hi lovely, loving your writing as always 🫶🏻🫶🏻, i was just wondering if you’d write something a little different. Just an idea that came to mind, which is Y/N a previous ex Klaus or someone of the TVD men have mistreated. Traumatised and heartbroken, Y/N moves to a new city and starts a whole new life. A year later, Klaus and the Tvd gang at different locations (klaus = new orleans) (damon = new york) etc are listening to the same music channel, all of a sudden a familiar voice starts playing on the radio- it’s Miss Y/N, the newly and all so talented pop star.

Completely understandable if you’re not into this, it is different and doesn’t seem to be your theme. If you do do it then great, if not great 🤭lotta love for you and your writing.🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

She Did It

Y/n hadn’t had the smoothest ride to success.

Growing up in Mystic Falls Virginia was just the start of the rocky road known as life.

Being tangled in the supernatural drama as a result of being Elena, Bonnie and Carolines best friend was a whole other trip.

Falling for a toxic original hybrid that doesn’t know how to love hit her hard.

Being used whether it be for leverage in a life and death situation or for her body, she never had it easy.

Losing so many of her friends as a result only made it worse.

Him cheating on her and getting a werewolf pregnant was the straw on the camels back.

But if we’re being honest it was probably the best thing that could have happened. She was free to do whatever the fuck she wanted.

So she graduated, and got the hell out of that town so fast not even a tribrid could catch her.

Y/n went of the grid for nearly 4 years before she was heard from…or of again.

(New York-Damon and Elena Salvatore)

It was a hot summers day in the city that never sleeps, Damon and Elena stood on the balcony of their apartment in the sun with the radio playing.

Damon stood by the barbecue flipping the burgers while Elena overlook the city. Only happy thoughts in her mind as she tapped her nails along the beat of the song that played.

Damons face twisted into one of recognition and slight confusion as he turned to Elena

“Have we heard this song already?” He asked trying to remember what had already played

“No I think it’s new, why?” Elena hums dismissively

“It sounds oddly familiar” he murmurs

Elena listens a little better and pays attention to the voice, her slight accent peeking through her words and the husk in her tone at certain points throughout. Her brows went up and she slowly stood, her hand moved to turn it up and a smile began to spread across her face

“What is it?” Damon asked confused

“Y/n” Elena stated with a growing grin “Y/n is singing” she projected “oh my god! Oh my god get the phone! Call Caroline right now!”

Both girls smiled as they saw Elena’s name appear on Care’s phone.

Caroline picked up and put her on speaker

“Hey Elena, how’s New Yorkk??” Care asked cheerfully

“Caroline turn on the radio right now! You won’t believe who’s singing!” Elena nearly yelled down the phone. Bonnie furrowed her brows but ran on over to the radio and turned it on.

Their faces light up within seconds of eachother as Bonnie whispered an “oh my god”

“She did it” Caroline uttered, her hand going over her mouth “she freaking did it!” She yelled ready to jump up and down. Both her and Bonnie were hugging in excitement as they listened to their old best friend pour her heart and soul into only 4 minutes of passion.

(New Orleans-Klaus and Rebekah Mikaelson)

Klaus had frozen in step when he heard Rebekah singing along to a very familiar voice.

He stood in the door way staring amazed at the speaker that blasted her voice before the radio presenter chimed it

“And that was miss y/n’s newest big hit, it would seem she just keeps hitting the charts, last week she knocked out her own number one with another” the guy announced making Klaus take a step inside. His jaw went slack as he listened to the people praise her music and the meaning behind her songs. “I’m excited for her interview tomorrow morning” they continued

Rebekah noticed Klaus’s face and smirked “didn’t know she was basically a superstar?” She asked amused and he shook her head “she’s literally everywhere at the moment! How have you not heard her!?” She questioned with a laugh but he only blinked dumbfounded.

Klaus stood for several more songs until eventually leaving and sitting in his own room with his headphones blaring.

Interviewer is in italics & Y/n is normal text

Y/n’s smile was big as she sat down opposite her interviewer. The cameras focused on her, she truly looked flawless.

“You look lovely this morning” the presenter greeted, sitting up straight in his chair as she grinned in excitement at him

“Thank you, you do to of course” she responded politely and he smiled

“I don’t want to come on too head on but god everyone is just dying to know, ‘who is y/n y/l/n!?’” He questioned leaning toward her eagerly making her laugh lightly

“No no it’s fine, straight to the point” she began “well I mean, it’s sort of a long story but I always had the dream and aspiration to become a singer and one day something just happened and it made me realise that it would only ever be a dream if I didn’t actually go for it” she explained and the man nodded

“Surely it’s more complicated than that?” He questioned

“No yeah of course, I mean I went to so many different places. I’ve sang in bars, i’ve been a busker on the streets of Chicago, i’ve had producers turn me away and auditions gone wrong. I’ve choked a few times and just had a lot of self doubt toward earlier years. It took like three years to get here, and of course that is like really freaking fast when you think about it because some people are trying for so long and get nowhere. I guess it was partly luck. I prefer to thank the public, I mostly got recognition from people posing me on social media and then bigger people approached me from there” she told him in more detail

“You are a role model to so many young women, you’ve proved to be incredibly resilient and ambitious. Your talent has gotten you so far, you’re already making songs with other huge stars” he stated with a look for her to confirm his words

She nodded and her smile grew

“I’m actually um, flying up to Michigan, Detroit next week, I’m producing a song slash rap with Marshal, well Eminem” she confirms and the cameras flash on her face

“So we should all be expecting a new phenomenon to be created” he question, his hands rubbing together

“I mean it’s Eminem, he hasn’t failed yet” she laughed

“And seeing the other people you’ve already sang with, you shouldn’t be any trouble, fans are truly over the moon to hear the both of you together” he adds

“Yeah, I mean, I’m incredibly excited as well obviously. I’m actually making up a collaborations album, I’ve already recorded some of the tracks on there with uh Taylor Swift and Lana del rey, then I’m with Eminem next week and some time down the line I have a meeting with Billie Eilish and her team and a couple other people but I wanna keep some surprises for the future”

The interviewer nodded along with what she said and leaned back in his seat

“Within very minimal years you have become such a huge success, what are your plans for the future?”

“Well I’m not overly sure to be honest. I know that I want to tour. I’ve done like a couple festivals and a few bigger events but I want to make my way around the states and eventually get out of America you know? I want to go world wide, I’ve actually already got a lot of requests to come to other countries but I need to do states first, see how much I make and how expensive a world tour will actually be”

Each person from her past watched snd listened to everything she said in that interview.

They all listened to the album she had already released and were all eager for her to create a collaborations one.

In some ways it was unbelievable but really, they all knew she was capable.

(I wanted this to focus more on the happiness that they all felt for her finally having her dreams rather than it being all about the past)

(Hope this was sort of what you wanted??? Im not gonna lie I have made up so so so many like fake scenarios in my head with basically this plot😭😭 I always end dating young Eminem and Klaus is all depressed cuz he wants me back. Basically I’m just a very sad being with little to no social life 😬)

I Need a Vacation Pt. 4: Daylight Rings

David's POV:

We followed Y/N's so-called "best friend" into town, to a hotel on the edge of town. I could tell Marko was uneasy around the stranger, chewing on his thumb the whole way there. Something he only did if he was anxious, or horny, and I was sure he wasn't the latter. Dwayne looked impassive, as usual, and Paul wouldn't shut the hell up the whole way there. We ducked into the hotel room and quickly drew the curtains. I didn't like being in a confined location with a stranger like this. But Y/N said she trusted him.

"What are we doing here?" Dwayne was the first to speak up.

"My friend, I can convince her to make you all daylight rings, so you can walk in the sun. She just needs to gather the supplies first."

"But, we dont have time- Y/N is hurting."

"And she'll be fine, she's gone through this plenty of times, it gets easier."

I could tell he was lying, he didn't even believe himself. He pulled out his phone, presumably texting this friend of his, I locked eyes with Paul, begging him to stop pacing. Marko heard my thoughts, and pulled him into a bear hug, sitting him on his lap.

"He does anything, we kill him and get out of here," Dwyane spoke through our bond.

"I wonder what it feels like," Marko asked.

"To be in the sun?" Dwayne responded.

"No, to be bit, would we hurt as much as she does? Would it be quick?"

Quite a profound thought from Marko, but I was curious too. Turning wasn't all that bad, from what I remember. But her's, it gave me goosebumps. Something about watching her write in pain made my head spin, and not in a good way.

"Yo, ask them to stop doing whatever they're doing, it's creepy." A male voice said.

A blonde and a shorter brunette walked in, I hadn't heard them enter due to the loudness of Paul and Marko's thoughts.

"Dude." The brunette chastised.

They were human, that much was obvious, I could hear the brunette's heart skip a beat when he looked at me. Not scared, just uncertain. The blonde carried himself like someone who could die any minute.

"Bonnie's contemplating."

"She'll come through, this is Y/N we're talking about."

"She almost let Caroline burn, and then literally set her on fire." The blonde stated, casually.

"Your friend set your other friend on fire, gnarly," Paul said.

I could tell his interest was peaked by these humans, they were bad-looking per se, just not my type. Paul didn't really have standards, which is why we try to steer him toward better prey.

"She'll come through, Matt. You know she hates seeing Y/N in pain just as much as the rest of us, if this will make her happy, Bonnie will do it."

He seemed annoyed, I was starting to like this Stefan.

"She found a place that sells the stones, three just loose but as long as they keep them on their body somewhere, it should still work."

"Should?" I asked.

"You can get the jewellery configured later. Despite the term "daylight ring" it doesn't have to be an actual ring. Just something you keep on at all times."

"You seem to know your stuff." "Yeah, well my girlfriend is a witch, I kinda have to. And she's coming to save your asses, so be grateful."

He had some fire to him, interesting.

"Is she hot?" Marko asked.

I see they were trying to distract themselves from the situation at hand. The boy scoffed.

"Where the hell did you find them again?" The blonde asked.

"Y/N has an attachment to them, she never gets attached to anyone... I'm not going to question it. I'd be a shitty best friend if I judge her for her dating choices when she never judged me for mine."

Another ding from his phone.

"Alright, she'll be here soon."

Another.

"And Elena wants you to text her Stefan." He sighed out the last part.

Dwayne watched the whole interaction in silence, carefully watching every move they made in case we needed a quick escape. he was good at strategising and thinking on his feet.

"What could she possibly want right now?" Stefan mumbled, excusing himself and stepping outside.

Which left us alone with the humans.

"Why do they let you live?" Paul asked, in a sleepy bored tone.

"Excuse me?" The blonde asked.

"Your vampires, we don't normally fraternise with humans, not long term at least. I'm surprised they haven't eaten you yet." Paul finished.

I bit back my smile at his antics, always antagonising someone. making a game out of their fear.

"Beacsue we're friends, asshat. Friends don't kill each other. Though we have tried. Vampires are harder to kill than you think. Besides, Stefan's not that bad, it's his brother that's a dick."

"You got a girlfriend?" Marko asked, shifting Paul on his lap.

"No..."

"Of course he doesnt, look at him." Paul jeered.

"What's that supposed to mean."

"Nobody likes a square, and you, my tasty little morsel, and the squariest."

I watched the hair on the back of his neck stand up at that. Suddenly the door opened and a small black girl stepped inside, followed by Stefan. She had a look of determination on her face. As if to show off her power, she used it to shut the door behind her.

"We're going to get one thing very clear here, I male you these rings, you can't go around killing innocent people? Got that?"

"Paul went to wine in protest, but Marko beat him to it."

"We're vampires cutie, it's what we do."

"Sunlight or I kill you all right now. Your choice."

Dwayne growled at this, but I sped to him, holding him back.

"Think rationally" I reminded.

He was normally so level-headed.

"Define innocent." I quizzed.

"Don't- I don't like playing games. I could burn you alive without even raising a finger, do you really want to test me right now."

Yeah, I kinda did. Pretty or not, she was a right bitch. Star would hate her.

"Y/N would hate you," Dwayne spoke up.

"She's known you for like what, five days, doubtful."

"And I've known you for all of three minutes, but I can tell you're just an insecure baby witch, who thinks she has something to prove. The minute you stop pretending to be so tough, you're afraid one of them is going to drain you dry and leave you in a ditch somewhere. So you play it up, but really, you take no joy in hurting people, even vampires. That's why you didn't kill your one friend."

"How does he know about Caroline?" she asked.

Seems like Dwyae was spot on, like always. It was like having a free therapist around.

"Fine, innocents." I agreed.

There were plenty of douchbags to kill anyway.

"Right Paul, Marko..." I said in a threatening tone.

Marko sighed, and Paul nodded his head. I would do anything to make sure my coven was safe. If we could go in the sun, that would change everything. We could get away from Max, go where he can't reach us. I'd have to ensure he never got his hands on the witch.

"And your friend?" The witch asked.

"Dwayne will agree, you just caught him in a mood."

"Good, then let's get started." She pulled me forward by my shirt collar suddenly. "But know, if I find out you lied to me, I will make your death slow and painful, and make the rest of them watch."

I smirked.

"I would expect nothing less." I could see now why Y/N was friends with her, she was fun and intense just like her. We sat and watched as she worked, it didn't seem like a demanding spell, Not that I knew anything bout magic, but it seems like something she'd done many times before. The look on Paul's face when the stones started floating was priceless as if he couldn't fly himself. It honestly wasn't that impressive.

"Done." She said.

"That's it?" Marko asked.

"Yes."

She shoved a stone into his chest. She left the rest on the table for each of us to pick from. Jeremy, I think his name was, brought his girlfriend in for a kiss, ending the interaction with a kiss on her forehead. They were sort of cute together, I had to admit. The blonde eyes Marko suspiciously, and I rolled my eyes at him.

"How do we know they work?" Dwayne asked.

"Why don't you wait around until daylight to find out? Or are you eager to go out there and get mauled to death by my friend? Would ruin all my hard work." She sassed.

"Thank you." I cut in.

"Bonnie."

"Bonnie."

"Bon we should go, see if we can track Y/N and Ty."

They exited the hotel room.

"Matt, why don't you go find Damon and Elena, I'll stay here with them."

This was going to be a long night...

Y/N POV:

I was more than grateful when the sun came up. Most people would be mortified to wake up naked in their brother's arms, but I was just happy he was here with me. I suppose that was the real curse of the lycan. Tyler looked down at me.

"How are you feeling?"

"Like all the bones in my body were forcefully broken and put back together." I joked.

He rolled his eyes.

"Care is on her way with some clothes." He took off his jacket. "This is all I can offer right now."

I grateful to put it on, scrunching myself into a small ball so it would cover as much skin as possible. I winced when I moved. Normally it didn't hurt this much.

"What happened?"

"Well, it appears my vampire gene outweighed my werewolf gene. You tried to kill me last night, multiple times. After the fifth time, you bit me, I had to stop you somehow."

"What?!?!"

"It's fine, it healed." He laughed.

"That isn't funny Ty. Why would I-" I huffed.

I looked over the injuries on my body, they weren't that bad. They would heal in a few days, thanks to my regenerative abilities. I looked up when I heard the scrunching of leaves. Caroline stood there with a worried look on her face. I cut her off before I could speak.

"I'm fine Care Bear"

She gave me a small smile, handing me the outfit she picked. My brother was quick to turn around.

"I'm gonna head back into town. You good?"

"Yes, go Ty."

Caroline's outfit was a bit too cleavagey for my current mood, so I put my brother's hoodie back over it. I zipped it halfway, allowing it to fall over my shoulders.

"OH come on Y/N, that outfit was perfect!"

I rolled my eyes.

"And this is comfy." I gave her a quick spin. "Very comfy, which is what I need right now. I feel like roadkill."

She chuckled, pulling me into a hug and leading me back to civilization.

"You look like it too."

I playfully hit her shoulder. We walked back into town and there was only one thought on my mind… the boys. I wouldn’t be able to see them until nightfall. I wonder if they were ok, would they forgive me for not telling them what I was? I never meant to hurt them, or anyone for that matter. And god did I feel awful right now. My insides were worse than my outsides. Caroline seemed to notice my discomfort and grabbed my hand, giving it a light squeeze.

“Come on, we’ve got a surprise for you.”

I raised my brow at this. Surprises from Care were never good. I followed after her, a little worried about what would be waiting for me. But I was pleasantly surprised when we got to our destination. Maybe my eyes were fooling me, maybe I'd finally lost it. But there they were, standing right in front of me.

