The bubble tea counter works fine but as for the register on the thrift counter its a known bug that it doesn't work properly on that counter. However, you can swap the counter out and move the register to that counter for functional register gameplay. Otherwise everything works as intended.

I might have a little problem with bubble tea...

okay. So the Boboa Story I promised you: I have had boba tea very few times in my life. Each time I've had tapioca pearls has been at a store and they enhanced the experience tenfold so last year when I saw a "do it yourself" version advertising that it included them I was stoked. And then I forgot about it that year. Cue me seeing the Exact kit this year. Of course I bought it. It came with a cute cup and a package of foul smelling brown spheres in brown powder. Plus the actual tea ofc. Aaand one metal straw. Neat. So I get up my courage to cook the things. They can't be that bad after they are prepared right? So I plop em in the softly boiling pot as per instructions. It says to boil them for twenty minutes storing on ten each time. O...kay? Now they are a giant mass floating in the middle of the saucepan. The only thing I can think of that deviated from the initial instructions was me storing a bit too quickly. Eventually after the first stir it starts to bubble. Hard. Like holy hell. The tapioca liquid may not smell any more but it sure as hell is bubbly. At some point in order to keep from bubbling over I start to blow on it. Now after the last ten are done I need to simmer it for, you guessed it, twenty minutes. Immediately the bubbles go down. I think now it's a good time to take care of the thing I needed to do for the past twenty minutes. I go to the bathroom leaving it covered as instructed. Less than five minutes pass. I come back. Tapioca liquid EVERYWHERE. The pot has bubbled over leaving now odorless brown sticky liquid that looks a bit like caramel all over the stovetop. I had to keep blowing on the surface, hovering over like a gargoyle just to stop myself From cleaning up more.In the end I cleaned every inch of that fucking stovetop.

The pearls were ok.

Wellerman but The Longest Johns!! Yes, the sea shanty everyone's obsessed with and just calls "sea shanty" instead of it's actual name. One downside of a popular song being in an old style is that the original creators don't get credit for it, even if they're a modern-day band :(

It’s 11:59 AM and I develop feelings for good friends very easily. I’m terrified my life will be continuously falling for people who don’t or can’t reciprocate those feelings. It’s not that I don’t value these friendships as they are it’s just incredibly lonely.

This isn't a bad thing at all, anon. It means that your romantic feelings are not easily given but triggered by people that you trust and know.

I've never casually dated. It just...isn't for me? I cannot imagine opening up to some random person that I've yet to know. That's terrifying. All of my relationships have only ever been with close friends. We need to make each other laugh and sip boboa tea while high watching Evangelion before I develop feelings for you.

Don't think of it as "ruining a friendship" because straight society thinks it's cool to get to know eachother after marriage (that's why divorces are so goddamn high). I think you're doing it in the right order and there's nothing wrong. Make a friend, develop feelings, be honest about them. And if they don't reciprocate, hey, you've still got that friendship and one day, a best friend of yours will say "I love you too".

i drink a lot of coffee but actually don’t like tea much. i like milk and boboa teas??? chamomile milk tea is nice and i’ll drink arizona green teas (esp with honey and lemon) but for the most part i have a very hard time drinking the hot flavored water.
