that 90s show isn’t even out yet and I’m already thinking about the possibility of all throughout season 1 it’s shown that jackie and kelso don’t have a great marriage, like it’s constantly hanging on by a thread. it’s just an ongoing issue in the background of whatever the new main cast is up to. same with hyde’s character- he’s just constantly mentioned in the background of whatever else is happening. the adults will mention that he’s being a nuisance in some other state or maybe he went to london to partake in their punk scene. finally season two comes around (if it’s even good enough for multiple seasons) and Surprise hyde shows up out of nowhere ready to be the Cool Conspiracy Uncle to eric and donna’s kid, and he’s very obviously been recast but no one ever mentions it, or it’s mentioned once or twice in a very comedic way. anyway hyde is Here Now and it kind of sends jackie into a tailspin and she has to come to terms with the fact that she’s still in love with him and her marriage is failing and how to even deal with All of that. and This is how burkhyde can still win thank you

silly little details i suppose but i love how diana’s room is a mixture of so many things like i’m truly obsessed with the way it didn’t end up just being a generic pink princess sort of bedroom with bare walls and no clutter and instead she’s got some castle-y snowglobe and a picture with an extra funky frame on her bedside table, a massive snake toy across her headboard and teddies and dolls and a fancy little vanity, tons of horse riding awards and pictures she’s drawn hung on the walls and i just love how real it is to be honest

#oc txt.#c: hattie #c: mary ellen #hattie being able to make it back to her own vault just in time to be with her mom in her final moments is 🤕#she’s not the overconfident self assured put together person she was when she left however long ago it was #and her mother isn’t the hyper independent stoic emotionally constipated woman that didn’t even hug her before she left #her mother really did believe that this colony that had supposedly been growing since she was a girl WAS her kids’ only hope at a future #they knew for years that the vault was running out of supplies and falling apart #she was getting older and really didn’t think a future above ground was for her or her husband or the other adults that had grown up there #it was for their kids.#bc the vault wasn’t going to be able to sustain them for much longer #it’s why she pushed her kids so hard and pushed them away even harder #bc it made sending them into that world ‘easier’#she wouldn’t miss them as much and they wouldn’t miss her #sending her twins up there (her first borns) years prior was HELL #and she dreaded the day hattie was old enough to be thrust out there and even debated whether or not she’d even go through with it #so seeing her now … especially in the state hattie is in when she returns #she feels guilty but at the same time proud? because despite it she knows hattie had and HAS what it takes to survive up there #and seeing tj??? she doesn’t know if the twins made it to the colony or whether the colony was even real operating ect ect #so she’d never get to see them with her grandkids if they had any #she at least gets a slice of what could have been if things were different #it’s good that hattie gets to tell her truth of everything #it’s good that hattie gets to reconcile and be the last thing she sees before she passes #it’s all mary ellen ever wanted … to see her girls again #and in her mind if hattie made it … then she knows the other two did too #and i think for hattie she was just on the cusp of giving up and throwing in the towel #but she’s got people relying on her and she’s not a quitter … was never allowed to be #and i think by now she’d be searching for them less for herself and more for her parents #the least she can do is find out if their sacrifices (and the sacrifices of everyone else) were warranted

Watching pacifist, bad-at-melee, has-a-mental-break-if-she-has-to-hold-a-weapon Vu try to teach genetically engineered supersoldier, warhammer-wielding, powerhouse child Henry about melee skills was kind of fun.

Randy Random clearly thinks my thrumbo army is too powerful and needs to be put out of commission for a while.

Unfortunately, I am running quite low on medicine after the recent space battle and the last bout of gut worms, so hopefully, we can buy some more from a trader soon.

I think in Wookshys' case, the "flirting frenzy" inspiration just means he's going to dote on his wife extra hard for eight days. Something for Albina to look forward to, I'm sure.

Ichigo being a stay at home dad who works online is so in character for him actually…… he’s the type of dad to enforce 1 hour of no screen time outside playing in the yard and/or playground. He texts Orihime goofy pictures of Kazui jumping around in some water fixture in the local park and carries him home soaked to the bone and shivering with the biggest smile on his face and then they eat ice cream and wait for Orihime to get home so they can have family game night.

