lately you’ve begun noticing the not-so-little gestures he does. the two of you would be randomly singing songs when you would feel him lean in and adjust your seat belt. this has happened not once, not thrice but on a daily basis. it’s his way of saying that you’re one of the most important persons in his life. it might also be the way he is constantly worried and can’t stop himself to check on you even when he’s the one that dropped you of. it’s sweet. it’s also heart fluttering. one might think that he’s going to stop at some point, but instead the list of these little gestures keeps increasing. just like his love for you.

changbin loves the way your soft and tiny hands feel against him. he often grabs your hand randomly and brushes his thumb against yours, tracing shapes and leaning down to give soft kisses on your knuckles. he would stare at your hand intertwined with his and smile to himself every time he gets reminded of the fact that you chose him. when the temperature would suddenly drop he would immediately grab your freezing cold hands and put it the pocket of his puffed jacket. he knows that you catch cold pretty easily, which is why health is a priority. he would rub his hands around yours or blow into them in hopes he’s doing a good job al making you feel warmer. he would tuck you with blankets, ensuring that no cold enters and would even often to stay up for a while just to make sure you don’t catch a cold. changbin also loves the way you link your pinky finger with his while walking or when you would compare hand sizes with him. it’s cute, he thinks. it’s an amazing feeling, he thinks. it’s the sigh of love, he knows it very well thanks to you.

be it the way he started it after seeing a video online or the way he finds that the most precious part of your dates with him is when he would open the door for you. there’s a shy smile on his face everytime he does it. hyunjin would make sure that if you’re wearing a long dress, the fabric doesn’t get stuck when he closes the door. at times when you are tired after a long day, he would carry you in his arms, slowly and carefully lifting you out of the car and making his way to your home. it’s also the way that he would open not only the car doors, but also doors of restaurants, stores or anywhere in general. he truly believes in the phrase ‘ladies first’. there’s a teasing smile on your face each time he does it just like an inside joke. it’s funny how he would low-key be embarrassed when he’s around his friends and he opens the door for you out of habit. he knows very well that he’s going to be teased, but what matters is that the habit should not be abandoned.

jisung once found out that you love wearing his clothes as much as he loves seeing you in them. from that day onwards he would purposely leave a few hoodies at your place knowing very well that you would wear it more than once. but he would feel disheartened when you return his clothes, washed and clean. with no scent of yours. he would keep more clothes at your place and the cycle continues until you finally expose him. with an embarrassed smile, he would cover his face and mumble how he likes your lingering scent on his clothes. and so the pact started. he would lend you his clothes and in return you would give him your perfume so he could spray it on his pillow covers just to make it smell like you. so that it reminds him of you, every time he goes to sleep.

felix is like your personal mood detector. he knows when you’re feeling like not doing anything, he knows when your mind is elsewhere, he knows the way you bite your lower lip when you feel sad, he knows it all. which is why he tries his best to make you smile, sincerely. he would ( not so ) secretly bake brownies early in the morning and even though you heard the ding of the oven, you would play pretend. other times you would just stare at him baking and admire his features along with his own little masterchef series where he pretend to be the chef and tell you the ingredients and walk you through the recipe. but most importantly, he would eagerly watch your expression as you bite into the brownie. and of course, it turns out great! he couldn’t have been happier upon seeing you dig in impatiently. it’s like all his hard work really did pay off.

As soon as you walked into the apartment, your heavy bags hit the tiled floor and disrupted the music coming from Chan’s room. He came prancing out, smile wide until he caught sight of the miserable look on your face

“What has you so sad, my baby?” He frowns, cupping your cheeks with his rough palms before bringing one to the back of your head, pushing you forward into his arms. “Do you wanna go out? I’ll treat you to dinner, we can go on a walk or go shopping, whatever you want.”

“I don’t wanna do much else today,” you mumbled into his shoulder, letting all of the tension today has brought leave your body. Now that you were in your safe spot, you could finally relax

He felt the way you melted and only nodded in response, awkwardly shuffling you to his room, giggling in the process at the way you refused to let go of him. Once you reached the foot of his bed, he gently pushed you down before fluffing up all of your pillows and tucking the fluffiest of blankets under your body

“This better?” His smile deepened when you nodded contently. Leaning down to place a kiss on your cheek, he left you to nap while he got back to what he was doing

lee know is quick to run you a bath

Minho disappears from your room without much of a word after you open up to him about how your day has went, and at first you felt a little offended. Then you were reminded of how warm and considerate he is when you heard the faucet creak on, the sound of water filling the bath

The face you make at him pulls out a louder laugh and you feel your heart already getting lighter. Finally, the gentle heat hits your face as you enter the bathroom and you can’t help but get emotional

He’s quick to reciprocate when you wrap a lazy arm around his form, nuzzling your cheek into the material of his sweater. The two of you stay like that for a moment, basking in the fruity but peculiar scent of the exploded bath bomb in the water. “Thank you. What are you gonna do?”

