I really, really hate this thing where I wake up and it's hard to focus my eyes, I feel off kilter and strange, the thought of food makes me want to die, but after I've run through all of the possible but unlikely scenarios I go "well I might as well make myself eat SOMETHING" and at first it's terrible and an awful idea, but slowly I start to feel like a person again and I'm SO MAD because I was never hungry! I very emphatically did not want food despite going 15 hours without it, but I wasn't exactly nauseous. I just felt detached and kind of light headed, no hanger or fatigue just. Something Is Wrong And My Hands Are Very Cold. Fucking bullshit.

I feel like people do not understand when I try to explain that August is hard for me. Which is fair because I don't know why it's hard for me, I don't know in exactly what way, but everything is Wrong and Bad and I'm just holding on by my fingertips usually until about mid September.

But now I have a fitbit! And though these things should always come with a grain of salt, I had to laugh a little when I looked at my average resting heart rate since I got the fitbit in earlyish July.

Visual representation of August absolutely fucking with me. The kicker is that I started having my very small amount of weed and cbd edible on August 4, according to my daily journal thing, and wouldn't you know - that shit started lowering right back down.

I need a search engine for cripples I'm so fucking tired of trying to look up why my entire upper body is rigid and my forearm muscles are tensing/clenching and getting "injury or overuse" no FUCK you, neither of those are remotely possible, give me a real answer that doesn't require me to guess at one of the five barely-known conditions I might have or any of the thousands more I don't even know to ask about. I know it's just one more example of how the world is made for ableds to navigate and nobody else - there's tons of answers as long as it's a temporary condition! - but it fucking sucks.
