Disney Villain Bracket

basically how this works is we have brackets a, b, and c. c is a tricky one, hopefully ill explain right

it’s basically a bracket and a half, and the villains in the half bracket will go across and meet in the middle, and the winner of that goes against the two villains on the bracket above

once we get to the middle two in a and b and have that vote, and once the double elimination in bracket c happens, the three villains will all go head to head… to head. it’ll be the three winners of each bracket in one final poll

am i explaining correctly? oh well, y’all will see what i mean when we get there

im sure a lot of y’all have opinions on how this was put together but keep in mind ive never done this before and i did my best. so

also! voting criteria is you picking your favorite of the villains in each poll. not the movies or shows or whatever they’re from, im talking about the characters themselves

i will be posting the polls on the left side of bracket A first, on Monday, April 17 at 12 PM CST! after that, i will post the left side of bracket B the following day at the same time. then the left side of bracket C the next day. the day after that, i will post the right side of bracket A, then B, then C. you get it

THE ACTUAL GOAT HERE FOLKS! TRULY THE BEST AND MOST MAGICAL PARADE DISNEY HAS EVER DONE AND PROBABLY WILL EVER DO! I cry about it everyday tbh. Video doesn't capture just how freaking magical this parade was. The soundtrack is just pure magic and wonder. The lighting effects were absolutely amazing. They even had a Fantasia section with freaking Chernabog! Then the finale part, YALL, it was gorgeous, and would change from black and white to color!!!! I seriously cannot overstate the magic of this parade. It is SUCH a core memory. This is when the parks were at peak magic in my opinion. Don't even get me started on why it ultimately retired, it was literally CAUSE THEY DIDN'T STORE THE FLOATS PROPERLY! LIKE WHAT THE HELL DISNEY! YOU KNOW FLORIDA WEATHER. Makes me burst at the seams that the greatest parade of all time is lost and 99% sure not ever coming back (cause they are waaaay to cheap to produce this parade nowadays) and nkehewnc2jbvif2. Gosh, Id give anything for the parks to go back to this type of entertainment. But just please, PLEASE bring back night parades! There is nothing as magical as a disney night parade !

I've recently noticed Carabosse (the evil fairy from the original Sleeping Beauty fairy tale) is part of your Disneyverse. Cool. Any headcanons or design ideas for her?

Yes! She's connected to my ideas for Maleficent's backstory so you'll find designs for her here:

Basically I see her as a fairy who sought out greater powers and dominion by delving into the dark side of magic and ended up aligning herself with Chernabog. This allegiance heightened her power but cost her wings, which became withered and burned looking, a symbol of her lost soul, and when this is discovered, she was banished from the Fairy Court.

(I've also have an idea of linking her to the wicked Desert Fairy from the Yellow Dwarf fairytale (I think the Yellow Dwarf would actually be Rumplestiltskin in the timeline of the DisneyVerse)

No secret was it that Fantasia’s guardian had once been a creature most c r u e l , known well for her carnivorous appetite.  Even with her histories , the remark comes a little TOO candidly from Selena , spoken as simply as if discussing the weather outside.  Startled , there’s a clatter of porcelain as Verona drops her cup back into place onto its dish , none too gently , granting the keybearer a mildly o f f e n d e d look ( pointed ears lowered , wings ruffled , lips pressed into a thin line ) .  She huffs softly , nodding in acknowledgement.  ❝ Well , yes , that is true.  I … ❞  The thought starts , merely to trail off as she considers it further.

Come to think of it , ever since she had been restored following the fall of Chernabog ( & her succession to his mantle thereafter ) , she has not felt any lingering u r g e to fulfill a once-insatiable hunger that constantly lorded over her life.  Perhaps it was due in part to the removal of his influence , or maybe because of the cull of Darkness from Fantasia itself ⸺ She is not so sure.  But she has noticed that she has found normalcy these days ; she has not once felt inclined to pursue her usual fare for some time ( & isn’t that progress ? ) .

❝ I d i d , ❞ She emphasizes the past-tense , lifting her cup again , sipping at the tea , ❝ Grateful I am now that those days are past us. ❞  A sigh , ❝ I truthfully do not think it would suit the image of a Guardian if I were still a cannibal.  I doubt the public would have the STOMACH for it ! ❞  Ever in poor taste , unfortunately , but she thinks she’s funny.

The Son of Chernabog! Crack Idea and Au!

(I just wanted a reason to write about Yuu-)

(Y/N) was coming back to Ramshackle after a long day at the Monstro Lounge. Opening the door, she was expecting to hear Yuu and Grim talking or the ghosts laughing. All she heard was silence. Slamming the door shut, she walks into the lounge room. Thinking Yuu and Grim were there. But instead, she saw a giant demon man sitting on the couch while Yuu across from them in a chair. Both quiet once (Y/N) walks into the room.

"Um.. H-hello!" The female politely greeted them. The demon stares down at her with a unwavering gaze, (Y/N) could feel her soul about to pop out of her chest from the frightening eyes. The (h/c)-nette swore in her head that she could see her life flash before this demons eyes.

(Y/N) holds back a scream as she held out her hand for a handshake. Chernabog lifts his giant pointer finger as (Y/N) shakes it hesitantly. Once the two move away, Chernabog looks back at his son in a knowing way. Yuu just shrugs at his fathers scary stare, smiling.

(Y/N) sees two cups on the tiny table placed between the two. Both empty. "I'm just gonna refill these," picking up the cups carefully without shaking. (Y/N) slowly leaves the living room and into the kitchen.

Chernabog: So that's her.

Yuu: Yup!