Marko was wrestling Paul in the sand, and Dwayne was chatting with Elena and Damon. And David sat beside Stefan, smoking a cigarette, I watched as Stefan accepted it. Now I know I was dreaming.

"Since when do you smoke?" I asked.

Both of the boys, my boys, looked up at me. It was weird seeing them in the same place. The guy I'd been crushing on since sophomore year, and the guy I was sure I fell in love with five days ago. David grinned up at me, his pretty teeth sparkling in the sunlight. I mean he looked good in the dark, but damn was he pretty in the light? Stefan cleared his throat after I had been staring.

"Since you stressed me the fuck out last night, Mouse."

"And he swears... David's rubbing off on you!"

He rolled his eyes. David took out another cig and lit it, noticing the one in Stefan's hand going stale. He passed it to me before taking a drag.

"Such a gentleman." I jeered.

"Just shut up and take it."

I took a long drag before passing it back.

"That what you were going to tell me last night before I wolfed out on you?"

Stefan coughed up a plum of smoke, and I almost felt bad... almost. David grinned like the Cheshire cat.

"Careful there Kitten, I think you might kill your boyfriend here."

"He's not my boyfriend." I squished in between the two of them. "If anything, he's my girlfriend."

I ruffled Stefan's perfect hair, and he swatted at my hands playfully.

"You ok?"

I gave him a thinly veiled smile.

"Physically? Yeah..."

"I'll convince Klaus to turn you, I promise."

"Dont do that thing you do Stefan, this isn't your problem to fix. I'm a big girl, I think I can convince Mr Brittish Psycho Manic to turn me, myself.

"British Psycho?" David asked.

I shot up from my seat, attempting my best impression of my least favoutite vampire.

"I am Klaus, the Immortal Hybrid, bow before me!"

This seemed to have got the attention of the others, because Damon let out a curt laugh, and Marko and Paul stood there confused.

"He's more of an Immortal Douchbag, who tried to date my bestie." "He never tried to date me." Stefan joked.

"You sure, 'cause that thing you described in the 20's" Stefan slapped a hand over my mouth and I giggled incessantly. I bit his hand, the venom only worked in werewolf form.

"JK, I was talking about Care Bear you dork."

Carolien swept me up into her arms, spinning me around.

"Aww, he could never steal me from you." She said, peppering kisses all over my face.

I tried to wiggle out of her arms but her grip on me was tight.

"A little help?" I looked over to Paul and Marko.

"No can do Babe," Marko said.

"Yeah, sorry but this is really hot," Paul said.

"Fat load of good you two are, this is why Dwayne's my favourite."

His head perked up at that, and he sent me the most angelic smile I'd ever seen. I could have sworn my heart stopped. Carolien finally put me down.

"So, how are the daylight rings treating you?" I asked. "Thank you, by the way." I aimed my thanks at Bonnie.

"There just stones right now," David said.

I raised a brow.

"They don't have much Lapis jewellery available in this town." Bonnie shrugged.

I grinned widely at that. They all looked at me confused.

Arwen didn't imagine her life would be like this. She was a happy child, she had parents who loved her and she loved learning. She was sure she would become an priestess in her home court but that's not how things played out.

After she turned twenty, she started to experience vivid dreams. She would wake up in a sweat, screaming out nothings. Her parents were so scared of her that after the first few months, they stopped checking on her. After six months, they decided to seek help regarding her dreams and her visions. Arwen knew her parents wanted the best for her but the truth was, the help was masked in fear. They offered her up to the priestesses and the ruling family of the day court, all who was curious about her abilities and how far they could go.

For the next one hundred years, Arwen honed her practice and was able to really advance her abilities as a seer. Although she worked in her home court with the priestesses and the ruling family, she was incredibly lonely. She started to slip into a depression due to feeling like she was only of value for her abilities. Especially with the estranged relationship with her parents, Arwen started to really feel the pressure and the slight feeling of resentment towards the entire court.

she started to attempt to draw attention to herself, just so she could feel something other than the negative emotions that were overtaking her mind. Arwen started to wander at night when she couldn't sleep, carrying a candle with her.

One night after two weeks of not sleeping, she must have misstepped in the hallway, attempting to grab onto the open flame. The burns were horrible and she could still hear her screams when she went to sleep. She knew then that it was time for her to leave the day court.

After realizing that her abilities were rare, Arwen set off to one of the seasonal courts. Summer was her first choice and she was immediately met with an immense amount of joy when she moved. The time she spent outside were some of her most cherished moments. Additionally, Arwen started to make friends not just who saw her as a seer but as a person.

I've seen so many people ask about if they can manifest things that are illogical, mystical, supernatural, etc, and of course, everyone tells them they can but I don't think I've ever seen someone have a post on it. So here I am to talk about how mystical manifestations definitely happen! I'm a poster child for this! I have manifested all sorts of mystical things before! I have manifested telekinesis, clairvoyance, a book of shadows, having a friend who has powers like bonnie bennet, fairy sightings and so much more! All these things are 100% possible! ABOUT

Lale Kaplan's parents were a young couple who had a ton of early issues but seemed to figure it out. However, there was always the undercurrent that something wasn't quite alright.

The Kaplan's did their best despite their issues and filled their children's lives with wonder and love. Despite their issues, Lale and her older sister never wanted for anything where their parents were concerned.

Lale grew up very determined and with a strong desire to be everything her parents claimed she was. She did tumbling, cheerleading, and ballet and pushed herself in everything she did. Lale was adaptable. She could seamlessly fit into any group taking on traits of those around her. This meant it was often difficult to get to know Lale on a deep level, and sometimes she thought she preferred it this way.

The closest person in Lale's life outside of her sister was her mother. She admired her spirit and every whimsical bit of Azra. However, when Lale was a child, her mother left one day and never returned. She knew by then Azra was unhappy in her life but to actually leave was a terrible shock.

None was more shocked than her father, whose health declined, and eventually, the man passed, leaving the Kaplan siblings without a parent. This opened the door for Miray, her aunt, to move in and step in as a legal guardian.

Miray was only a guardian in the legal term. In reality life never recovered and was a uniquely terrible experience where through her grief and anger, Miray was never able to be what the kids deserved. Miray was irresponsible, and the relationship between her and the children was strained and untrusting.

After getting pregnant at 16, her boyfriend and Lale stole a ton of money (money that was technically left by her father) and got it to her sistet, who was struggling more and had been talking about running away. Lale believed the money would get him a head start and some safety net.

Life quickly spiraled after having her son. From her sister's constant woes ( a fact Lale always blamed herself for), a wedding to the father of her child, and the following affairs, injuries, and more, Lale has felt like she's been swept through life the last several years.

In between it all, Lale has obtained her doctorate in music and carved out private passions for herself. She never imagined she'd return to Half Moon Bay but the opportunity for Bennet's career and to take over her childhood home felt too good to pass up. For better or worse, she and her family are back.

To follow up on my previous Bennett line post, cause I've been able to ✍️ a decent first chapter:

Since I retconned Bonnie/Abby's relationship and the backstory behind Abby leaving MF and reuniting with Bonnie once more, it would be interesting to explore Bonnie tapping into dark magic. I'd imagine that when Abby got turned, Bonnie would do all she could to save her mother from becoming vampire since she knows the Spirits won't let her. But that particular spell bears consequences that falls even out of the domain of the Spirits and gives me the chance to introduce the big bad that was sealed by a Bennett ancestor. It was accidentally released by hijacking the immense strength of Bonnie’s spell. Lucy would be there to help them Bonnie and Abby, since she had these odd dreams/premonition related to the Bennet line. She thinks something happened to Bonnie only to find out Abby got turned. [I headcanon that the Bennet witches have some type of psychic/spiritual link and when something traumatizing happens in their bloodline they feel that something is wrong. Inspired by that scene between Lucy and Bonnie at the masquerade ball.]

This would kickstart the rest of my story, but also expanding all the feats of the Bennett bloodline.

I have so much more in my head that I’m just trying to get on paper.

