Chase and y/n hanging out all the time causing peter to become jealous

Peter wouldn't say he was jealous of Chase Stein, but he was secretly jealous of Chase Stein. The hero with his high tech gauntlets known as Fistigons. Big deal, right? Peter could make stuff like that in his sleep. At least, that's what he would tell himself.

Chase was staying a full week with Mr. Stark and Y/N at Avengers Tower, and everyone seemed to praise Chase just for being here, while everyone else forgot that Peter existed too. All week Y/N and Chase had been hanging out. Going to the movies. Conventions. Museums. The gym. Leaving Peter feeling like he was invisible or something. He didn't like it one bit.

So, when it was Chase's last day, Y/N invited Peter to join them for a goodbye dinner for Chase. Peter had to keep himself from rolling his eyes as all his jealousy and anger came bubbling to the surface in a snarky comment. "I already have plans tonight, but what's one more person that Chase needs to tell him how cool and awesome he is?"

Y/N blinked at him in confusion. "And what's that supposed to mean?"

"I'm just saying. Why would my presence have any effect on the great and powerful Chase Stein? You certainly don't need little ole me for that." Peter said.

"Why are you acting like this? You're being a jerk, Peter."

"Oh, I'm the jerk? Me? Oh, that's rich. You think I'm the asshole because I haven't been drooling over Chase like you and everyone else has? You guys have all completely ignored me for him, and you made me feel invisible and like a fifth wheel. That's not fair, Y/N." Peter said.

Y/N and Chase look at each other and back at Peter. "Peter I'm so sorry I didn't mean–"

"Just leave me alone, Y/N." Peter pushed past both of them and opened a window, putting on his web shooters. "I hope you two have fun together. You fuckin deserve each other." He swung out of the window and towards downtown, tears stinging his eyes.
