This video is for those of you that want to / need to stay seated during your workout. Stay home with me and exercise.  If you have never tried it - you will be surprised at what a great prop the chair is and how it may enhance your exercise.  
Try pilates for older adults or anyone that needs to sit.  Increase mobility for older elderly - with yoga, weights and pilates!   
💗Share with older adults that are home and may not have access to a group class.  This is a great alternative.  There are some wonderful exercises for seniors to improve balance and prevent falls.  This is a wonderful solution for anyone who needs to sit but wants to workout!

 This is great for busy schedules!  In this 10 minute interval class KICKBOXINGHIIT Interval class - you will do core, kicks, punches and more.  During the 15 seconds recovery and there are positive affirmations after each interval.  When you are fatigued, you are more susceptible to suggestion - SUPER female fitness motivation 2020 !!! When you schedule is crazy busy and you want to add a home workout to loose weight fast - do this!!!!!  Props are not required.  However, Props suggested - a STABLE AND STURDY box or bench or ottoman of some sort, yoga mat and light weights. 
 ALL OF THESE EXERCISES MAY BE DONE IN LOW IMPACT.
