Ana Rosa Estepa, la reine du culturisme espagnol

Elle a ete la premiere femme espagnole a remporter un concours international de culturisme et a se proclamer championne du monde. Une grande pionniere d'un sport qui lui a sauve la vie.

Ana Rosa Estepa est l'une des athletes importantes de notre pays, pour sa bravoure, son courage, son savoir-faire et ses honneurs, elle est, sans aucun doute, la reine du culturisme espagnol. Aujourd'hui, on peut profiter, dans sa salle de sport, du City Gym, situe Calle Narváez a Madrid, avec son mari Carlos Flórez, de son enseignement, professionnalisme, convivialite et humanite.

Bodybuilder par accident

Ana Rosa Estepa est nee a Jaén, le 5 novembre 1951. Jeune, elle se rend a Madrid, en tant que grande partie de la population, a la recherche de travail et de prosperite. Il s'est vite mis au travail. Il n'aimait pas s'entrainer et n'avait aucun contact avec la musculation. Mais un jour, il a eu un accident de la circulation. Il a passe beaucoup de temps a se reposer. Et, bien sur, il est devenu tres gras. A cela, son mari a dit: "quelle honte, avec un gymnase, et comment allez-vous!". Ainsi, pour des raisons esthetiques et therapeutiques, il a commence la formation. Bientot, il a commence a remarquer les resultats. Jusqu'au jour ou un certain Rafael Santonja a dit a Carlos Flórez: "Savez-vous que votre femme pourrait concourir?"

Un jour, Ana Rosa, attendant un ami a la porte d'un grand magasin a Madrid, portait des lunettes de soleil, une de ces grandes, qui faisaient fureur dans les annees 70, quand elle a accidentellement rencontre Dino Camerlengo, proprietaire. le gymnase Heracles, qu'il ne connaissait pas, qui a commence a rire des lunettes susmentionnees, alors Ana Rosa lui a dit: "Qu'est-ce que c'est, que personne n'a ri de ta mere, beau!". A ce moment Carlos Flórez, qui connaissait Dino, est apparu, s'est presente ... ce fut le debut de la relation entre les deux. Des annees plus tard, ils se sont maries, ont eu plusieurs enfants et ont cree, en 1978, le City Gym, l'un des plus anciens et des plus charismatiques d'Espagne.

Champion d'Espagne

Au moment ou Ana Rosa Estepa a commence a s'entrainer, il y a trois decennies, le culturisme feminin etait tres inconnu, il etait marque par deux grandes athletes: Paula Doncel et Paloma Ramos, s?ur de Carlos et José Ramos. Paloma Ramos, ami de Carlos Flórez, etait, dans les premiers jours, qui a aide Ana Rosa Estepa dans les parametres de la formation, de la nutrition, de la pose et de la supplementation. Un excellent travail qui a culmine avec la victoire d'Ana Rosa au championnat espagnol de culturisme de 1987. Ensuite, Ana Rosa a commence une nouvelle etape avec G. Lexwell, l'une des meilleures entraineures de culturisme, et les succes se sont multiplies, bien sur, toujours avec le soutien inconditionnel de son mari Carlos Flórez.

Un record spectaculaire

Ana Rosa Estepa peut se vanter d'etre la premiere espagnole a remporter un concours international de musculation, elle l'a fait en 1987, remportant la Coupe internationale de culturisme, triangulaire, entre le Portugal, l'Andorre et l'Espagne. Deux ans plus tard, a Lima, au Perou, il remporte le championnat ibero-americain. Il a represente, a son etape senior, l'Espagne, dans divers championnats d'Europe et du monde, avec de tres bonnes performances. Mais, sans aucun doute, sa grande eclosion s'est produite dans sa scene principale. En 1989, a Sao Paulo, au Bresil, en 1990, a Benidorm, et, en 1992, a Ankara, en Turquie, elle etait vice-championne du monde, en 1993, a Torrevieja, elle a remporte la victoire.

Le culturisme lui a sauve la vie a deux reprises

La phrase d'Ana Rosa est categorique: "grace a la formation, je me suis sauve deux fois de la mort". En 1991, alors qu'il se preparait pour les World Masters, il a de nouveau eu un autre accident de la circulation, grace a sa forme physique spectaculaire, il lui a sauve la vie. Bien qu'il ait eu quelques jours de pause, il a poursuivi sa preparation, atteignant une 5e place honorable lors de la Coupe du monde susmentionnee a Lisbonne.

Il y a quelques annees, il a passe quelques jours a Jaén, dans la maison que son frere venait de construire, qui manquait encore de details a finir, comme la rampe d'escalier. Ana Rosa a eu un accident domestique, ayant la malchance de tomber a travers le trou dans l'escalier susmentionne. 5 hernies discales ont ete realisees et les pieds ont du etre reconstruits. Tous les medecins specialistes sont arrives a la meme conclusion: la masse musculaire l'a sauve de la mort.
