Like, is there any wizard who can talk to birds, cats, dogs, fish, amphibians, mammalians and other types of animals?

If you want to come up with other ones, I suppose you could, but that would remove the uniqueness of Parseltongue, cause way more ethical problems, and also raise the question of why no one knows about or acts on this. Even if it's as rare as Parseltongue is, people would still know it exists and have opinions on it.

There's also that while some other animal-speech abilities have been headcanoned - such as @americanwizarding's Bird-Kissed - they often run on fanon ideas of Parseltongue in order to contrast them, in ways that just don't work so well? Despite what that post says, Parseltongue can just be learned, no dark magic or ceremonies required, and there is no binding geas on magical serpents to respond to or obey a parselmouth.

And as mentioned above, the ethical problems: if people can speak to these much more commonplace animals, such as birds - the wizarding world makes huge use of owl-post, what happens when people can talk to the owls? Such an ability would be heavily regulated to prevent interference with the post, and the skill might also be a sure-fire invitation to work in the national post system or for the more espionage-oriented organisations. What happens to your chickens for eggs and roasting? Your geese for eiderdown? Your turkeys for Christmas or Thanksgiving? This significantly worsens the ethics of things like keeping parrots, especially long-lived African Greys, if they're sapient. And if these animals are sapient, what crime is the magical community allowing to continue by allowing the exotic bird trade or zoos?

An important question to ask when worldbuilding isn't just "is this idea cool" or "can I do it" it's also "what are the consequences of doing this?"

Parseldrakon, as I headcanon it, means people who can speak Parseltongue can learn a dialect that allows them some limited communication with dragons - it's rare, limited, and linked to a trait believed Dark, which explains why it's less common knowledge because Parselmouths would hide it. Why would they say "Oh yes, I can talk to your dragons and maybe calm them down for medical check-ups" if it means they might also get charged of dragon taming or poaching, of commanding dragon escapes and attacks, and be attacked for it?

So - what happens when people can talk to amphibians? Toads, frogs and newts are all potions ingredients. How do you deal with the ethics of that? Cats and dogs might be more possible, but if you're aiming for talking to your domestic pets, why not just find a way to headcanon "familiar bonds" in a way that doesn't breach canon? Birds, I've already mentioned. Fish - merfolk might be able to talk to some, but why or how would a human ever learn to, and why would merfolk try to talk to food?

It is important to at least be willing to ask "why not" as well as "how can I", because yes it can be a bit of a bummer, but it also means your idea holds up more securely to scrutiny.

How can Malleus describe love? He still vividly remembers everything he felt when he realized that he was falling for you: carefully, tentatively, then so fast and desperately that he thought he was losing himself. All he knows is that his heart squeezes inside his chest with need and want when you smile at him and say your hellos. He wants to be the one by your side, he wants to see every one of your smiles, and he wants to be the one to press kisses into your soft lips over and over until the only thing that falls from your mouth is breathless whispers of his name.

It’s amazing, how someone like you managed to ensnare him so effortlessly. Was it your warmth that led him to you? He doesn’t care for things like magic or power when he’s with you; you make him melt with the simplest touches or the quietest whispers, and he’d rather take picnics and hours spent with you over an eternity cooped up in the walls of his castle all alone.

His love for you is mystifying. You might as well have stolen his own magic from right beneath his nose—he can’t seem to function without thinking about you. You haunt every one of his waking and sleeping moments. He daydreams about holding your hand, kissing the crown of your head, sneaking away from his retainers with you in tow; he dreams of walking through paradise with you, holding your small body against, pledging the end of time to you.

Malleus knows his time with you is compromised, so he treasures every moment he has with you. He doesn’t want to let you go, at least not yet. He knows that he’s far from the mature and sensible man that you need in your life, but he hopes that his yearning and longing for your attention and love touches your heart a little. He would gladly throw it all aside if you wanted him to, and if you wanted him to pick all the stars in the night sky and lay them out next to your feet, then he’d fish all of the galaxies and nebulas out of the indigo heavens just to make you happy.

“It would be greedy and reckless of me to ask you to stay longer, but... forgive me for being this self-serving. Won’t you be with me for a little bit more? I can’t bring myself to part with you just yet.”

Ace always thought he was above something as sappy as love. He had never failed to turn his nose up at the sight of sappy romance novels and movies, and he viewed his past relationships as nothing more than just shenanigans that had gone wrong. He’s a teenager who thinks he’s better than everyone and everything, so there’s no way some stupid crummy thing like a crush could ever think him down! He’s most definitely proven wrong when it comes to you though.

