I don't hate Christmas songs per say but they also remind me of school chorus and that makes me wanna kill myself instantly.

It wasn't bad at first until this one time in middle school when I had to get on these fucking steps (idk what they're called) in front of others. It wasn't even a real stage and there was no curtain and so instead of getting up there I had a panic attack. Fuck my school. Not for the panic attack (well..) but because what kind of design is that??

I get a ick thinking about it. Was there no stage or what??? Even then why couldn't we all just go up there and THEN the audiance are seated I just- I hate being watched like that.

I can sing on stage and I even did a musical on stage as a background character and I was fine but thats because there was a fucking curtain so why not now???

Pissed me off. And because I had a panic attack my parents tried to abandon me lmao so that's awkward LOL.

saw rhe term ambuableism coined and I love it but thought "yknow I don't leave the house much in my wheelchair, surely I've never experienced this". and was promply reminded of a time in heathrow airport where a gaggle of obviously queer people with the sunflower lanyard stared at me with the sad puppy eyes for taking the first elevayor that came down (with my my carer) and not leaving them spacw to hop on. or the fact that yesterday at my appointment for disability benefits in the waiting room a couple, one of whom had a cane, walked around every seat until the found the ones that faced me the least so they wouldn't have to look at a wheelchair user. yeah ambuableism exists.
