or it could again be twins, because it's in Purva Bhadrapada and I mentioned this once, that's also a Nakshatra which is associated woth twins or if it's not twins then the child will just have a dual nature. So this is the technique for how we look at the children. We look at the D9 chart and for the first child 5th house, second child 7th house, third child 9th house, 4th child 11th house and so on. Dual planets/signs/nakshatras will give twins, like Mrigashira, Vishakha, Purva Bhadrapada those are Nakshatra's with duality, Rahu/Ketu are also duality and exotic/foreignness, Mercury, Gemini, Virgo, Libra, Pisces are associated with duality. Saturn is struggles and delays (also big age gap). Venus and Moon are girls/feminine children, Mars and Sun are boys/masculine children. Jupiter will give too many children, Mercury will give twins or triplets at once but Jupiter can give too many children one by one, or even adoptive. I hope this helped.

- Is there anything which I haven't mentioned yet about his spouse? Yes actually quite some things. Derived his 9th house makes her 3rd house and we have Moon, Mercury, Rahu and Sun in the 3rd house.

So Moon in the 3rd house makes a person always concerned and very caring of the younger siblings, because Moon is the mind and 3rd house is the younger siblings. So their mind will always be concerned about their younger siblings. Also Moon causes a person to get outcasted from the local friends circle And this happens around the age of 12, they will be outcasted/bullied by other children in their surrounding/circle, Moon makes such people alone around those ages starting from 12. And this will either have ruined her mental health or it will have made her very strong and ambitious in reaching her goals. Through walking around the neighbourhood her mind gets cleared out, whenever she is going to feel stressed out or stuck in a situation she will want to go for a walk outside around the neighbourhood or her local area, because the 3rd house is the neighbourhood/local area and Moon is a fast moving planet, she could even run. But with the purpose of clearing her mind.

She will keep her privacy hidden from her neighbourhood/local circle because of the fact that they ostracize her. She won't leak anything about her life to her locals. Moon becomes very lonely here in its neighbourhood and local place.

She can have problems/arguments with her siblings which will disturb her peace of mind but she will still make sacrifices for them and still be blamed by them afterwards. If she has more than one younger sibling which seems very likely, of course not all of them will be like that, but at least one of them will definitely be this way. So there will be an ungrateful dynamic between at least one of the younger siblings and her.

Her sense of peace will come through childlike activities, letting her inner child free, doing creative stuff (could actually be singing because Moon is associated with singing and the 3rd house is skills/abilities/talents and it's in Magha so she could have a thing for old or nostalgic music, classical, cultural music, music of her own language but with Mercury in Purva Phalguni even romatic/love related music could also be of foreign languages). Her peace of mind could also come from diving into religion or spirituality and reading ancient texts, or researching about ancient things, because 3rd house is reading/researching/gaining and giving information, so she could also love debating about these things.

She will do much better in life when she moves far away from her home. She could travel a lot for her work or any kind of frequent short distance travelling within North-Western Europe (UK/France/Belgium/Germany/Austria/Netherlands... those countries).

Also Jungkook has in his D9 chart his Rahu in the 5th and Ketu in the 11th house and to read it from his spouses perspective if we derive it we have Rahu in the 11th and Ketu in the 5th. Rahu in the 11th house Navamsa tells us that she will be someone who has Muslim friends/big social circle/community. Which shows us again the link between his Venus line in his Astro Map and the 2nd house Venus in Navamsa.

- No, look only north of Korea is Russia and only west of Korea is China. But we're talking about North-West and also the 9th house. Which means very far away not just neighbouring countries. He really needs to cross continents with the 9th house. And if he travels further away than his own continent, he would basically land somewhere in Europe.

His Moon in the 9th house in Leo being the derived 3rd house also gives us a clue that his future spouse will be someone who moves a lot within European nations like UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands among those areas. Because Moon (North-West) in the 3rd house (neighbors) in Leo (kingdoms) represents neighboring close monarchies and kingdoms of the North-West. These countries are known for their richness in medieval kingdoms which are closely related to each other. While the 3rd house represents neighbours and cousins, it's well known that the kingdoms across these nations are related to each other. And Moon is a travelling planet. So she will most likely be located somewhere there, where she is frequently traveling back and forth between those neighboring countries.

His Darakaraka in the 12th house in his D9 chart tells us again that she will be from veeeeery far away. With 7th lord Mercury in the derived 3rd house Leo in D1 she will also likely speak some of the languages of those countries. Let's say for example English for sure, because almost everyone speaks English nowadays. And then maybe Dutch, German, French those languages could be additional. She could also be interested in latin, because this woman with Mercury in the initial 9th house along with Moon in Magha, she could have studied quiet a few ancient languages and cultures.

She might have gone to a university in some royal city in one of those countries even, because of the Leo influence. Because it's her 3rd house in Leo. The 3rd house ruling over siblings, cousins, neighbors and such and with the Leo influence we have the kingdoms, which gives us an interconnection between all those regions. Let's say when we search for the top 3 universities/cities in those countries which are connected with royalties/kingdoms, some examples are:

Cambridge University, Université Libre de Bruxelles, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Sorbonne University

These are only examples, it could be any other similar high status universities.

Do you think Tim would have been more angry at Steph for starting the war games if she survived/didn’t fake her death? Or do you think the fact that she tried to fix it in the end would absolve her of that blame a little bit in his eyes?

That's a good question. An interesting complication to the answer being: does canon Tim even know that Steph was responsible for for starting the War Games?

It can be hard to tell because certain people muddled the waters a lot (cough Brian Q Miller cough no-nothing wiki writers cough cough) but near as I've been able to glean from reading the comics, so far as most people in-universe were concerned, the blame for the War Games gang war fell on Batman's shoulders. There was a big publicity campaign during the War Crimes arc that followed that outed Steph as the girl Robin, but it painted her as a martyr and laid all the blame at Batman's feet.

Near as I could tell, the only people who actually knew Steph was involved with causing the war were Bruce, Selina, Black Mask, and Cass; and Bruce also blamed himself. The only person who ever really held Steph responsible was Cass.

So the question is, was Tim only not upset because he didn't know about Steph's involvement? Personally, I like to think that, if Steph had lived/not faked her death, she would've been open about her part, and that she'd continue the arc she showed in War Games of newfound awareness and understanding of how her actions affect others.

And if she did that, I think Tim wouldn't be angry. Hurt, yes. I think the whole mess of emotions surrounding those days, especially the fact that she became Robin in part to deliberately hurt him, would irrevocably damage their relationship to the point where they couldn't date anymore, and they'd need to spend some time apart. Tim would go off to Bludhaven with Cass after his dad dies, and Steph would go... somewhere else, away from Gotham, maybe with her mom, to recover and figure out her own way to move on after everything.

But the parting, I like to think, would be more sad than angry, a mix of remorse and hurt and being glad they're both alive and just... knowing they can't be around each other right now. That they won't be able to stand doing that again for a while.

Eventually, after a few months or years, they might get back to a point where they've worked through the grief and trauma enough to be friends again. And it'll be a different relationship than they had before, but it'd still be good. Or maybe they'd just stay apart from each other and live their own lives. You never know.

So yeah, bit of a ramble, but that's how I figure it'd work. Steph really does show her best character during War Games so I'm inclined to say that people who met her in the immediate aftermath, especially people who knew her before and could see how she'd changed, would give her the benefit of the doubt.
