Stocked up on some more game essentials this weekend after the first major winter storm ⛈ even though our plans with friends fell through because of the weather, we didn’t let it get us down! A brisk walk in the snow cheered our spirits and we settled down for a night of card games, hot chocolate and baking cookies. We lucked out finding some more beautiful games this weekend (pictured), and I look forward to the next time we have an excuse to use them. What are your favorite cozy games? Leave your phone and work silent for 15 minutes, give yourself true rest and you shall see!

Homemade is cozy, cost effective and made to your liking; but coffee shops have their own brand of cozy, and foster a sense of community and creativity. There are hundreds of coffeehomes in Milwaukee and each is unique and warm, and seems to truly care for the ritual. We all know collectivo; but what is your favorite? Mine is FUEL in Riverwest. Fuel has that 1990’s punk in nyc vibe, and is neighboring a wonderful brewery and a legitimate functioning and super cool video store!
