L'appetito col caldo comincia a scarseggiare e il palato cerca qualcosa di fresco. Allora uniamo l' utile al dilettevole ed in questo caso potrei affermare anche 😃 il piacevole 👍 Questo piatto mi riporta all' infanzia, oggi si ha tanto e si rischia di non dare valore a ciò che si ha sulla tavola. Ma gli elementi essenziali sono il pane e l'acqua e la nonna mi faceva comprendere come con il pane si può mangiare bene ed essere soddisfatti. Ho usato del pane che stava indurendo, un piccolo filoncino Cosi l' ho affettato e disposto su una gratella ad asciugare bene al sole. Diciamo una tostatura al naturale . Stasera semplicemente bagnato in acqua e disposto su piatto e condito con : 🍅🍞INGREDIENTI ➡️Pomodori rossi maturi (San Marzano) ➡️Basilico abbondante spezzettato ➡️Origano secco ➡️Aglio a lamelle ➡️Olio Evo ➡️Sale ➡️Aceto balsamico ➡️Olive di Cerignola grandi 🍞🍅PROCEDIMENTO Tagliare i pomodori a dadini e miscelarli con tutti gli altri ingredienti. Far macerare questo composto mezz'ora in frigorifero affinché diventi morbido e i pomodori abbiano preso tutti gli aromi.
