#I thought it would be fun to draw designs for them but then I actually got attached oh nooo #in undertale a monster's physical form is the manifestation of their soul. and since their forms are very linked with their souls #I thought if killer's and dust's souls were this fucked up. their bodies should be fucked up too.#dust is all noddle-ly and is like a wet cloth. if u hang him on a pole he would wave like a flag.#killer is melty and his body all molted together with his clothes. I tried to be nice and clean for my dad since he hates messy spaces and the kitchen is messy but i just came home from a 12 hour shift and passed out on the kitchen floor :C

Varha keeps poking at me with more Family Lore TM as an explanation for why her current relationship with Rhaya’ra is Like That & it’s coming in the form of “actually Three of us survived the calamity physically but one is suspiciously Not Present Now & also she was definitely Rhaya’s favourite sister :)”

I don’t have a name for this sibling yet but she’s. Definitely not going to be making any present day appearances that’s for sure.

#it wasn’t technically the calamity that killed her off #but the emotional/mental repercussions in the following years took their toll and. yeah.#anyway no lore yet on who found the body #rhaya’ra Knows it wasn’t varha’s fault it wasn’t anyone’s fault #but like. that doesn’t mean it doesn’t also weave its way into the resentment he’s held onto to get him through his own grief #i maintain he’s not a bad person despite how he treats her she’s just the target of his own projections sadly #it’s a complicated relationship. varha hangs onto it in small ways bc she doesn’t want to feel like she’s entirely lost everyone.#and besides that she always knew she sort of ranked pretty low in terms of favoured siblings/general importance #so when he goes off on her in sharlayan after they haven’t seen each other in a few years she just takes it which is VERY weird for her #but like. what can she do? lose the last piece of her family? she loved them even if she was a bit of an afterthought #her sister def treated her better but was also too wrapped up in her own suffering to do anything about it #so she just got used to being self-sustaining bc what other choice was there #oc tag #varha naiarro #rhaya'ra nariarro

don't mean to be a little freak but since i work in a hospital now ive got a new perspective and appreciation for gore art. like oh my god you got that fat tissue just right—

#i have seen so many internal organs man #i held a large intestine in my hands (was gonna say bare hands but they really weren't)#he'd gotten a colostomy like 12 years earlier but after 7 years his intestine fell out! it fell out! and the doctors were like eh it's fine #and it was. he'd had his intestine hanging oout of his stomach for 7 something years and it was fine. and i held it in my hands #a good five inches of intestine. like a tentacle. in my hand #i put my entire hand inside a new crazy hole i found in a guy (to this day the grossest thing ive seen in my life i thought i'd die)#(like you can't... you can't understand... you can't....)#i put my hand inside a guy's foot! they had made a large hole in it! i put my hand in #one woman just had her small intestine out in the open like it was nothing! walked around and everything w a lil plastic bag over it #there are so many crazy holes to clean and flush #like. just. stomachs. do you have any idea how good the body is at having holes. sometimes holes just appear and eat their way thru the bod #making tunnels like a little ant except it's your body and suddenly ur intestine is inside your bladder or whatever like how did THAT happe #.txt #a man shat blood all over me i cleaned it forever man #one guy got a fistula between his intestine and aorta so he got like shit in his bloodstream. how did that happen!

Quick ask: Do you have any Sabriel AU's for jon/sansa? If you don't would you be interested in writing one? Especially one that had a lot of great Sansa and Arya moments. I love that your Sansa and Arya moments in your fic. I feel like people who think that Sansa and Arya hate each other have never had a sister.

I don't! It's actually been a long time since I've read them, I was just shelving something today and saw them and remembered how much I loved them. I always mean to reread them, but I'm so terrible about sitting down to read anymore that I never get around to it. Sigh. But as usual, I never say never!

As for the Sansa & Arya stuff - it genuinely boggles my mind that people are soooo convinced Sansa is some evil bully who lived to torment her sister, and that she & Arya will hate each other when reunited. It really does reek of only child syndrome (obviously not all), or like, they had a genuinely horrible older sibling (which obviously does happen). Or they're a misogynist/deep in their NLOG phase and are using her "bullying" Arya to justify how much they hate her lol

But I think most people with siblings should be able to look at their relationship and go - oh, yeah. Valid.

Like, my older sister and I committed war crimes against each other. And while I can remember every single one in vivid detail that she committed against me, mine against her are suspiciously blurry and hard to remember. I can even look back on some things she did and point to it as the source of a trauma, and I know I said horrible things to her that I will not list here because they're genuinely awful and I feel so bad about them now and I guarantee I gave her some sort of complex.

