This was such a fascinating and exciting story for me not being a huge fan of mm romance I couldn’t put it down it completely sucked me in I love the world the characters the suspense mystery and the supernatural elements to this story all made for a very heart pounding thrilling read and the steam holy smokes Echo and Link were hot their chemistry is sizzling between them I devoured this story and I can’t wait for more! This was definitely H.D. Carlton doing what she does best I am obsessed with anything she has written and this was no different!

I have used geocaching in the classroom with my GED students.  The lesson centered around them gaining experience and understanding of how to use a GPS unit and compass. It also served as an introduction to geocaching. Students were asked to find four cardinal directions using a compass. Students were then asked to read compass degrees to follow a set-up course. The final aspect of the assignment required students to use a GPS unit to find at least three caches.this lesson resonate well with our students because of the real world implications connected to learning. 

Von Kotez et al. (2000) discussed the transformative potential of project based learning that allows adult learners apply new learnings to a real life problem.  I have done this as an adult education teacher and have encouraged my faculty to do the same as a county adult education director.  Geocaching, in particular, allows teachers to  embed an inquiry-based learning activity into a traditional geography lesson and create an enriching active learning experience that could be customized for all grade levels ( Lisenbee et al., 2015). 

Geocaching is an excellent inquiry-based activity encouraging creativity, active learning, and real-world problem solving. As such, it is an educational opportunity for students in all grade levels. However, it does have some drawbacks. As an adult educator sometimes it is hard to teach both the underlining basic skills (reading, writing and mathematics) and teach the technical skills needed to complete the assignment simultaneously. I have discovered that this assignment and other geocaching assignments do not work well with my lower literacy level adult learners. Adults with lower literacy skills can become overwhelmed with technology easily without the appropriate scaffolds (Graesser et al., 2019). 

Reflecting on my experience of using geocaching with my GED students, I wonder how receptive our medical students would be to this idea. A brief Google search, revealed that several medical schools have geocaching opportunities on their campuses or in close proximity. Here are a few opportunities:
