Helloooo!! I drew one of @canisalbus’s characters Machete!! I’m a huge fan of their artwork and novella. I really wanted to draw machete, this was so much fun to draw, and I’ll draw Vasco soon as well ^_^

This made me think of Machete being flattened from cuddling or just generally being a dog that looks like he was squished by a boulder like a cartoon

It's @canisalbus oc Machete! Tried to depict a moment of religious anguish (yumm) in his younger years. The Lady of Sorrows was based on the art of The Wolves of St August.

One is a color version and the other a experiment with screentones.

my styles already pretty similar to theirs but it did end up being kind of a style study lol i hope they dont mind, ive loved their style and use of tangents n stuff for a while
