“ Aw man I really enjoy being out with my friends , I used to be such a homebody and now i’m trying to go out and have some fun. “

“ A night out with friends is always fun. I recently seen you were out in Jamaica. How was that ?”

“ Jamaica is so nice , I absolutely love being there. I definitely will be making plans to go there again this year. Have you been to Jamaica? “ - Letitia questioned

“ I’m actually going in 2 weeks , i’ve never been so i’m very excited to go“

“ You’re going to absolutely love it, and make sure try the KFC there , it’s so much better “- Letitia smiled

“ Definitely will be trying that . Now you know you have some very nosy fans as soon as they heard they could leave me questions to ask you they blew up my comments. I’m gonna ask you the main three I kept seeing. Is Ms Letitia Wright in a relationship?”

Letitia laughed and shook her head

“ Y’all so nosy “ - She laughed. Letitia felt her cheeks get hot as she started thinking about you.

“ Hmm. Should I tell you guys ? You know what, I’m gonna spill the beans, it’s been long enough I’ve been with my beautiful girlfriend for 2 years and she’s my everything. Crazy because our anniversary is today “- Letitia nodded

“For starters happy anniversary you two. Could you tell us more about her? What is she like ? Will we get to see her any time soon ?”

“ She’s the love of my life. I honestly cant imagine life without her. That woman is everything to me. We actually were childhood best friends, I lost contact with her once I moved to the UK. Then at the first Black Panther Premiere we ran into each other and honestly the rest is history. Two years ago today I asked her to be my girlfriend. It was such a nice set up, took her to Paris and asked her to be my girlfriend under the Eiffel Tower. And to answer the last question I will be keeping my baby private.

“ How come ?”-

“ I’m a very private person when it comes to my personal life. I want my baby to have a normal life. I want to make sure she’s safe when she’s not around me. I don’t want my nosy fans in her DMs or making her comments all about me since she does her little thing with TikTok , Youtube & Instagram. It was a mutual decision to keep it private and honestly keeping it private has been so nice, nobody bothering us or tagging us in each others posts and what not. I really love it. “

“ Married for sure , I can’t wait to marry her . Everyday she gives me a reason why I need to put a ring on her finger now. Hmm in 5 years maybe a baby. I believe she’d be a good mom, she’s amazing with my little sister, everytime I see them interact my heart jumps. Besides that I would love more roles in movies “

“ So what i’m hearing is the next time I interview you , Ms. Letitia Wright will be married with a baby on the way ?”

“ Depends on when you interview me but yes married and a baby on the way. “

“ Cant wait to see that and I’m wishing you and your girlfriend the best. Next question , did you ever expect to blow up on tiktok ?”

“ Honestly no , it was a shock to me. The whole world is crushing on me, you got everyone calling me their girlfriend or wife I think it’s cute. I don’t mind them at all, i really appreciate them. So many fans take so much time making edits and things like that I love them “

“ These fans really love you , okay so last question , can we expect anything new for you after Wakanda Forever ?”

“ Yes of course I can’t really tell you guys much I have two movies dropping soon and I’m very excited for everyone to watch. One movie i filmed a while back and this new movie is something new and I think you’ll love it.”

Happy FACE era and happy Jikook days to all!

I promise I'll write a few in depth reflections on the latest Jikook interactions and also will address 편지 in another post but I just wanted to get a few things off my chest so I wanted to post this first. (Sorry, this post will mostly include my reflections and no profound analysis so if you're not interested in my ramblings, you can skip this one)

I guess I'll start off by this: I did make the conscious decision to lay off the petiness a few months ago though I can't help but think these few days (even weeks) happened for the sake of all the hateful trolls who have been making rounds even on here revelling in the fact both Jimin and Jungkook were mostly off-grid and Kook spotted having a social life, which somehow automatically discounted any possibility of him keeping in touch with/seeing anyone else for some reason.... but anyways... for the sake of keeping my karma clean let's move on.

Being an ARMY with a special fondness for 3J and Jikook I have to say my life is pretty easy, I just lay back and enjoy as their appearances happen and let things unfold without having to get angry or hateful. Mostly because my love for them doesn't hinge upon a never-ending need for validation for what has been a constant for the past 10+ years. And I hope by communicating and trying to explain more closely to you how especially Jimin and Jungkook interact, trying to help you bridge the language gap, I really hope you feel this sense of calmness as well. There is never anything to question, to fuss or argue about. (Not to stray too much off topic, but rest assured I deeply value and appreciate each and one of your replies and messages, despite the fact I am notoriously bad at replying to them 🫣)

Watching Jimin and Jungkook interact always feels like home, like you have been granted an insight into a familiar scene, with people that are so close they can't help but joke around or poke at each other yet at the same time can't hold back on their appreciation and softness for each other. (If you need a visual representation just take any moment Jimin talks about/with Jungkook and automatically gets all giggly and soft and Jungkook's last live where you could see the little goofball laughing at ex. the teasing scenes but at the same time couldn't hold back his starry eyed expression 🥹)

I have to admit though, I myself got proven wrong when I confidently posted about how they are both missing ARMY based on the Weverse interactions and then proceeded watching Jungkook turn on a live barely interacting with the comments (even remarking on the fact he isn't checking them yet people keep writing lol) just to watch over 1hr of Jimin content and admit to have been staying on top of all his promo releases...To then read Jimin's reply in which he left no room for debate. 국민 정말 미안해ㅠㅠㅠ

So what have we learned over the past few days?

Jimin and Jungkook are fine, in fact better than fine, and not seeing them in public proves absolutely jack sh*t (reverting back to a bit of my pettiness here)

Jungkook was involved with the album more than we could have ever imagined. (can't wait to talk more about 편지, I have to say not many songs have ever touched me as much as this one, for various reasons...)

Jungkook visited Jimin's rehearsal (and was really interested in watching him record for a music show too 🥺) and was also for that reason so confidently announcing that something "amazing beyond words" was coming before the teaser for Set me free pt. 2 dropped

As expected Jimin's latest schedules are recording/company-home-eat-sleep and repeat so he has barely any time left and Jungkook misses him a lot :(

Jungkook is as supportive and admiring of his hyung as ever- his words not mine (still a huge Serendipity stan though 🤭)

And once again highlighting: their communication feels very warm, friendly and familiar, there is no sign of them not knowing about each other or being distant

Gunil

Gunil readjust his tie for the nth time. He’s a bit nervous, but the good kind of nervous. Today is the day where he gets to marry you, the love of his life, and he is ecstatic. Gunil checks the time, the ceremony will be starting soon. You and Gunil both agreed to not see each other before the wedding. A decision Gunil partly regrets because at the moment he wants to see you more than anybody else. He settled for sending you a text. “See you soon love ❤️” . He somehow becomes even more overjoyed when he gets your response. “See you soon future husband 🥰” .

