Why do the parents hates the MC so much?

Just to clarify: M = mc's mother S!F = mc's stepfather R!F = mc's biological father

CW: drugs and murder mention

M never wanted a second child to begin with. R!F had gotten her pregnant years after she married her ex-husband due to financial issues. since abortion was illegal in her country, she had to go with the procedure. M had a hard time trying to feed two mouths, and got severely addicted to drugs. it wasn't until her ex-husband found her and pitied her. note that M was pregnant with kara when she divorced. so S!F never really got to meet kara.

S!F thought that kara and mc were both his biological children, before R!F came looking for mc. one thing led to another and S!F murdered R!F. M and S!F's relationship strained but they never really divorced again because M needed and pleaded him to help her raise her kids.

the reason why S!F murdered R!F was bcs R!F was a guy who tormented him (like hurt or bully), and seeing MC's resemblance to R!F made him resent mc, and that MC was not his blood, but is related to a guy he hated.

M realized that mc was the reason why R!F and M's relationship was failing, on a brink of divorce if left unattended, and she hated that thought. she hated the thought of the risk of being on the streets while trying to feed her children, so she grew resentful of MC.

thats why their parents preferred kara over mc, because kara was the result of S!F and M.

Hi again, back to bother you about Mydei/Ratio.

I remember seeing a post somewhere on here about Ratio being like a humanized Titankin. What are your thoughts about this? Because I ran with this and made an au where basically Mydei's mom or someone in Kremnos made Ratio so Mydei would have a friend that didn't die as easily as humans did.

first of all, this is an AMAZING idea about ratio. furiae philosopher looking just like him, all this indigo iron in kremnos... the way he feels most comfortable working with screwllum (inorganic who got the recognition of nous).... AND we also have this side quest about titankin trying to go against her nature. oh this theory is simply amazing

second, THIS AU IS EVERYTHING? mydei definetely was a lonely child, and i can imagine him being both aversed to the idea of having friends and longing for it all the same. and gorgo seems like a person who'd do something like that!! it also makes a lot of sense in terms of mydei's character, how he's this isolated and still lonely. like. his only friend ever left him you know

and this one might be just me going completely insane, but i also noticed that mydei's and ratio's clothes mirror each other a bit and mydei has blue accents in his design that don't really make sense. do you get my vision.

mydei trying to help ratio with feeling more human. ratio still noticing how different he is from all the others. but his friend is still here to share and help him. and yet, will he ever feel properly grateful for it like a human being can? ough.

anyway this is fantastic, i'm losing my mind, love reflecting on what exactly is humanity and love the childhood friends trope wayyyy too much. thanks for this ask i'll never be normal again

There seems to be an unfair dichotomy of monsters being able to any wrong action they like and humans just having to forgive them immediately. didn’t one of your freinds, clover, try to kill you over him making his own friends angry, the same friends who also tried to kill you for getting special treatment from him. That was completely on him, the kings mandate doenst even factor in. And you just … let him go off Scott free. I’m not saying you should have murdered him but I am saying he should have gone to jail for that, if you were a monster and the same thing happened he DEFINITELY would have gone to jail for that. His actions were completely inexcusable and shouldn’t be hand waved because he was a monster and you feel bad for them.

random question but for a group that is considered an angel group theres a lack of angel imagery in the graphics and blog and knowing you i am sure there’s a reason for that????? 🎤

LMAOOOOOO KNOWING ME?!  😭😭😭  ok.  but ur right.  i actually do have a reason but i’ve never said anything about it because that’s lore territory and i’ve always wanted to do something “fun” to talk about those silly theories.  but with the way i’m moving…  ok.  u didn’t ask for this but i will do a little lore dump on the reason why i don’t really include angel visuals to their content with a tldr because before i am an human i'm a yapper!

in their world,  the mobius,  there’s an otherworldly god i call "i"—  though sometimes i call them "mother" or "father" as well,  since,  really,  they’re only a concept.  and,  in a way,  "i" could even be u. 

“i” is beyond mortal understanding,  something like a biblically accurate angel that no one is worthy to look upon.  a literal god of whom no one shall make a carved image.  their vision when creating the mobius was to make a “perfect world,”  free of sin and disobedience,  where angels and disciples would serve them and their word alone.  to do this,  “i” created three angels from the heart of nature,  because whatever came from mother nature itself would surely obey them,  right?  but there was one rule in “i’s” book:  noooooooo one could ever resemble the likeness or idea of “i.”  because if their angels inspired the same awe or dread "i" provided,  how could they ever spread their message?

so,  these angels were made to radiate kindness,  each a vessel of their season,  born to share “i’s” teachings without stirring fear.  they’re almost like concepts themselves:  a glimpse of what they might be,  but always held back by “i’s” rules and doctrine.  basically,  they were created solely to serve.  (not trying to be funny here lmaoooooooooo).  in their gentle,  human-like forms,  the sillies are the perfect reflections of “i’s” ideals,  inspiring trust rather than dread to those they cross paths with.  

yet,  after the aengel of the season project,  they saw how “i” had limited them as angels,  as “humans,”  as individuals because they didn’t even have the right to think on their own without consequences.  they were even bothered by the fact that “i” didn’t fully respect mother nature by allowing their disciples to slowly destroy her.  this realization sparked anger toward their god,  their roles,  and even their own identities because who the fuck am i?  eventually,  they understood that they were as close to god as anything could be as they were created by "i" and their own creation,  so why serve when they are their own person slash actual angel?   🤭  now,  with “i’s” gift,  aka their serene,  human-like forms as they don’t portray themselves as the biblically angels they actually are,  they quietly but definitely defy “i’s” words by sharing their own doctrines of self-love,  self-expression,  and self-respect.  :)  

TLDR.  their human forms are simply “vessels” to gain people’s trust,  as they’re actually biblically accurate angels  :)  because how can they share their own doctrine and encourage mmmmmmm individuality?  uniqueness?  if everyone is screaming and kicking their feet while they’re going plsssssss do not be afraid  D:  their aura alone is angelic enough,  aka the main reason angel imagery isn’t present enough in the blog  :)

Yes, however, only towards certain ROs: Rhys and Wren. As for the other ROs, they have only heard of the Saint and have not met them in person.

No, by the time Jules came to the picture, Z was already back in Russia, so they didn't meet. For context, Z is childhood friend in elementary, while MC met Jules in high-school. (well, not really in high-school, but when they were in high-school.)

Kara considers Z as a lame loser, and she thought Z's intentions weren't really genuine, so she just left them alone.

Z is rich and once mc's neighbor, yes. But Jules is only in the middle-class range.

The person who understands me and the experiences I underwent the best is Gregor, because we both went through the same thing. The rest could not begin to understand, and I do not wish to make them understand. It would be a tiring task. Perhaps, when it is truly over, I will revisit this question.
