💗these self-healing, witchy women just win my heart with their messages on the daily.💗 • • i have some serious gratitude + appreciation for @the.holistic.psychologist + @maryamhasnaa - not sure where my journey would be without their wisdom. • • i can be far too unconsciously empathic when it comes to romantic connections + often lose myself in anothers' storms. i let their energy come right on in + give it a seat at my table before i even know what dietary needs they may have. ☯️feminine receptivity.☯️ • • i just cleared some blocks with this past full moon. 🌕 it took weeks of sitting in some murky waters. struggling to stay still enough for some clarity to shine through. • • i’m awful at staying still. patriarchal (white) feminism taught me how to be more masculine, not more feminine. it taught me to deny my femininity so i could compete with men, as if i was a man. 🤯 • • there’s no healing in that paradigm. truly, intersectional feminism that builds on the true strengths of femininity is what can heal us. the healthy feminine balance to healthy masculine energies is left out of the conversation in patriarchal feminism. i just grew up thinking the only way to be a successful woman was to deny being a woman. to embrace yang energy instead of cultivating my yin energies. to become like my oppressors...ick! no more!!! • • so that’s going to change in my life. 👁 i’m going to learn to be receptive. 🔮 it’s a huge challenge for me and entirely out of my comfort zone. but, in recently healing a wound from some complex-ptsd that was unconsciously showing up for me for the past few weeks, i see that this is where my journey is taking me next. learning to be still. learning to receive. embracing feminine receptivity and submission. allowing the healthy masculine energies to shine by ‘doing.’ providing safety and security for healthy masculine and feminine energies to be cultivated and balanced within my connections. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ • • i’m so grateful for the lesson. @biblicone listens to my ramblings about how my current situation is ending a karmic cycle of rejection and abandonment that’s been festering since my childhood. how it’s complex because it’s actually a manifestation of me trying to fix a family dysfunction that i have no control over fixing. • • and to the man that triggered the wound to be healed, i’m grateful. and i’m healing. i’m finding stillness, i’m finding ‘presence,’ i’m accepting ‘being,’ and learning the art of feminine receptivity. 🌊🥰🙏🏽💚 • • this is how the universe is showing me its time to take up meditation. that it’s time to just be. • • ❤️💛💚🖤 #spiritualnonmonogamy #spiritualpolyamory #consciousopenrelating https://www.instagram.com/p/B1RjQ5Jhnua/?igshid=1ot3czkudfa7y