The ceremony begins. Gunil waiting for you at the altar. The moment you enter the room Gunil’s breath hitches and his heart skips one or maybe two beats. You look absolutely gorgeous and Gunil feels like the luckiest man ever. He cutely stumbled over his vows, kissed you with so much love after you were announced married and bridal carried you out of the room, more than ready to spend the rest of his life with you.

Jungsu

Jungsu had been thinking about this day for a very long time and it has finally arrived, the day of your guys wedding. In less than an hour you two would be a married couple. Jungsu just got his hair finished. He checks himself over in the mirror, making sure that he looks perfect. Loads of planning went into today, so Jungsu wants to make sure that it’s everything you’ve dreamed of. He runs over his vows again in fear that he might forget them. He spent weeks figuring out the perfect words to say. 

Tears well up in Jungsu’s eyes as you make your way down the aisle. It’s a sight that Jungsu will never forget. He holds your hands tenderly once you finally reach him. His eyes are filled with love (and some tears). When it comes time for the vows Jungsu recites his words that took him weeks to figure out and they’re some of the most beautiful words you’ve ever heard. The kiss he presses to your lips is light and delicate, being a bit shy about the audience. Once the two of you exited the room, now married, he’ll give you another kiss.

Gaon/Jiseok

Jiseok is unable to remain still. He’s bouncing off the walls with excitement. How could he not be when the two of you are getting married today. He used to imagine what it would be like to marry you, what your wedding would look like. Now he no longer has to imagine any of it because it’s real, it’s happening. Jiseok almost can’t believe it either. Everything feels surreal right now. Him standing in his suit waiting for his cue to go to the altar where he can finally marry you.

Standing at the altar Jiseok can only see you as you walk down the aisle. Even as the marriage officiant speaks Jiseok can hardly understand what he is saying because he’s too mesmerized by you. He wrote out and planned his vows, but they seem to have gone out the window, so he just speaks from the heart. He kisses you with one hand cupping your cheek and the other not letting go of your hand. He looks at your wedding ring adorning your hand as you two walk out, married.

O.de/Seungmin

Seungmin is more nervous than he thought he would be. It’s a good nervous, an excited one. He checks the laces on his dress shoes because he’s suddenly worried about tripping. He was finally going to marry you. The two of you used to jokingly talk about your wedding day, but that day has actually arrived now. Your friends can no longer tease you both about acting like a married couple because you’re actually going to be one and Seungmin couldn’t be happier about it.

The second the doors open revealing you standing there Seungmin feels like he’s falling in love with you all over again. Sliding the wedding ring onto your finger reminds Seungmin of when he bought you a promise ring all those years ago. He stated it in his vows that he finally fulfilled his promise of turning that ring into a wedding ring cause he just wants to spend the rest of his life loving you. The kiss he gives you is delicate and passionate. He picks you up and twirls you around before setting you down to exit the building as newlyweds. 

Junhan/Hyeongjun

Hyeongjun and you agreed on wanting to have a small wedding, with only your close friends and family. Hyeongjun thinks that it makes the wedding feel more intimate. Hyeongjun’s heart is filled with warmth about the two of you tying the knot and coming together as one. The moment before the ceremony begins Hyeongjun finds himself rather calm. He’s excited of course the moment he dreamed of is finally coming true. 

The moment you entered the room and began to walk down the aisle Hyheongjun’s face is painted with a bright smile. He always thinks that you’re beautiful, but you are exceptionally beautiful right now. Hyeongjun carefully holds your hands in his and gives them a loving squeeze. He poured out his love for you while reciting his vows and even teared up a bit. The only time his bright smile left his face was when it was time for you two to kiss. It was quick, but warmhearted. The two of you exit hand in hand ready to embark on another life journey together and it almost doesn’t feel real for Hyeongjun, but the way you squeeze his hand reminds him that it is.

Jooyeon

Jooyeon is bouncing up and down, buzzing with excitement. He is thrilled that today has finally arrived, the day that he gets to marry you. Jooyeon recalls the days his members would tease him about arguing with you. Claiming that you two sounded like a married couple. Now, in about an hour, you two are really going to be a married couple, it makes him laugh a bit. He can’t tell if the minutes are passing by fast or slow. All he knows is that he can’t wait to be standing next to you.

Jooyeon’s heart picks up at the sight of you entering the room. It hammers harder the closer you get. Jooyeon doesn’t think there will be a day where you don’t affect his heart and he wouldn’t have it any other way. He’s a bit clumsy at slipping the ring onto your finger, but it’s oddly endearing. In his vows Jooyeon says that there is no one else he would rather spend his life with than you. He’s very excited to kiss you when the time comes and even more excited once the ceremony is finished and you two are now married. He hugs you while jumping up and down.

Okay so I’m not really good with open questions, but I’ll just dump whatever comes to my mind, if you want to know something specific feel free to ask!! I’ve been rotating them in my mind nonstop for two years I’d never be able to write everything.

First of all, my Lizzie is the Ultimate Lifeform. What does that mean, you may ask? Well, to put it simply, they are meant to* be the pinnacle of evolution, a being capable of anything, a being that cannot be outmatched.

*I say they are meant to because they are not a product of evolution. They are an angel birthed by Void’s feeling of being alive(???).

So, Elfilis is the perfect being. And knowing this has made them grow arrogant and self absorbed, although not exactly with malice. They are aware that they are genetically superior to any other being in the universe, and they treat others (who they call “inferior beings”) with I don’t really know how to explain this but with less disdain and more condescension. They essentially treat everyone around them like a little child might treat bugs: as tiny, insignificant things who can be fun to watch but even more to squash.

That’s kinda why they destroy planets, too. They just think it’s fun, and they genuinely don’t see anything wrong within it because they see themselves as above “pointless inferior concepts” such as morality. They also never really had a home, instead they travel from planet to planet, only briefly stopping to rest before blowing them up with no remorse, so they have little to no concept of consequences or society, and they dismiss these things as being below them. Also, they don’t destroy these planets due to ill feelings, in fact they love visiting different ones, but they simply don’t see the point in letting the planets continue existing after they’ve seen them (sorry if I’m not explaining well I’m just a bit tired)

Btw going on a little tangent here but today I was translating old Japanese mouce posts and one of them said “I find their arrogance inspiring” 😭 emoji)I mean I get what they’re saying, and honestly same but not worded it like that 😭 but maybe I have to look better what each word means.

Throughout their unmeasurably long existence, Elfilis never even thought of the possibility of being defeated. They are a smart mous, but they are also painfully overconfident and reckless to a fault. Which is, for example, why they let themself be run over, or get captured in the first place.

Lizzie was captured with guns. They might have healing abilities, but when the thing that hurts you stays inside of their body it actually made it worse. So they were shot until they passed out from the pain.