Was finally back at the bar last Saturday after three weeks of being sick

#it was karaoke night!! but i still had a sore throat and came kinda late so i decided not to sing this time #it was so fun tho and i got tipped €60 even tho my shift was only 6 hours and it wasn't really crowded #it was so sweet how everyone was happy to see me again since i had to skip halloween and my two previous shifts 😭😭😭#my boss said 'heyy melissa high five great to see you' and complimented my shirt and his wife was like 'risen from the dead! welcome back'#and the girl i hadn't worked with before but who i've seen at meetings and concerts immediately hugged me and was so nice to me #i wondered why she sang along so enthusiastically to 'männer sind schweine' by die ärzte until i found out her husband suddenly left her #with three little kids!! 🙄 one of them has cancer and now she suddenly has to find an affordable apartment for the four of them #this is stressing me out so much how fucking dare he. men. our boss posted about it on facebook asking for help which is really kind of him #after we closed when the security guard jokingly suggested a new guy for her she said she's becoming a lesbian so welcome to the club ig #anyway don't we love it when guys suddenly dump you out of nowhere as soon as things start to get a lil rough. viva la lesbianism for real #my face #the bartender chronicles

i watched wolf children and im not sure i liked it LOL

#personal #uh quick lemme rewatch all of wolfwalkers again #i wasnt really interested in hana and the werewolf husband/dad. him dying was sad ofc but then i couldnt help questioning the plot #like wow he really didnt tell her shit abt his life as a werewolf?? and then i felt bad for her for a lot of the time. like it didnt feel #like she has much outside of her kids. even if theyre only there for 10/12 years. i thought it was interesting the daughter was the #stronger extroverted one and the son was sick but then the movie reverses that. the girl's strongest relationship is now w a boy who did #that 'boys will be boys' thing and ur supposed to like that he came to her house everyday but i was like why tf isnt the mom asking #how her daughter feels abt this?? then the boy becomes an adult at the age of 10 despite the dad seemingly matching normal human aging #i thought a point of the movie was that they were werewolves but then each child chooses the path of one or the other. why is it so b&w #and i couldnt help but think the mom was dumb how her and Ame work at a place that helps injured animals and she ignored his master #and then yuki (who is trying to be human) is ignored in favor of the now wild child being in the woods...#we dont even see yuki reunite w the mom and both children leave easily #idk i feel like i need to rewatch wolfwalkers. this is like the opposite of a werewolf movie for me

A hard pill for me to swallow lately has been that, despite everything, I'm probably the best version of myself that could've existed. And that's not really a comforting thought.

#it's a special kind of doomed imo.#every other path most likely led to something worse #maybe it's pessimistic to think of it that way. maybe I should be more grateful that it isn't worse #but it's hard to find that within me atm #the best of bad outcomes doesn't mean good. it doesn't mean I'm happy.#it just means every other option would have been more miserable. and it's disheartening to think like that ofc #and I know the logic is flawed. but I know myself and even with the advantages I have I'm unable to make anything of myself #had I chosen differently it would only be worse. I'd still be impoverished. I'd still be depressed.#I might just also be stuck in a cult and married w kids in the middle of fucking nowhere wisconsin on top of it all #<- that's the worst case scenario. probably. really hard to say #biggest bullet I've dodged yet tho. completely unintentionally too.#another hard pill to swallow: sometimes the things we want the most WILL ruin your life and it's a blessing when it falls through #unfortunately you don't get to know this until years later #as you watch your ex best friend marry a man almost 2x her age and birth kids she never wanted into this world #and then you're like OHHHH that would've been my fate... I get it now 😐#still. there's no relief in the realization because while you would've been miserable w a shitty husband and 3 or 4 kids #you are in fact still miserable without them. but oh well.#I would say 'anyways. I just need to go to the beach.' but honestly. Okay, royals have one pro in the UK right now: its got all of us playing Cluedo right now with Kate's location and what her hospital visit was really about, with William being prime suspect.

#seriously though i am concerned about her #i may not like her but i am concerned #an abdominal surgery does not take nine months to recover from (her recently reported recovery time)#and the fact that she hasnt been seen since going into hospital in december #and on top of that the british media are throwing harry and meghan under the bus more then normal lately as if covering for something #like you'd think they and royal family would jump on having pictures of her family especially the kids around her sick bed #but no nothing #hell the kids and even her parents havent been seen around much like they used to be #and william isnt helped in suspect shit with his reported on bad temper by both harry and news people even #and the fact that he is capable of assault as he assaulted harry once #and doesnt seem to like women acting a certain way as he lost his temper with meghan once #and then you got the cheating rumors and baby number 4 rumors and just to add to shit #a husband of a cousin of the late queen has only now been announced to have died mysteriously in his 40s #and despite no one connecting it to williams lack of apperence at his memorial people emphasied william had no connection to the death #....actually is this cluedo still or a soap drama #i can just hear the writers for the crown getting excited