But the thing is, we were kids. Neither of us were bullies. Neither of us are sociopaths or psychopaths or anything else. We were kids with too many emotions, shoved into the same house and forced to be around each other all the time. Now we're adults and she is the person I trust most in the entire world. I love her, even if she still, to this day, can drive me insane like no one else can.

I think GRRM did a good job writing them as actual siblings, and if it was a fluke, then it was a fluke that worked. If it wasn't a fluke, then I guarantee when Sansa & Arya meet up again, they'll have each other's backs, even if they drive each other insane. Even if they don't agree on almost anything.

the way in which this team of apparently highly trained police officers goes about researching their cases is so frustrating. like what do you mean you're only checking whether kao used his phone after he left art's place after you found out he left at all. why did you just. assume. kao died there at the studio. and why has it taken you literal days of thinking of 'hey maybe we should find out if kao has anyone he trusts he can stay with while hiding'. all of these things should be at the top of the list. full phone records, lists of family and friends. you've got a missing person who may or may not be dead and you're just kind of winging the case as you go???

#the sign the series #literally the most frustrating part about this entire series #like it's great that these boys get ton of free time to go hang out and have dinners and whatnot #while working on highly time sensitive confidential murder cases #but also. please read a book or two on forensics.#do NOT even start on the forensics girl #she's cute and I love her but she's terrible at her job #why is she dissecting bodies AND coming to crime scenes to look for evidence #those are separate jobs #'we found fungi in the lungs of the victims' great! well done! what kind of fungi. was it the same one in each victim.#was it one of gazillion types of fungi to show up in houses/basements or one of even more types to show up in forests #also why are these same guys working the case and interrogating suspects also the ones looking for evidence #there's people for that #actually why aren't these suspected crime scenes constantly swarming with officers doing a multitude of jobs #(also on a related note why was tarn fixing up phaya in the ambulance and why was the paramedic just kind of. uh. not there???)#(literally just a dude in a paramedic suit there to close the ambulance and leave lmao)#there's way too much theorizing - and acting on those theories - happening on way too little information #data data data you can not make a brick without clay etc

#Doodles #The Stanley Parable #TSP #Because HD Remix Stanley and Ultra Deluxe Stanley have basically the same character model I've never felt the need to differentiate them #I'll joke sometimes about Stanley's soul patch but other than that lol ♪#But the HL Mod uses a different character model in the intro! Different clothes different hairline different skin tone!#So I went and looked around at what character model he might be - there are about ten male Citizen models in HL2 so there's some options #I was convinced he was either 07 or 09 and smol helped me settle on 07 - I was content to just leave it at that but then #I decided that since it's a mod I can just go dig through the backend files and get some actual confirmation #And I only found files related to mCitizens 05 and 06?? Which was definitely not the skin tones or textures as seen in game #So I dug around a little more and there's a face map of a blue-eyed man just hanging out in the files?? :0 Who is he #We never see that Stanley from the front and I couldn't figure out how to move the camera around in the intro cutscene :(#I'm not even sure if it isn't prerendered lol - if it isn't I'd also consider plugging in some body model glitch cheats but I don't know how #So! For the meantime I'm satisfied enough to just use the face map as a general indication of Maybe Stanley #As well as what we can see from behind and to the side - at least enough to make some guesses!#The main differences are his clothes - hair - and I swear I see a mole next to his right ear on his behind-view #The face map also has a mole above his lip hehe ♪ It's cute!#I'm not sure how much HL Mod Stanley would differ from HD Remix - they share a handful of actions!#I do still think he'd be indignant to the Narrator's shenaniganary lol #I could also see him a bit younger :) From a literal understanding of the mod coming before the full release lol #But I also just enjoy HL Mod Narrator being like thiiiiis much more paternal than all his other iterations - ''Daddy'' notwithstanding lol #Him calling Stanley ''sport'' started right here! Started a new job. Will be very busy so posting will be even more sporadic!

Hope everyone is doing well! Or things get better for ya!

#i send lots of hearts. And baked goods if I could shove them through the internet #currently my body is just one bad CGI render from crashing after training today #much needed new job and learning the ropes #Once I get a hang of things and my schedule I think I'll be able to make a better art schedule #being out of the house and way from my computer has very much made me interested in doing art again :) and writing!#and found some tuts and advice I want to put into practice. need to get back into the habit of doing studies to improve and fight those ->#art block plateaus. which one is currently happening with anatomy and doing art in general.#and my boss is a cool man :D
