G.I Juniors: The All-American Children!

(Part 1)

For @deadgirlrolling because I wanted to show my G.I. JOE fankids (and some canon kids) ! Plus some lore about how the kids came into the world.

(Unfortunately, because many G.I. JOE members are men, I had to either make do with MLM ships, take obscure female characters from other continuity, or just create female OCs)

Marissa is the first G.I. Junior to be born. Her parents are Flint and Lady Jaye, and she was born 9 months after the events of "Eau de Cobra".

Erika is born almost 4 months after Marissa, to Duke and Scarlett, who got married on the same day of Flint and Lady Jaye in a double wedding.

Wayne III is born premature to CoverGirl, when his father BeachHead is prisoner of the Aspis after the creation of Serpentor and the Cobra Schism. BH is eventually saved from its imprisonment and some months after fully recovery marries CG; the stoic ranger cried like a fountain at his wedding.

After Serpentor is created, Dr. Mindbender finds out the Cobra Emperor is infertile, and the only reason he's alive is because of Sgt. Slaughter's DNA (obtained while the donor was still living). Slaughter's DNA is manipulated into creating an embryo that will later be raised as Serpentor's heir, but during a raid on the Cobra base before the schism, the Joes discover the embryo and are forced to implant it on Sgt. Slaughter, who carries Slaughter Jr. for the next months.

After the events of Springfield, Shipwreck avoids the Sea Base Delta for at least another year, until he is completely sure that Lady Jaye remains alive until the end of the year. Meanwhile, Serpentor is created, Shipwreck gets some therapy, and one day he returns to Kona Tonga, where he sees Mara again, still in her "mermaid" form. They spend the night together, then the sailor is forced to leave, not before gifting his beloved a cowrie bracelet. Nine months after, the Sea Base Delta is evacuated when an underwater volcano starts to erupt, and the tsunami risk raises at sky-high levels; the base members arrive at the Pit with a 9-month pregnant (and in labor!) Mara, who Shipwreck recognizes thanks to the bracelet. They get shotgun married in the medbay, and their daughter Althea is born hybrid (lungs and gills), and the event is announced by Polly sqwacking "Shipwreck married a fish-lady and they had a little mermaid!"

After Serpentor is created, a great schism happens within Cobra, and the troops who choose to follow the Cobra Emperor rename themselves "Aspis". This time, their terrorism is no longer about creating machineries to cause simple distress, but full blown-on attacks that end up taking the lives of many. Meanwhile, the AIDS Crisis is also in full blow, actor Rock Hudson has died from HIV complications, and Gung-Ho forces himself to come out of the closet, well-expecting the dreaded consequence. But the JOEs had known for far longer, and beg him not to leave. During a mission following an Aspis attack, Gung-Ho finds a little girl of about 1 year of age who survived almost by miracle, and decides to adopt her. That little girl is none other than Lolotte.

After Raven (real name Nisha Kumar) deserted from Cobra, she never forgets the help Slipstream gave her. After some time, they go from "we're just colleagues" to "we have many things in common" to "we're an official couple". Their first son, A.R., is born exactly 9 months after a Bengali Hindu wedding celebration that lasted about a week.

After being turned into a killer whale, Iceberg and Mahia reconnected, married, and the latter joined the JOEs as a mountain-operating sniper; two years later, Darnell Machk comes into the world.

Xander is a year younger (he used to be 14 but I decided to make him 13)
