When you have really bad chronic pain, migraines, brain fog/cognitive weirdness and word recall issues, and your judgment is shot, it is hard to know whether your writing is any good or is utter crap and doesn't make any sense and won't interest anyone.  I guess I just have to keep working on it on my good days and catch all the things I'm not sure are the way I want them.
