In this eloquent and moving family story by Pulitzer Prize winner Katori Hall (The Hot Wing King, The Mountaintop), four sisters gather at their childhood island home off the coast of Georgia for their annual reunion. They are creating a family quilt to honor their recently deceased mother. But when their reunion turns into a reading of their mother’s will, everyone must grapple with a troubling inheritance. Thrilled publicly announce that I am a Recipient of the Catwalk Artist Residency at the Catwalk Institute. Yesterday, my collaborator and I arrived and while it’s quite a change from city life, these city boys are enjoying the wildlife (turkeys, stags, insects and birds galore) and nature, housing and lush green of the Catskills.
