Chreon Week 2023: “Looking for Him”

Prompt: “I thought you were someone else…”

Summary: In which Chris is hopelessly lost in Edonia with nothing but his own name and the face of a man swimming in his memories. A man whose face he tries to place as he tries to find himself and his way back home.

Wherever that is. He certainly didn’t think it was in China. Nor was he expecting to find the mystery man in China during a mission of all times.

Takes place during Resident Evil 6.

Rated for Language, Canon-Typical Violence and Suggestive Themes.

(A/N: So, uh, I decided to contribute to Chreon Week. Idk how many times I’ve seen the fight between Chris and Leon but I will never get tired of watching it.)

For day 1 of Chreon Week 2023: Mind on you/working late/"I thought you were someone else."

He can’t believe that only a few hours ago he’d been struggling with his report, alone, pissed off, hungry, and ready to cry. Miserable after a few hours of trying to write up his mission report, Leon receives a late-night surprise in the form of Chris, who's returned from his own mission unexpectedly.

Chreon Week Day 2: “Infected” / “They Didn’t Belong”

Prompt: "Infected / "They didn't belong"

Summary: So, this was how it was going to end; the three of them choking on their last breaths before turning into the very things they spent most of their careers fighting. The worst part was that Chris and Claire were probably going to turn before him…and Leon didn't know if he could bear the sight of that. His heart already hurt at the very thought.

They didn't belong there. Leon should have been on vacation and so should have Chris. If only Chris would have listened to Leon and vice versa. Another heavy breath left Leon as he relaxed against the bars.

At least they would be dying together.

Rated for Language, Canon Typical Violence and Suggestive Themes with a hint of character death.

Chreon Week Day 3: Mundane Moments

Prompt: Mundane Moments

Summary: During a holiday in which the DSO and the BSAA are closed for the week, Leon and Chris spend some time at home and both notice the other’s…odd and mundane moments whilst at home when they think the other doesn’t notice.

Just adds to why they love each other so much.

OR In which Chreon gets the domesticity moments they deserve because mundane is better in comparison to their norm.
