Coding School Quest
Tumblr media
Coding School Quest challenges students of grades four to six to build their own computer programs by following a simplified engineering formula. A group of students works together to create an application. It helps them in understanding the basics of coding and then encourages them to make an educational computer program. The program culminates in a Coding Quest Arcade, where students showcase their games and deliver their elevator pitches. Coding Quests develops global competencies and computational thinking. Kids can learn plenty of things from such competitions. Through such training, children can learn logic, structure, sequencings, storytelling, and algorithmic thinking. Coding quest is basically something that puts mathematics, technology, engineering, science, and arts on a single platform.
Is Coding Quest helpful for students in learning Coding?
Tumblr media
Challenges can turn a person into a shining jewel. You always learn something new whenever you challenge yourself. Well, that's exactly the case with Coding Quests. It provides a platform for kids to unleash their inner creativity and competitiveness. Here are some of the reasons why coding quests are helpful:
1. a new platform to share ideas,
2. introduces computational thinking,
3. develops competition skills,
4. helps in gaining persistence while dealing with difficult problems,
5. become better able to deal with open-ended problems.
Coding Quests are one of the best ways to teach your kids the art of computer programming. Their problem-solving skills will get polished to shine brighter once they take up such challenges.
What are some of the online coding platforms organizing Coding Quests?
There are online coding classes for kids that organizes annual coding quest. If your kid is a techie and you want to sharpen his/her skills you can get them enrolled in any of these. Some of the most reputed Coding quests are:
1. Codingal's CodeQuest
Tumblr media
Coding is a very reputed online coding platform for kids. They organize such quests during mid-July. You can easily enroll your kid by visiting their websites.
2. CodeKaroYaro
Tumblr media
They are one of the most recommended coding schools for kids. They organize such Quests annually. They have a lot of specialized courses for kids. Their motto is simple Code today, become a tech leader tomorrow.
3.WhiteHatJr
Tumblr media
This is the one that has received huge popularity in recent years. They offer a Minecraft game based coding program for kids. Their live projects are really popular among kids.
4.Code Quest by Lockheed Martin
Tumblr media
These code quests are manually organized for highschool students. In this competition 2-3 highschool students work together for around 2.5 hours on web development. These quests are very intense and competitive.
Challenges lead to the road of experience and integrity. When you test yourself on a grand level you get to learn the value of failures and successes'. If you are a techie, break those boundaries and challenge yourself to a Code Quest.
You won or not, no one would care
You participated or didn't, you would care...

So I've spent the last couple days working on this new Flexbox layout for my webstore. The current one is based heavily on the kit theme provided with the shop, I was super rushed when getting it out and it's not very mobile friendly at all, so it's driving me nuts. I finally have a little time before Fall kicks back in, let's have some fun. . Is Flexbox still a thing, or is this a sign that my experience is a little ancient and outdated? I know its browser support is finally in synch, but I still feel out of the loop. I admittedly haven't been apart of the web design community in awhile, been so busy with work and school, so honestly feel super behind. If there's a better format I should be using supported by HTML & CSS (limited to what the platform supports), please throw me some tips so I can polish my knowledge! Appreciate it, thanks! . Somehow my birthday hit me with a strange reality that I kinda miss a lot of this stuff. I'd love to get back into it. I guess 4 years of doing things differently can do that to you. Hm. . ....Oh yeah, and my desk is super cluttered because I still don't know what to do with all the stuff I got in Japan. XD Don't judge me, I'll organize it eventually. Teehee. . <3 ~ #MissCatD #CreativeInsomnia __________________________________ #WebDesign #Storenvy #StorenvyThemes #Webstore #ThemeDevelopment #WebDevelopment #Adobe #AdobeDreamweaver #Dreamweaver #HTML #CSS #CodeIsFun #Flexbox #WebsiteDesign #ILoveCode #IMissThis #WebDesignTips #Technology #ILoveTechnology #ChangeIsGood #Splatoon #Pokemon #Nintendo #GeekStuff #Quagsire #CodeQuestions #Hm (at Arizona) https://www.instagram.com/p/BzyRZVFJ3j9/?igshid=1efegpsecjniy
