Toad, origami, one square sheet of paper
#mine#origami#toad#frog#original model is by Nick Robinson pretty chill model! I modified the legs a bit#if you recognize this paper good eye#I had a leftover square that was only usable on one side from when I prepare the paper for my oyster#this gold and green coloring was for the exterior :)#you can see a teensy bit of the failed mother of pearl side on the inside of the front legs#really lovely volumes on this one and the thick goopy texture for the oyster actually collaborated beautifully#also again check out that back crimp UGH

honestly you would think Rayleigh gave birth to shanks the way they are just exactly the same person right down to their alcoholism, penchant for scheming love of sandals and other generally horrible fashion items.
In a world where Mihawk meets Shanks first, he later goes to challenge old man Rayleigh and it all starts to click into place. like "oh you're the reason I'm stuck with that" point to Shanks wearing an outfit a pattern blind person put togther.

been very very much thinking about making a kigurumi style (aka those anime looking fursuit heads) cosplay of one of my inkling OCs with a 3d printed face plate as a base. thinking it would be cress. id just have to put the gun up to my head to learn some 3d modeling... among other things. if anyone has the experience of making kigurumi fursuit heads and has any resources or advice id love to hear it
#i do have access to a 3d printer. never used it#if i could find an existing model of an inkling face meant for a kigurumi that i could modify i think that would be ideal#if its cress id like the eyes to be a bit more circular and i need his nose. that part is important#also ears curving down instead of up like usual inkling ears#i have found some open source face plates that could be used as a base but theyre either too furry or too anime girl for my needs#but i could make do....thinking about it.#rassicas speaks