While in captivity, Elfilis spent the vast majority in their dream world, using it to explore the outside through the visitors’ memories and trying their best to pretend like everything is alright, waking only to see Neichel.

Btw, they’re very torn on their feelings towards Neichel, because on one hand she kept them company and stood by their side the entire time and they grew attached to her, while on the other hand she stole their song and exploited them like the rest, plus the sole fact that she is a human.

Also the New Worlders' feelings about Elfilis were mixed between fear, wonder and tenderness(like 🥺), no matter how much hatred one could hold for a being who attempted to destroy their planet, for nearly everyone it vanished the moment they saw how beautiful and miserable this creature was.

But Lab Discovera was sooo close to develop technology beyond anything humanity could've ever imagined, and if they frred the mous they'd have all the more reason to turn this planet to dust. So its better to keep them caged, right...?

Anyways, their decision to split was a stupid impulsive choice they made in the heat of the moment during a failed attempt at escape. They figured that by ejecting all their feelings would’ve allowed them to reason better, and the half of themself outside could help the half of them inside escape. They certainly didn’t expect to spawn two babies and condemn them to suffer for millennia.

In the present, Elfilis greatly loves their little ones, and takes on the role of the cool older sibling for them. They want the Gemini to be as happy as possible to make up for all the suffering they’ve put them through. Btw, they don’t want the babies to necessarily follow their footsteps, but they want them to at least be aware that they, too, are perfect like their sibling.

Btw they despise Kirby for being a “bad influence” on Elfilin and for trying to prevent them from existing just cause he made a little friend and for running them over, but they tolerate him because he undoubtedly makes their babies happy.

They also often pick on Meta Knight, mainly to tease Elfilin cause he admires him, but also cause they see that he’s trying to make himself look cooler by acting the way Galacta is (falsely) portrayed in the present and they think its funny.

Btw the were also a Gucci Gangster, specifically the healer of the team. Due to void shenanigans they can’t remember much of their other two friends, but meeting Kirby and Meta Knight unlocked their memories of Galacta. They miss him very much but they’re somehow sure they’d be able to bring him back one way or another.

hmm, let's think !!!! i always imagine him having kids a little young, a bit unplanned 💀 and, i've said this before, but i think 🥺 he's not around in his first baby's life very much IN THE BEGINNING 🥺 i think he has to go through a whole crises about it and he has to confront his family trauma and willingly step into fatherhood ! which isn't easy for him !! i imagine when his partner tells him they're having a baby, he kind of runs 💀 BUT i think he would tell someone eventually, before she's born, as a sort of hand off ?? of responsibility ?? bc if he tells rei, then he can be comforted by the fact that he KNOWS his mom won't leave that baby behind. even if he's not in the picture, i imagine his mother AT THE VERY LEAST (bc i do imagine all his siblings would want to be there for her too) being involved in her life.

and so bc of that — by the time touya returns and is ALLOWED back in her life by the mama, she already knows and is comfortable with his family ! as far as enji...in every modern au, i imagine he and rei and divorced and separated. is he still around ?? yes, at least with rei and fuyumi and MAYBE shouto, but he's not living in the home or anything. natsu wants nothing to do with him LOL ever.

do we think rei would let enji see her ?? 🤔🤔 bc touya's not around, right, but they all KNOW how difficult that relationship is, so — would they make that decision FOR TOUYA to allow enji in her life ??? i think....they would. and i like to imagine modern au enji as someone that's actively trying to be a better person/figure for his family, so i think he would want to be a good grandpapi to the baby-girl 🥺🥺 she's not allowed with him on her own, but he'll come by if she's with rei and visit !!

i always imagine him coming back in when she's about 2 or 3 ?? so young enough that she never REALLY remembers him not being there, but he's got to live with the fact that he missed out on so much 🥺 and he's gonna spend the rest of his life making it up 🥺🥺🥺

1. Castor is actually technically younger than his sister (only by a little, but still)

2. Solar pushed (I’m so sad it’s past tense now) Sun away so as not to hurt him

3. Earth likes to go and hangout in meadows and just other nature areas, usually when she’s sad but sometimes just for fun

4. Solar didn’t usually actually genuinely smile, it’s something he kinda learned to not do in his old universe

5. Castor did not start out with the “no emotion” thing (that clearly isn’t true)

6. The astrals can switch genders at any time because they are light

7. Another thing about the astrals, I think it’d be really cute if the astrals had something for them that was similar to catnip for cats. (It’d just be really cute I wanna see that in some form. My favorite writers, @ghostsandfools, @we-are-the-multitude, and @notokbutthriving if you could, pls 🥺 although you don’t have to I imagine ur all busy with your own stuff. Alright that about wraps this one up. To the writers I mentioned, of course it’s your own decision if you want to make it or not, but I think it’s a really nice and fun concept to take people’s minds off what happened today on sams. I’d also like to say that I hope this isn’t gonna pressure you and I hope that anyone who sees this won’t go and pressure you either, as I consider you three friends of mine, even if you don’t feel the same. ( @notokbutthriving I feel like you’ve seemed a little standoffish towards me and I think that may be my fault so I’m sorry)

imagine aster harry and angel out with friends maybe at a dinner or something, and angel starts feeling sick and nauseous throughout the dinner, and she starts to panic that’ll she’ll be sick in front of everyone maybe she’s going into a bit of a panic attack and has tears running down her face. harry just automatically grabs her to comfort her, “im think im gonna be sick” while she’s crying “okay, okay, you’re okay, just breathe baby” and he asks her if she wants to *continue on another*🫶

🫶*continued* and he asks her if she wants to find a bathroom or just dip and try and make it home. and shes just panicking and he just makes the decision for her by just going out to the car just to be able to let her breathe and let her have her moment with just them bc he knows people stress her out. and shes just so overwhelmed and they get to the car and he opens the passenger door lets her in and just stands in the door way and holds her while she cries “okay baby you’re okay” sjksksk weak