“Look for an online shop and find some bath bombs that aren’t expired,” he huffs seriously, making your face light up with giggles

So, when you walked in only to be greeted with a sweet boyfriend who had stains all over his apron and his hair sticking to his sweaty forehead, he was shocked to say the least. Like the genius he is, Jisung kept strict track of your work schedules and asked you to come over on the one day you had open. From there, he bought blankets and candles and gathered a projector screen from the company

You were more than surprised to find the cutest set up ever. Blankets and pillows scattered in the grass, candles lit to keep the bugs away, a fire on the side and a projector ready to go with a movie the two of you had been wanting to see

“Do you like it?” He asked with a nervous bite to his lip, sprawled out on the fluffy pillows with his hand stuffed in a bag of jellies. The effort that all of this took had your bottom lip quivering and you could only plop down right next to him, letting him secure his arms around you

You felt so lucky to be loved by someone as thoughtful as him. Han had a magic touch to him, it was impossible to not adore him

Just like every other day, Felix is waiting on the other side of the door like a puppy ready to greet it’s owner, eyes scanning and heart beating with anticipation for the door to fly open. He’s eager to hear your laugh and see the warm smile on your lips, eager to give you a kiss and help you settle, eager to have the company of his favorite person back

But, everyone has bad days. You weren’t laughing and you weren’t smiling, the exhaustion was practically radiating off of you, and he wrapped his arms around you immediately. The first thing he noticed was how awfully tense your shoulders were, and that couldn’t slip past Lee Felix ever

“Hey,” he ran a hand down your back before letting go and gracing you with a gentle smile. “How about you go change into those comfy pants you like and lay down for me?”

As always, Seungmin is an advocate for communication. He encourages you to talk about the things that make you happy or upset and listens with open ears. The current moment is no different as he sits you in his lap, resting his cheek against your shoulder as you melt into his hold and let everything out

That comment fills Seungmin up with pride, a smile so wide on his face that his cheeks hurt. All he has ever wanted was to become the safest space for the one he loves, he wanted to tend to your needs unlike anyone else who has done so before

You go on about the little things that added to your poor mood and he hums in response, the soft scent of his shampoo dissipating every negative feeling in your body. You become silent and it hits you that he smells like home, comfort, and warmth. He feels like security, he is love itself

Leaning behind you, you plant the smallest kiss on his cheek as a silent thanks. He reciprocates with one of his own, sliding a hand up your back and bringing it back down

jeongin plans a small but powerful gesture

It was no secret that the last few days have been rough on you, work and social life both beating you down at once. Jeongin would sit in bed with you and listen to your venting, his heart heavy with want and need to help you feel better. Alas, a lightbulb went off and a plan began formulating in his head after almost a week of stressful days

This had been the most effort that he had put into making someone feel better and it felt so right to do it for you

He wished he could record your reaction to watch back on bad days, but he wanted this to be as intimate as possible. All of the work and time spent was worth the big smile on your face and the slight mist building in your eyes

He had decided that he would put his entire being into loving you and taking care of you once you pulled him into a hug. Of course, he laughed his breathy laugh and kept his signature smile on as he accepted your gratitude

he likes to take you to places he remembers from when he was little (which are probably not too many places because he was just a little guy when he started training)

he also loves to make plans for you, his mom and his sisters hang out together

he definitely buys you albums all the time and when you don't pull him from a stray kids album, he rolls his eyes and keeps buying more until you pull him

he also loves watching you pack trades so he goes stationary shopping with you and buys you the cutest packing materials

he even packs a few trades for you and sneaks in a bunch of extra stickers and other freebies

he will also partake in bracelet making every time you attend a concert!

he loves sitting at the table, making bracelets with pretty beads (he insists on buying you the fancy glass beads for this project), watching a drama and eating snacks.

changbin - planning dates

idk about you guys but I feel like guys always leave it to their girlfriend to plan dates and come up with date ideas all the time

changbin is the exception

he knows all of the spots in the city and wants to take you to all of them eventually

he has a running list in a little journal he purchased when he first met you and started going on dates with you

he writes down the names of places he wants to take you to and crosses them out in highlighter when you eventually go so you can still see what he'd written down

he plans trips that vary anywhere from 2 weeks in LA to a evening picnic by the river

his favorite are "spontaneous dates" (in quotation marks because to him, no date is really spontaneous. he always puts some work into it, even if it's a late night run to the convenience store or a trip to the mall)

he's always navigating and making sure everything is perfect

his favorite part of the date is when you praise him for being so thoughtful and creative

he is so happy that he's impressing you and making you happy

he promises to himself that even when you both are old and grey, he's still going to sweet you off your feet with his amazing date ideas

look, this boy is not very affectionate, much less in front of other people

he's a very 'behind closed doors' type of person

the first time you noticed it was when he first invited you to meet his member at the dorm for dinner and movie night

you greet all of the members but right afterwards, he immediately just starts to cling to you
