The peak c!Sam designs are the ones where he can be a bulky netherrite-clad wall of a man, hulking and imposing, green embers in his blackened eyes, and thick tendrils of smoggish smoke pouring from the mask that obfuscates his snarling face, and then in the next moment he's in a frilly apron and a pair of booty shorts, shirtless, cooking up some breakfast for cTommy.

Tommy squints against the lava’s glare. “Are you a cop, Sam? Because you’re sounding a lot like one right now. What the fuck am I even in here for?”

Sam’s taken aback. “You mean you don’t know?”

“How the fuck would I know? You never gave me a trial, Sam!”

God, maybe he should’ve waited for Dream. He would’ve had a much easier time explaining everything. Sam’s only had one conversation with Tommy—the prisoner, he has to remember that—and yet he already feels like he’s falling apart at the seams. How is he going to manage this for Tommy’s entire sentence?

Sam retreats into the shell he’s crafted for himself. He’s the Warden now; it’s about time he started acting like it, especially when Dream isn’t here to back him up.

“You’ve been arrested for murder, Tommy,” Sam says, “and the victim can’t testify for themselves.”

IN ADDITION, I used to freaking hate him with a burning passion but then I discovered that he’s actually very sweet and a likable guy, so now the relationship is Complicated. Because…

He really is so sweet but he also freaking let Ghostbur die! And you know me!! I love Ghostbur!!! I cannot forgive crimes against Ghostbur!!! I just can’t!!! So yes Sam is sweet and likable but the Rageful feelings burn within my chest at the same time. They coexist.

He’s not my favorite, but he’s alright! I wouldn’t go looking for fics about him, but if he shows up in one I won’t complain :)

I need more c!Hotelduo fics and by that I mean a modern but still fantasy au where C!Tommy and C!Sam are the host of a popular ghost hunting/paranormal investigation internet series like buzzfeed unsolved + sam and Colby. It's all light hearted and funny at first like they are both having fun but then something goes wrong but they try to just keep going as if everything was okay but then it all starts to slowly deteriorate but keep acting like it's all normal until they can't and that's when shit gets serious and. Sorry if I keep going I will end up writing it. I gotta go sleep.

i out of anything want a c!hotelduo conversation by the way but i out of anything would kill to see c!tommy confront to him that sam nook was programmed to protect him all this time but also programmed to view ctommy as a hero who needed to save the day. Like everyday i see parallels between the ceret apology to cwilbur where she relayed that she always honored and looked u to cwilbur's leadership when that arc was about cwilbur making amends so he could distance himself from that idea and the server for his own healing, and that sam nook (and as a consequence csam) saw ctommy as a hero and trusted in him during the egg arc even though that arc was largely about empowerment away from "being the hero" and cdream. Like do you hear me

A small groan gave the boy's hiding place away. Sam chuckled and with a careful hand lifted up the heavy quilt the teenager was curled up under. As soon as it was moved away from his head, Sam watched the boy's face scrunch up like a wilted raisin. He brought a hand to his face in order to shield his eyes from the harsh sunlight that poured in through the nearby window.

"Whaaaaaaaaat?" Tommy whined loudly. "Whadda waaaaaaanttt?"

"I wanted to know if you'd like to come along with me while I take Fran out for a walk." Sam continued to hold the quilt in one hand, while with the other he gestured vaguely towards the front door.

"I dun't," Tommy said with a grumbly whimper.

"You don't?"

Tommy shook his head and buried his face into the pillow. "Nuh. Wanna sleep. Wanna lay here and do whatever."

"...even if I promise to buy you something to eat on the way home...?"

Tommy slowly rose with a loud, dramatic yawn.

"Well, why didn't you start with that?"

Sam chuckled as he ran to grab his shoes. That kid...