Like maybe she hasn’t felt good all day but she knew they had dinner plans w all the friends that night and she didn’t want to bail but it’s when she’s halfway through her dinner that she’s like kind of panicking now bc she shouldn’t have eaten all this it wasn’t a good idea and the pasta didn’t help like she thought it would and she’s out of water as the waiter hasnt come by since he dropped off the entrees and she’s like flustered and scared she’s going to be sick at the table and this isn’t good she can’t be here but she doesn’t want to be rude and it’s when h notices that she’s gone completely silent and her hands are in her own lap instead of holding his and baby? And she’s a little teary and so flustered and she’s like hm? Hoping he doesn’t notice but ofc he does so he just crowds around her and sheilds her off from the rest of them and “are you alright what’s wrong?” And the second he asks she’s getting even more watery and I don’t feel good I’m scared I’m going to be sick:( and he just holds her face and okay it’s okay Angel don’t cry alright? Only gonna make you feel worse u need to breath w me that’s what’s gonna help and she’s trying her best but it’s just too much too much noise and she can feel her food in her stomach and not good and he can tell so he’s quiet when he asks do you think you can make it home or do we need to go to the bathroom? And she doesn’t give a real answer outside of a little whimper bc she doesn’t know she doesn’t want to be sick here but she can’t be sure if she can make it home:( so he just decides right then that he’s taking her outside for a minute and he just tells everyone that he left something in his car and takes y/n w him and he’s just sitting her in the passenger seat w the door open and her legs out the side and he’s kneeling in front of her running his hands over her legs and can u breathe now baby? Think a little better? And she nods her head still teary and thank u h:( and he’s like ofc baby ofc:( ready to go home or do you want to stay? It’s up to you🥺 and she just….do u think everyone will be mad if we leave? And he’s like no no no baby no they won’t they’ll understand just fine don’t worry okay? As I love literally all the companions, bc they are all so messy and beloved to me, most of my characters tend to have that disastrous found family dynamic that I adore <3 but ye I think they've all got their own relationships with each other them

I think Pyre gets along really well with Karlach? Which I imagine surprises the others, somewhat. But they're both soldiers, at the end of the day, and there's a comfortable familiarity in that dynamic for both of them. Karlach, of course, is somewhat irreverent when she responds "Sir yes sir" to Pyre giving her an order, but he finds her energy and zest for life really refreshing? They both know what it's like to be a prisoner, after all, and to cherish the freedom they have, knowing what it's like to claw your way out of hell.

He gets along with Lae'zel for similar reasons in one direction, and Wyll in another. He and Lae'zel talk shop and strategy a lot, and she respects his shrewdness and forceful decisiveness, and he her focus, determination, and discipline.

With Wyll, once things come out about Mizora, there is definitely an uncomfortable familiarity for him, and it makes him determined to help Wyll escape the contract however he can.

I feel that Pyre feels much older than the rest of the party, save Astarion and Halsin, and it's sort of given him a reluctant dad vibe 😩 Well, he acts gruff and reluctant, but I think deep down he enjoys having this sort of close bond with them all. He's been alone for so long...

As for non-party members? He and Zevlor get along fairly well, even though I feel like it doesn't seem that way to most who see it. I can definitely see some history between the two of them, and I think they interact exactly how you'd expect two gruff old men to interact.

NOW FOR MOSS

With Moss, I think the rest of the party wind up very protective of him. He's so open and earnest, and also just... doesn't understand a lot of the intricacies of the world around him. He's very clearly completely lost, with no memories to speak of, not even a name at first. Still, he's determined to survive same as they are, and he becomes... terrifyingly loyal to them, very quickly.

They have to help him a lot with just becoming a functional person? And tbh I feel like some of them take that duty VERY seriously. Gale for sure. Especially bc Moss will happily listen to him explain magic things for hours on end just staring at him like 🥺. He and Shadowheart bond over that shared amnesiac trauma, and also later on the fun Abusive Parent situations. Lae'zel admires his power and brutality when it's necessary, and his struggle to resist that brutality when it isn't. Wyll just admires how honest he is about what he is and what he's feeling, and how empathetic he is when he has absolutely no reason to be.

Karlach has decided she's his big sister, even if he is A Good Bit Bigger Than Her. She cannot wait until it is safe to put him in an affectionate headlock and give him a noogie 😩

Halsin takes on a mentor role as a fellow druid because there's a lot about being one that Moss, oddly enough, doesn't really understand? Moss respects him enormously.

At the end of the day, Moss would tear out the entrails of any who dared hurt any of his friends and eat them bloody (ʘ‿ʘ✿)

hello! I have been seeing snippets of quinn's story for a little while now and I finally binged the entire main story, and I loved it!

I will say there's one opportunity that you missed. When you had Collins arrested, I think it could have fun to see the captain force him to rape Quinn publically, and also use that to force any other crew members who may have been silently disgusted by the captain to make a decision: actively participate or very very likely be branded a traitor alongside Collins.

Mutal noncon- what's not to love?

Also, do the boys ever tell their new commander Why Quinn was put in that position? I know she wouldn't hold it against him or suddenly say he deserved it or anything, but as Commander does it give her pause when making certain decisions like what info Quinn is allowed to have?

On the note of the mutiny, does Collins ever say out loud to Quinn or anyone else that thought that if Quinn was in the airlock with the rest of the mutineers, he wouldn't have batted an eye? I doubt he would take that well.

They would have to completely immobilize Collins. Like, they better not allow him to move an inch or see this coming because that man can fight.

And the entire reason he was compliant in the first place was because the Captain swore he wouldn't hurt Quinn anymore. Making Collins hurt Quinn... my brain can't envision a scenario where he doesn't break free and kill them all lol

Seriously though, he'd cut out his own heart before he'd give into that. Even if they threatened to torture Quinn or rape him in front of Collins, I don't think he could do it. I swear he'd find a way to kill himself (and Quinn) first. He could never be the instrument for Quinn's torment and he'd definitely try to save Quinn by taking him out with him.

Yes definitely, Prim knows everything. She's honestly so proud of Quinn!!! And Collins for that matter. She's just blown away by the courage it took for them to survive.

And truly, Prim and her crew would have been first to sign up in the mutiny if they were there. She was practically born military, like Collins, but she stepped away from the strict way of thinking a long time ago. She very much values transparency and conversation within the crew. She encourages every one of them to come to her if they ever have a problem with one of her orders. So yeah, Prim would have been on board with it, and her and Murphy would have gotten on great!!

I don't think Collins has ever told Quinn specifically that thought. They've talked about him killing the others though and his headspace during the mutiny. Quinn truly does understand though. They were actively trying to overthrow the Captain, and it was specifically Collins' job as security officer to prevent exactly that from happening. They all expected to be executed if they were captured and that includes Quinn. He really wouldn't hold it against him.

And with the amount of suffering Quinn went through, he'd be first to admit that Collins sending him out the airlock would have been a mercy.

He would have regretted not getting the chance to fall for Collins though 🥺 he really would have hated to miss out on that.

