Gabriel Agreste: He's a supervillain, he's killed his son, Adrien, multiple times as a result of his evil schemes, tears him away from his friends on a regular basis, wouldn't even let him have a birthday party and used Adrien's best friend's indignation at that fact to akumatize him (mind control him basically) mind controlled his son like a puppet for years, put his son in a sensory deprivation prison room at one point for no reason at all, used his son's image as the face of an AI, tried to force his son to murder son's girlfriend (addidentally made son wipe out all life of earth doing this (girlfriend had to time travel to fix it))oh and did I mention that he forces Adrien to obey him via mind control when he tries to stand up to him, or just do things Gabriel doesn't totally approve of?

Magnoliophyta (aka angiosperms, flowering plants): A large, diverse phylum with over 300,000 known species. Two of the more well-known sub-divisions are monocots (including grains, onion-like plants, and irises and lilies) and eudicots (including most leafy trees, a wide variety of flowers such as sunflowers and roses, and many food plants from coffee to cabbages.)

Bryophyta (aka mosses): Small but mighty, and among the most ancient of land plants. 95% of all moss species are in the class Bryopsida, while Sphagnopsida contains the bog-loving peat mosses.

Phylum Round 3

Annelida: Segmented Worms. This group includes earthworms, leeches, and many classes under the umbrella of “polychaete”. This diverse phylum encompasses deposit feeders (eating dirt), detritivores, scavengers, deadly ambush predators, filter feeders, parasites, herbivores, and more. They are broadly defined by their repeating body segments and parapodia, which are nubby appendages used for both movement and breathing. Some have curved jaws for catching prey or scraping detritus off of rocks, while others have wide, elaborate, brightly colored feather-like fans for filter feeding. While able to crawl freely, a majority of marine Annelids spend most of their time in self-built tubes or burrows. Among their many important functions, they play a key role in mixing soil/sediment, breaking down decaying organic matter, and providing a key food source to countless other animals.

Cnidaria: Jellyfish, anemones, corals, box jellies, and hydroids. They have a gelatinous body with radial symmetry, a decentralized nervous system, and tentacles surrounding a simple mouth. The defining feature of this phylum are their cnidocytes, or stinging cells. There are two different body plans of the Cnidaria; an immobile “polyp” attached to a surface, or a free-living “medusa” which can swim or drift in the water column. Many polyp Cnidarians, such as corals, live in colonies. Some corals build reefs which serve as habitat for other animals. Free-living medusa Cnidarians must return to the seafloor in a polyp-like stage as a part of their life cycle.

Quarterfinals: Riverdale vs Legends of Tomorrow

Riverdale: Archie Andrews starts the school year with the world weighing on his shoulders. He's decided he wants to pursue a future in the music business, but his recently ended clandestine relationship with the music teacher has left him without a mentor, and his friendship with Jughead Jones is in a bad place. Things look like they might be turning around when Veronica Lodge, a new girl, arrives. Despite the instant chemistry, Veronica is hesitant to risk a friendship with Betty -- who has a crush on Archie -- to pursue anything. Amidst all the small-town banality lurks a mystery: the recent tragic death of Jason Blossom, the twin brother of beautiful and popular troublemaker, Cheryl.

Legends of Tomorrow: After seeing what doom the future holds, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter realizes heroes alone are not enough to prevent the impending catastrophe that threatens the planet. Tasked with recruiting both heroes and villains, Rip brings together a ragtag team of divergent talents, which includes the likes of Sara Lance, Ray Palmer, and Heat Wave. Although the team continually adds and loses members, their goal is always the same -- prevent supervillains from destroying time itself.

WELCOME BACK TO THE THUNDERDOME

Hello. It's that time of year again, the event you've all been waiting for: THE BABY CUP. The time has once again come to decide on the best Baby Pokemon, and I am here to incite some baby on baby violence. 37 babies will enter, but only one will leave here alive.

Our challengers in this most grisly of tournaments include every official Baby Pokemon (x), every cut Baby Pokémon from the Spaceworld 1997 demo (x), as well as one honorary baby (Phione). There will be six rounds in the primary bracket, with each lasting one week. A separate loser's bracket will also be held. The final round of the entire tournament will run from April 7th to April 14th, so mark your calendars!
