I love all of the underated NPCs that just chill there and do absolutely nothing. NPCs that dont appear in-game. NPCs with no canon personality. NPCs with no canon appearance at all. NPCs with little to no official art or renders, or even none at all. NPCs with no or very little fan art. I love them SO fricken much!!! like, all of them. ALL OF THEM!!! Vinny, Sab, Boots, EmoTeenager, Zach, Enphoso, Turret Joey, Glevil, Fish, BURIEDANDGONE, Gragh, Racerman, UNO, DOS, and TRES, Buck, Scary Mike, whatever tf Vinny's snake is named, ALL OF THEM!!! just AHHHH!!