December

hello everyone, i know it's already day 23 of January 2024, literal almost a month after the month ends and is already on another year, but at least i'm here yaaay (i really need to start writing the monthly post a week before said month ends 😭)

December was actually, just as thrilling cliff-hanging as November! thing is my countdown to my other coldplay show was finally down to under 50 days and it was also the end of the very first semester.

just in the true fashion of my life, my adventure this time is: going back and forth between Jakarta and Tasik in under 24 hours (22 hours to be exact!) on a back-to-back journey just for school and seeing my hometown again 😂

so, as you can tell, i have so many assignments and one of them is a practical skill's lab project where i have a typodont (a phantom model of human teeth embedded in wax) and i pretend to apply orthodontic treatment on it to correct the malocclusion. it was not easy at all. it's quite literally a simulation of what will happen and what should i do when i treat an actual patient. the project lasted for almost five months and even the class didn't stop once the semester break came around, that is why i had to go back and forth between Jakarta and Tasik: i don't want to lose my holidays while still having to attend the weekly class 😂

some will say i'm insane because it's so tiring to do so and indeed it was super exhausting. but if you know me, i'm the type to do just about anything for my loved ones (my parents were staying at Tasik to take care of things and it's been a while i visited my grandparents' last resting place) so it was no big deal at all to endure 7 hours of bus trip each and then 1 hour commute to the station/home. a total 16 hours in 48 hours timeframe spent on the road. and it's worth it, every second of it, because i got to relax and work in the middle of lush green and rice fields... it was the very definition of healing time. i was still under the pressure of stress and deadline to finish that last project, but at least i did it while being surrounded by serene nature and with my mum and dad 😂😂😂 it's such a nice drastic change to do wire bending with all my pliers and stainless steel wires and orthodontic brackets with herd of ducks quacking loudly near me and farmers ploughing soil to plant rice seeds... best part? zero pollution! no light/sound/air pollution whatsoever and i get to see amazing sceneries right out of my windows every day! rain every evening to help me and my mum water the plants (which are thriving!) Mt Galunggung in its majestic full view... woah. it's my best treasure tbh nothing else compares

the most unexpected thing was that our class for that subject/project is usually scheduled on Thursday (so for the first back-and-forth journey i made sure to go back to Jakarta on Wednesday and get back to Tasik on Thursday right after the class ended) and for the second week, my prof suddenly requested us to come to the campus on Tuesday, and guess when did he sent the message to inform us? 6 AM on said Tuesday!!!!! oh you couldn't imagine my panic, how am i supposed to be in Jakarta in less than 4 hours!? thankfully my prof is a lenient one and he let me and kak Mandy (who was in Bandung at the time) to join the class from zoom. another good news is that class is to be our closing session for the project, and that i can just send my typodont instead of coming in person to submit the assignment. yet again Allah's plan is always better than my most carefully thought of one 🥺

the rest of the break i get to spend every day at my hometown just recharging my energy and soaking every positive molecule there is, and my mum have this brilliant idea to buy a table tennis equipment!

at first, not fully knowing the impact of my mum's seemingly random decision, i opposed the buying of said table tennis because it's quite expensive. but after it arrived and i got to play against my mum and dad (who happen to be great players!) i finally understand that my mum knew fully well i don't like outdoor sports (solely because i hate the sun getting my face so red lol) so table tennis is the best option! it's so fun to play and i still get to exert my whole body to get that exercising regime my nutritionist has told me years to do so 😂

for new year's eve, the end of 2023 is the quietest one yet. with just my parents, deep in the greens, miles from the city, and just watching Pengabdi Setan 2/Satan's Slaves 2 (exactly my style hahaha getting my dad to watch it!) i moved over to 2024. just saying and sending out my prayers to welcome the new year and hope i can go through whatever i must face in the future. and again, just how i like it, not many fireworks were blasted so it wasn't that rowdy. it almost didn't feel like NYE celebration, all is calm and cool.

i love slow living, far away from the crowded areas, i could quite literally stay in my hometown at my house and just. be there 😂 it's so easy for me because as long as i have my loved ones with me and a roof above my head, enough to live and get by... that is all. to reach that tranquility and peace of mind is one of the highest priority/goal for me. hope one day after i've accomplished my dreams i get to reside and rest where my heart has always been dwelling.

here's to another journey in 2024, i hope we can together make it through. see you in the January post, that as i said in my Nov one, i'm counting down 3 days to my trip to Singapore and 4 days until i see coldplay again, historic moment as i'll be back to the stadium where i first saw the band 7 years ago!!! see you all soon 💙

Whether they're fit for the position or not does not matter in this silly what-if 🤭 Gramps might be easiest to start with, since it's easy to assume he was likely the original Leader in the very beginning of the packs' creation (me thinks anyway, even for a short while)

A second version to this could beeeeeee like how any of the remaining four would handle being a temporary Leader in Zavok's absence for any reason (serious and non-serious reasons), and who you think would be the best option for that temporary time 🤔 (I say four and not five bc I think Zik would handle it best by default)

Ooooh this is a fun one!

Okay, okay, so I have a lot of little stories in my head that exist just for fun and not really to be shared ; and one of them is about each D6 getting two other Zetis (mostly OCs because it's fun) under their command and forming 6 mini-teams ; so I actually have a few thoughts on something like that already!

So, yeah, I think we can all agree that aside from Zavok, Master Zik would be the best candidate as Deadly Six leader- he was canonically the previous leader of the pack, after all. And he's the one who trained Zavok ; he's the one who passed all the leadership skills down to him. His leadership would probably be pretty smilar to Zavok's, with perhaps slightly more emphasis on manipulating the enemy rather than full-on fighting.

Zeena is definitely the kind of leader who would give a few orders and then sit back and watch. Do not question her leadership or authority, that's 'how to get kicked in the face 101'. I'd like to think she's a pretty good strategist, tho. So while she likes to sit back, her plans work well enough that the team allows her to do so and has moderate to great success.

Zazz... Zazz. If I say Zazz's solution to every single issue is violence, will you be surprised? The team is going to fight everything and anyone standing in their way- even when that's really not necessary. But one thing I'd like to think Zazz would be really good at as leader is getting the pack fired up. His bloodlust is contagious and he knows exactly what to say or do to get every single member of the group hyped up for the fight(s).

Zomom doesn't know how to strategize and he's not a great speaker. One thing he does know how to do, though, is take hits and protect others. He's less of a leader in the sense of someone telling orders what to do ; and more in the sense that he's not afraid to be at the front of the group in battle. He'll let others come up with the plan ; and make sure they're safe while it's being put in motion.

Zor is probably the most difficult to imagine as a leader. It just, really doesn't feel like a position he'd want. But if he really needs to lead, I'd imagine it would be quite similar to how Zeena does it. Find a plan, lay it out to the team, and sit back. His powers would obviously have to come into play ; perhaps as a tool to help the rest of the pack without having to put himself in harm's way.

So that's that for the first part!

As for how the rest of the pack would react to being temporary leaders ; I have another little story around that idea! Long story short, Zavok and Master Zik are captured by (some villain) and the remaining four have to rescue them.

In the end Zeena, Zazz, Zomom and Zor end up splitting leadership duties between the four of them. Zor gathers intel to help them make informed decisions. Zeena strategizes and crafts attack plans based on the intel. Zazz leads the charge and directs the pack into battle. Zomom keeps the group safe and ensures they all get out of the fight unharmed.