He hates himself for getting all gooey and fuzzy when you’re around. Ace thinks that you should be the one fawning over him and getting all flustered rather than the other way around. He feels like he’s always tripping over his own feet and saying the dumbest things when you’re near him, and he can’t stand how his thoughts go blank and his heart rate picks up dangerously when you approach him.

Ace knows he’s utterly defeated by you. He’s chasing after you relentlessly, unable to make heads or tails of how he feels towards you. All he recognizes is that he wants to be with you all the time and that you make the throbbing in his chest feel better. He feels like he’s on top of the world when he makes you laugh; he feels like he’s won it all when you giggle and admit that you’re fond of him too. Of course you would be—who could bear to resist his charms?

All jokes aside though, the redhead is absolutely smitten. He’s half-convinced that you must have cast some spell on him. It’s almost incomprehensible how someone like you could make him want to skip around the halls and sing and act so uncool, yet he can’t deny the rush he gets and flare of heat behind his cheeks when he sees you. He still thinks he’s better than a good chunk of the world, but you’re 100% someone that’s beaten him.

“Don’tcha think we make the perfect couple? Hey, hey, don’t pinch my cheeks! Jeez, do you really think of me like that? I’m no baby—I’m someone that’s destined to be yours! So quit looking down on me!”

It’s easy for Kalim to describe love as just that: love. But he doesn’t want to be oblivious to the way you or the world might feel. As beautiful as love is, he wants to understand all the complexities behind the simple word. And what better way for him to experiment with what love could be than with you? You’ve always been patient and warm and kind towards him that he’s sure you’re someone who would understand why he would want to take that extra step. Kalim doesn’t want to take things at face-value anymore.

He experiments slowly, stretching out what he knows and seeing the depth behind these quaint gestures. He kisses you with a new vigor, trying to understand why you’d want to kiss him, and he holds you with a genteel attitude that surprises him too. These new revelations about loving you feel so refreshing and exhilarating that he can’t help himself but asking you for more, again and again, until the two of you are a tangle of joyful laughter and whispered sweet nothings.

His love is curious and fast-paced, yet it’s one that he gives to you without a second thought. Kalim always wants to know more, to try more, to do more with you. It doesn’t need to be anything super grand or fancy; he’s perfectly content with small things like stealing a kiss before sending you off to class or asking you to sit next to him while he reads so he can soak up your presence. He wants to be a worthwhile boyfriend, rather than the careless, childish lover he might have been in the past, and he wants to be someone you can lean on and confide in.

He doesn’t want to go back to the simplicity he’s known before. Loving you is complicated but everything he’s ever wanted, and every time you peer into his eyes, he wants to fill his head with only the thought of your dazzling heart and equally dazzling love. You’re his world, his moon and stars, and he wants to explore every part of his universe and memorize even the most minute details. You’re wonderful, and Kalim’s grateful to have been lucky enough to taste that kind of love.

Love leaves a foul taste in Leona’s mouth. It’s something he wants so badly, yet no one around him seems to want to give him even a crumb of acceptance. Nothing had ever been handed to him, even with a prestigious position as a prince, and he can’t stand the thought that he of all people is undeserving of something as necessary and simple as love.

It used to be easy for him to sneer at you and chase you away, but he finds himself craving you late at night when he’s alone. He wonders if you’ll continue to grin at him and linger by his side, and he wonders how you might feel in his arms and how you might feel when he kisses you. Leona wants your love; you’re the only one that’s approached him with nothing but love to give, and it’s so new to him that it almost frightens him.

But he’s no fool, so he’s not going to let someone like you. You’re like a gift sent from Heaven, the answer to all of his prayers for someone to finally accept him as he is. He doesn’t need anything else in this twisted world. All he needs is for you to continue to hold him gently at night and tell him that everything will be okay. Reality seems less harsh and cruel when you’re there to soothe his worries away, and he’d do whatever it takes to keep you next to him. He vows to keep you safe and happy, away from the treachery of the universe that morphed him into the wounded beast he is today.

His heart swells with affection when he’s with you. You’re the best thing that’s happened to him, and he knows he’s such a lucky man because of you. He wouldn’t trade anything in the world for you. Sure, he can be teasing and outright mean at times, but deep down in his heart, he holds nothing but the purest love imaginable. He wouldn’t offer anything but the finest love to you, and he knows his feelings for you will always remain the same.
