I quit on his clothes and started another sketch bc i was frustrated with his pose and also bc i couldn't find any references on the time period accurate clothing from when Mulan took place

(partly on me bc im rlly bad at searching for things online and partly bc it might be too niche of a subject to find specifically noble/royal mens clothing. i kept finding womens clothing but barely any for men)

I'm always torn abt posting personal stuff on here. like idc abt posting silly goofy shit, I mean like more anecdotal thoughts n stuff on the more complex/difficult shit in my life. I think what keeps me from doing it is there's like less then five irl friends following me on here. and I love them to death, but no one can know anything abt me ever. it feels a lot safer to talk abt stuff with internet friends/the void of my blog. and I could unpack WHY I'm weird abt sharing stuff with my irl friends but that would be a long post. and also fall into the category of posts I'm trying to describe rn. I woke up from a wild fucking dream and i just found out that school got cancelled for me tomorrow due to the weather being bad

couldve sworn it was like kinda sunny but only a lil chilly today...

ANYWAYS ILL BE TELLING THE DREAM UNDER THE CUT

so the dream:

my classroom was having a field trip to get lunch, something to do with class idk

and there was this small aquarium tank in the back of the classroom on top of a small counter

on the counter was a dead black fish. it looked like the fish jumped out of the tank and onto the counter

along comes a spider. me and a few of my classmates watched as the spider climbs inside the fish's gills and makes the fish get back into the tank through a protruding silicone slit on the side of the tank

the fish was fine for a few seconds before bubbles come out of its gills from the spider

the spider makes the fish swim through the same slit it got into the tank with and flops back onto the counter

after a few seconds of shock and me and my classmates looking at each other, i managed to convince one of them to help the fish because the spider was out of the fish again

the spider, now in my classmate's hands was switched out with the shell of a crab

same classmate drops the now crab shell on the ground and gets sopping wet because when the crab shell fell on the ground, water was splashed everywhere

the dream ended as i asked my classmate if he was okay because he fell and dropped the spider turned crab shell

the last thing i saw before i woke up was the shell on the ground forming a perfect crab symbol

redesigned some old ocs!! for a story called candy contagia ^-^ (name might change) will b posting the other characters too cause i like them the story is basically about a cat man who owns a candy factory that turns out to have the worst working conditions, but its ok keep paying attention to mr whiskers hes so silly hes so funny Buy his products theres a lot more to the story than this and as usual there are The Horrors but thats the basic gist