Stepping away from that little story ; I feel like neither Zomom nor Zor would want any kind of leadership position. If there's someone else to drop those duties onto they will gladly hand them the responsability. On the other hand, both Zeena and Zazz would do anything to be leader- and both strongly believe they'd do better than the other. They would probably just end up fighting each other for leadership until Zavok and Master Zik decide to do the work themselves, break free and make their way back on their own.

Some things that helped me come to this conclusion:

Camilo is very extroverted. He does have moments were, if you look carefully, he kinda shrinks in on himself and resumes the 'dinosaur posetm', also known as Bruno's constant state- but despite this, he thrives on attention, I mean look at this pose:

You can practically hear him saying 'look at meee'. Next, I believe they'd make decisions based on the reality of the situation and speak very literally about things, example:

"Err, not if we don't have a house."

He does not entertain the option of that changing right away. He's focused in the now and is trying to get that dealt with first.

He's very confident but he also hides behind other people's faces, literally. I do imagine him to be quite popular in his own right but still, he's very closed off with his emotions and only thinks about catering others, that's literally his gift. So he neglects himself emotionally and pretends he's okay behind his happy demeanour. He's a devil and is the epitome of a little shit. But it's tough love sometimes, they do truly care💞

I agree with the headcanon that shapeshifting into all these ppl, wears him out and that's why he's so hungry, however, I also think it's more than that: he just has a naturally fast metabolism and looooves food🥰, cos I like to think he still acts like this when the magic is gone. The family call him a human trashcan lol.

🛌- Sleep hc: he sleeps like he's been hit by a car, snores like an engine and drools all over his pillow.

🗡- Badass hc- He'll shapeshift into a bully's mam to get them to back off. Also he just hates on bullies in general, often crossing a line and being a bit of one himself, when trying to defend ppl.

This is going to sound so bad out of context, but I LOVE dead children.

... in fiction only, of course! It legitimately opens up many interesting avenues of discussion and exploration within the stories they exist in. This holds true for Ortho and the role he plays in Idia’s life, and especially in episode 6′s main conflict. Episode 6 didn’t really focus as much on Ortho’s inner thoughts as much as it did for Idia’s, but I could only imagine what kinds of existential questions and dread were swirling around in Ortho’s circuit boards before and during his decision to act outside the bounds of his programming.

I think that a lot of people underestimate Ortho because he’s technically younger than everyone else at NRC, or because he’s a robot rather than a living being, but it’s because of his youth and his status as an inorganic being that makes him so much deeper than you may think he is. Imagine being Ortho, who exists solely as an entity to help someone else cope with loss. You’re hyper aware of what your purpose is, that you’re just imitating someone else, that you’ll never truly be loved and never truly be able to replace what was lost. And yet... you still want to help that person you call your creator and your brother, because you just want to see him happy, because even if Idia doesn’t have faith in his future, Ortho always will have that faith for him. MAN, IT JUST BRINGS A TEAR TO MY EYE WHENEVER I THINK OF IT 😭

Pre-episode 6, I still loved Ortho because having a little kid in the cast really shakes things up! I He has an air of innocence and the curiosity of a child, but also processes data in a very cold and calculating way... like the robot that he obviously is. That contrast is just so cool, and it made me get really invested in learning more about Ortho and why he is the way he is. DJIASBSODIABD S THIS MIGHT ALSO SOUND KINDA SUS BUT I THINK IT’S HILARIOUS THAT HE HOLDS THE SCHOOL AT GUNPOINT JUST TO SAVE HIS BROTHER 🥺 That’s how you know it’s true familial love, when you threaten to laser beam a building full of innocent bystanders to the ground to force them to rescue your family 💞 And because Ortho is a kid, his mischief comes off as cute, well-intentioned mistakes rather than the purposeful dick moves most of the rest of the boys pull off. I WOULD HAPPILY EXCUSE ORTHO OF ANY CRIMES HE COMMITS 😤 BUT FUCK EVERYONE ELSE. I just wish people would overlook him as a character just because he’s a kid 😓

If there’s one major gripe I have about pre-episode 6 Ortho, it’s that he didn’t seem very... well-defined, if that makes sense? Like, the vast majority of the time I saw him, it was in some relation to his brother. It felt like Ortho couldn’t really act or do anything on his own without somehow being tied back to Idia or having to ask for Idia’s help (and in hindsight, I completely understand why this may have been intentional, because it made the payoff in episode 6 so much more impactful). I’m SO glad the Ortho-Idia dynamic was improved and that my precious robot son can finally be free to do whatever he damn well pleases 🥺 When I saw Ortho in his College Gear for the first time... man, I felt like a proud parent that had just witnessed my one and only child’s graduation ceremony................................

JUST SO I CAN END MY THOUGHTS WITHOUT SOBBING ON MY KEYBOARD, I want to say that Ortho has some of THE best outfits in the entire game. I don’t care what anyone else says, the fact that Ortho is a robot adds to (NOT detracts from) his wardrobe. He can’t wear “normal” clothes like everyone else, so it forces the TWST devs to get very creative when designing Ortho’s equivalents. He can have all these extra functions and attachments that no one else has because he’s a robot, and that really enhances his ensembles. His coolest look by far has to be the Fairy Gear; it’s so fancy ✨ Plus, the outfit holds a lot of character significance, seeing as 1) it’s designed by Crewel rather than Idia, his usual designer and 2) Ortho puts the outfit together himself AND comes up with a special addition to his routine using it, all WITHOUT Idia’s help. The Fairy Gear helped cement Ortho’s new identity, and his special place in my heart.

I apologize to all Jack stans, but he is just not that memorable to me. I think part of the issue is that Jack doesn’t have a clear connection to a particular Disney character or even a group of characters, unlike Leona (who is twisted from Scar) Ruggie (who is twisted from the 3 hyenas). For a game that so heavily markets itself using the Disney logo and its properties, it’s so odd to me that Jack doesn’t seem to be based on any particularly prominent wolf characters across the plethora of things The Mouse owns. There’s nothing wrong with that, of course! It just makes it difficult for my brain to remember Jack 💦 especially when he’s competing with Leona, who has the most powerful presence in Savanaclaw, and Ruggie, who I find to be much more adorable.