Character relationships I think Hope Mikaelson would have with other characters from the TVD universe:

Elena Gilbert: I think Elena is genuinely happy for Hope and doesn’t judge her based on her father, though it might be different if she’s around her kids. I think Elena has learned enough to know that people can change and grow and be different from their family. I think Elena would take a very nurturing approach with Hope, but I don’t think Hope would like Elena very much. Even though Elena doesn’t judge Hope, I think she still has a tendency of judging others and Hope knows the world is too grey for that. 

Damon Salvatore: I think these two would have to get over initial suspicion, mostly from Damon’s side. I think he would be wary of her because of Klaus, but I think if they did ever manage to get along it would be a hoot. They have a similar sense of humor and a similar moral code imo. 

Stefan Salvatore: I think like Elena, Stefan would not judge Hope, or at least try not to. I think he’d try to guide her like Alaric tried to, but I think he would do a better job of it. Stefan knows very well how dark people can get and would try to always make sure she never felt she had to go that way. 

Bonnie Bennet: Once Bonnie got over her initial suspicions and wariness, she’d act as a guide for Hope around magic. I think Bonnie would teach Hope more about the morals and ethics around magic than her family did, but she wouldn’t completely ignore the topic of darkness like the school. I think Bonnie would be someone Hope would go to for advice. 

Kai Parker: I know these two briefly met, but I would’ve loved to see more interaction because I think it would be very interesting. I think Kai would be curious about Hope and would likely try to use her for magic and rituals. However, I do think he’d think she was funny and enjoy that she can go quip for quip with him, but he’d be annoyed by her moral code. He would ultimately betray her in some form. 

Katherine: I’m honestly not entirely sure how this relationship would go. Katherine would definitely hold Klaus against her, like Aurora, but I also think Katherine wouldn’t be fully driven by revenge, especially if there was a way she could manipulate Hope for her own means. I think Hope would put Katherine in her place a little bit. 

Caroline: I know these two have interacted as well, but we don’t get to see too much of it. I imagine Caroline didn’t have the suspicions and worries that Alaric did. She saw Hope as a kid needing guidance, just like all the other kids at the school. I imagine out of everyone, Caroline is capable of seeing the true Hope; the dark and light parts of her, and she’s not afraid of them because she saw those parts of Klaus too. She believes Hope is the kind of person Klaus would’ve been if his life hadn’t been what it was.

19 - Sick Day

Prompt: #19 “I feel strange”

Fandom: Vampire Diaries (Bonnie Bennet)

Word Count: 410 words.

Summary: You don’t seem so well, and Bonnie notices.

Bonnie frowns when she notices the look of tiredness on your face, worry rapidly taking over her mind as she parts her lips. “Are you okay?”

You slowly look up from the homework page you’ve been reading, groggily blinking your eyes as few times before you speak up. “Not really.” You close your eyes for a few seconds, the mere action causing your headache to cease for a moment. “I feel strange.”

Bonnie stretches her arm in your direction and gently press her hand against your forehead. You unconsciously lean into her touch with your eyes still closed, feeling the coldness of her skin slowly spreading onto yours.

“… (Y/N), you have a fever.” You blink your eyes open when she takes her hand off your forehead, her own eyes now looking at you with pure worry. “You should go home.”

“Hm…” You shake your head, your muscles agonizing in pain because of it. “We have to study for this exam…”

“We still have the whole weekend to study… and I don’t think you’re gonna be able to remember anything in this state.” She rapidly takes your stuff out of your hands and puts them in your bag, the Bennet girl soon doing the same with hers. “Come on. I’ll drive you home.”

You give out a pout when she takes both of your bags on her shoulders, her right hand holding her car keys while she stretches the other one in your direction. “You don’t have to do that…”

“Shut up and let me drive you home.”

You give out a tired smile and grab her hand, Bonnie soon helping you stand up. It doesn’t take long before she takes a hold of your arm and guides you out of the library, your eyes closing here and there to give your brain a break.

“There.” She helps you sit into the passenger seat of her car, her lips forming a gentle smile. “Try to sleep, okay? I’ll wake you up when we get to your house.”

You hum and nod, your eyes already shut. She slightly chuckles at your behaviour, her eyes softening as she looks at your tired form. She gently closes the door a few seconds later, her body already taking steps towards the other side so she can safely drive you home.

In this world filled with vampires and other creatures, she’ll do anything so you can remain your usual safe just a little while longer.