Inspiration for Jack aside, I don’t care for his design. I don’t mind a character with an intimidating looking face, but I don’t like how muscular he is or the weird spiky haircut he has (which???? I think is a mullet in the back????). To me, Jack’s best physical attribute is his fluffy tail, but I stop short of wanting to actually touch it or to pet him because he’s a wolf 😔 which is closely related to dogs... and I’m scared of dogs asdhlabyafibifabispfossdipb SORRY JACK

In terms of his actual role in the main story, I thought that he was severely lacking and didn’t fully meet my expectations. I was under the impression that the first years in particular would play major roles, with Ace and Deuce being the main duo tagging along with MC. However, to me it really felt like Jack was just... there, not contributing much and not saying much either. He did do important things in episode 2 (namely telling MC and co. about Leona’s plans), but I thought the way his unique magic was introduced was kind of ham-fisted and could have been executed better. It also did not help that episode 2 had the weakest storytelling out of the entire main story, so whatever Jack did happen to do didn’t get the proper chance to shine because of how poorly constructed the events surrounding him were. I don’t know, maybe Jack just generally came off as having no presence because he’s more of a stoic character that prefers to keep to himself rather than actually interact with others 💦

When Jack returned in episode 3, I felt that his role was greatly diminished and he didn’t offer much to the team despite being present. Ace was the distraction while people snuck into the museum, the Savanaclaw mob students helped overtake the Mostro Lounge while Ruggie swiped the key they needed off of Azul, and Leona stole the contracts. Compared to all of that, Jack kind of felt like more of a detriment than a help (for example, Azul spotting Jack’s tail when the were hiding after breaking into his office), or just generic extra muscle they needed around. I know there’s more to Jack’s character than that, but the main story certainly isn’t doing him any favors. Epel not only got more screen time in episode 5 AND episode 6, but also actively contributed to the VDC team and the rescue team; I wish that Jack had been allowed to do just as much.

Outside of the main story, I still don’t find him to be very interesting. Like... yes, I get that he’s a Good Boi (TM) beneath his scary face and standoffish “lone wolf” attitude, but I don’t find that alone to be compelling. I’m just not a fan of the “looks like he can kill you, but is actually a cinnamon roll” trope in general, so ashdbasoidbapds Jack unfortunately hits a lot of the points I dislike.

If it’s of any consolation, I do think that he’s substantially more interesting when he’s interacting with others (particularly when it’s a really REALLY shitty person, because then we get to see their personality and Jack’s clashing). One of the few things I do like about Jack is his strong moral conviction; it’s fascinating to see how that plays out with the scummier characters in the cast and how Jack vows to stick to his moral compass and live up to his promises even if they are for people he thinks are sketchy (like when he works for the Mostro Lounge to atone for trashing some of Jade’s mushrooms). Jack also has no issues calling others out on their bullshit (ie fake Octavinelle’s crying, Ace heckling him, Leona’s foul play in episode 2, etc.); it’s these moments that I really enjoy and wish that we got more of. I don’t necessarily think Jack is “wasted potential” (which is why I didn’t check that box off in the Bingo board for him), because I can’t think of what exactly is “missing” or could make him ‘better” in my eyes. I think the TWST team definitely did try to make Jack loveable but it just fundamentally does not appeal to me.

THIS WHOLE SERIES WAS A ROLLER COASTER MAN, THE STAR CROSSED LOVERS STORY TURNING INTO A BETRAYAL THRILLER AND FINALLY TO A TALE (TAIL heh) OF HEALING AND PAST REGRETS I'M IN LOVE, How it started with a love you think could work if they fight for it hard enough to a love you think shouldn't be after the actions of one to a love you know could never be yet something that could teach someone the importance of cherishing those you care about no matter your selfish desires. MAN THIS STORY IS MAKING ME SPOUT OUT POET SADNESS like actually it's just such a nice story and the fact that it doesn't end with them getting back together the right way this time gives it a sense of bittersweet endings, Rin might still love her but YN loves Shin now, yet that doesn't mean the love she had for Rin was something she'd forget about, it was part of who she is today and the times when they truly did seem in love were happy moments. YN understanding that her experiences changed her for better or worse, but it taught her so much and it led her to Shin. This feels so bittersweet and I can't have it any other way :) This series is amazing and I hope you continue to write in ways that could invoke the old man writing with a feather pen in an old study in people (specifically me)

As Small Heath is a dangerous place, something happens but the four Shelby brothers save her, the Shelbys essentially taking her in as their own. YN'S POV:

I never thought I would end up in Small Heath. My Mother always told me to stay away from it as it is a disgusting, crime riddled place that no good woman should ever find herself in.

But that all changed when she passed away last year from consumption. It has always been the two of us and I am still reeling at the fact that I am now alone in this world.

I never knew my Father. I learned at a young age not to bring him up as my Mother refused to tell me about him.

And as a single woman with no income, it was either work in a factory in the town I grew up on or take on a job as a school teacher in Small Heath that was desperate for a teacher.

So I became a teacher and realised that I made the best decision once I saw the children.

The children I taught were quite young and I realised that they needed me. Many times for lunch, many of them didn't have any food so I would bring extra food for them and made sure that they got their full.

A few times the students would show up at my small home looking for food, and I always fed them. I could never turn them away.

But besides me teaching and going to the local market, I didn't venture out much. I kept to myself as I knew that was the best way to survive in this place.

But that all changed one night.

I was late leaving the school as I needed to set up the board for the next days lessons. I didn't realise how dark it was and I looked at the small watch on my wrist and noticed that it was almost 6 PM!

It was autumn now, almost winter so our days were shorter and our nights were longer.

I wrapped my shawl tighter around my body as there was a nip in the air and took my usual route to my home.

It was a quiet night and hardly anyone was outside, either enjoying their dinner or down at the local pub.

So I heard the footsteps following me. I looked back quickly and noticed two men following me.

I walked faster, hoping I was wrong and that they just didn't understand personal space.

But they sped up as well.

With my heart beating like crazy, I ran. I ran as fast as I could but the two men caught me.

I was tackled to the ground by one and I screamed as loud as I could as they forced me on my back, hoping someone in this godforsaken place will hear me and come running.

The skirts of my dress were lifted and I tried to push the person off, but he just punched me in the face.

My eye was already swelling as the tears streamed down my face. I knew what was about to happen as I saw him pull down his pants.

I closed my eyes and prayed for some type of miracle.

That is when I heard the gun shot and felt the splattering of blood. The man on top of me collapsed, his body heavy.

I heard the other man try to run but another gun shot and he too went down.

My body was shaking as the dead body was removed from a top of me. I felt a hand touch my face gently and I flinched.

"Shh, it is okay. You are not in danger anymore." I opened my eyes, well the one good eye as the other one did not want to fully open now.

I was not expecting to see the face of Finn Shelby kneeling next to me.

I was most definitely not expecting to see his older brothers there as well.

I knew who they were. How could you not know the men who own and run Small Heath and are slowly making their way through the rest of Birmingham.

"Are you alright Miss?" Arthur asked me. I couldn't speak but I just gave him a thumbs up.

Finn helped me to my feet and had my face in his hands as he looked at the damage those men did to me.

"We should take her to Pol to make sure she is good." Finn said to his brothers.

"Are you okay if we take you to get checked over?" John asked me.

"Yes."

Finn had his arm around my back, guiding me through the cobblestone streets towards a building I have walked by many times, Shelby Company Limited.

I never dared to ever try to knock on the door, as I had no idea what happened behind those doors.

The one neighbour I have become close too told me to stay away from their shop and I have, until this very day.

The five of us walked through the front door and towards the back. I could make out a woman who I am assuming is Polly Gray and her son Michael.

"Pol.." sounded like Tommy was going to speak but she cut him off.

"Sit her down here Finn. You boys know what to grab." I could of laughed at her calling them boys but I didn't.

I felt the calming hands of Polly on my face, her checking me over.

I never imagined that after what happened tonight I would become almost like family to them.

Arthur, Tommy, John and Michael became almost like brothers to me.

Pol became like a mother figure to me. Ada I met later on, and I enjoyed spending time with her and shopping.

But Finn....Finn became my best friend. We became almost inseparable after our first meeting.

And I am thankful to have him in my life. I don't make friends easily but when it came to Finn, it just felt natural. Like he was always supposed to be in my life.

I thought back to that day almost one year ago I was just finishing up my day of teaching.

John's son Andrew is in my class and usually I will walk him home, along with his other siblings but not today.

As I was talking with Mary about her day at school, I heard Katie say, "Dad?" I looked up and there was John, along with Finn, Isaiah and Johnny Dogs.

John walked towards us and any other child or parent that was in his path, made sure to move.

"What is going on?" I asked him, trying to remain calm.

"We have to go now. Family meeting at Tommy's." I could of groaned at the thought of driving all the way to the country side, but I didn't.

I just followed John and the children towards the three automobiles that were waiting for us.

Finn took my hand in his and and walked the two of us over to the one, which had Katie and Andrew in it.

I turned to whisper to Finn as the automobile started to move. "What is going on Finn?" He just squeezed my hand.

"I shouldn't say it, but it deals with the Changretta family." It felt like my body went numb. I knew there was a feud between their two families.

The Shelby's have done everything in their power to keep me out of it, but something must of happened if I am now involved.

I didn't ask anymore questions, so I just stared outside the window as Finn and I held hands.

Him trying to be the comforting best friend and me, worrying about not only my life but of the man who I secretly love and his family that have taken me in as their own.

We finally got to Tommy's place and we were all escorted inside by members of the Peaky Blinders.

I noticed that other members were walking around the property on high alert. That just made me grip Finn's arm as we walked inside and headed straight for his office.

I was expecting to be left to deal with the children but all I heard was Tommy call my name and point to a chair that was infront of his desk.

I sat there, looking around at the faces of the Shelby family. Even Uncle Charlie was there.

Finn stood behind me, his hands on my shoulders in comforting way.

"YN you are probably wondering why I have brought you here."

I nodded my head yes, as I dared not to speak. "Well I was sent an envelope full of documents from Luca Changretta and to my suprise, your information is also in the envelope."

I sat there stunned as he continued to talk.

"It is an envelope filled with all the information the Changrettas have on us and everyone who is closely associated with us."

I am confused and it showed on my face. "YN, you always said you didn't know the identity of your Father."

"No, my Mother never told me his name." My voice I notced sounded panicky.

"I believe you, so no need to panic, but one document that was in the envelope was your birth certificate."

Tommy slid the folded paper across the desk at me. With shaky hands I grabbed it and opened it.

I looked over the information and it was in fact my birth certificate. There was my Mom's name and I felt my eyes go wide at the name of the father.

'Vincente Changretta'

"No, no that can't be." I tried to say.

"You are the youngest child of Vincent Changretta YN."

"Tommy, I had no idea I swear.".

"YN, calm down. I know. I actually had a talk with Vincente over the telephone and he too was shocked at the news as your mother never told him."

"So what happens now Tommy?" Arthur asked.

"Because our family has treated YN like one of our own, Vincente and I came to an agreement that will stop this war from going any further."

The whole room waited with baited breath. I felt Finns' grip on my shoulders get tighter.

"There will be peace between our families. YN and Finn will marry by the end of the week."

I can feel each and every Shelby family member look at Finn and I. Finn moved his hands from my shoulders and before I knew it, I was running out of the room and down to the kitchens.

Heading for the entrance outside. I ran until I reached the end of his property and I collapsed on the green grass.

I have no idea how long I stayed out there, my mind trying to wrap around everything that has happened.

My Father is Vincente Changretta. One of the most feared men in England. Who has direct ties to the Mafia in New York.

The man who literally just found out I existed and has decided who I should marry.

Tommy who is using me to end this war between the two families. The man who I get doesn't want any harm to come to his family but to use me?

And poor Finn. Finn has no say at all in this but he knows this could of happened to him. It happened to John when he had to marry Esme to stop the feud between the Shelby's and Lee family.

I heard footsteps coming from my right and I looked over. I saw Finn walking towards me his head down and his hands in his pockets.

"Can I sit." I patted the spot next to me.

"How are you holding up?" He asked me.

"This is all just so much to take in. I find out who my Father is and I don't know how to feel about it being Vincente Changretta. Being used to end a war and marrying a man who I have no idea if he wants to even marry me."

"I want to marry you YN."

"Finn you're just saying that because you are being forced to marry me."

"For someone who is so smart, you sure are acting very foolish. I love you YN. I have since that day you decided you were going to help me learn how to read and write."

"That long?"

"Yes and even though I wanted to do this on my own terms and take you out on dates and show you how you are the one for me, I am thankful and very happy that it is you I am marrying."

I wanted to give Finn a kiss but I always told Finn I want my first kiss to be on my wedding day.

The week ended and now I am walking down the aisle on my father's arm. If I had my way it would of been Arthur but I got to meet Vincente a few times over the last couple of days.

He told me stories about my mother and how they met. I am still not a fan at the fact that I am the result from a four month long affair but I can't change the past.

Luca and Angel seem nice enough, but I know I won't be seeing Luca again after the wedding, which is fine with me. Angel, who lives here, had his own restaurant to run.

Vincente and his wife will be going back to America with Luca, which I am thankful for.

She seems like a nice enough woman, but she is holding it together well for someone who found out their husband cheated on her and had a child and is walking said child down the aisle.

Now I am standing next to Finn, saying our vows and I do's.

"You may now kiss the bride."

Finn held my face in his hands, looking into my eyes to make sure this was okay. I nodded softly and he smiled.

Our lips connected for the first time and it felt like fireworks went off. Finn deepened the kiss but we broke apart to as his brothers were hollering at us.

I looked into Finn's eyes and then into the small crowd of people. This isn't how I expected my wedding day to be or how it waa planned.

But I am sure glad I got to marry the man I love and now be officially apart of his family.
