okay but just thinking about how dark it is that Anthony’s kind of ultimate fantasy isn’t marrying Kate —it’s being married to her sister while lusting after Kate, his honor about to SNAP

#like. where is the love. frankly it isn’t there!!!!!!!!#I know that’s not what the show thinks it’s doing #BUT IT IS WHAT THE SHOW IS DOING #because there is no coherent reason he can’t just stop courting Edwina and marry Kate!!!#like. nothing that makes ACTUAL sense #because the show (book?) is driving so hard at creating a situation where he’s torn apart by forbidden passion #that they are not thinking about creating something that makes reasonable sense #lust IS their goal! and/or the in between space that exists right before lust #and so if you actually examine it coherently it is just confusing cruelty #like him snarling ‘and it is not far eNOUGH’#is actually a) embarrassingly hilarious b) cruel??????????#because it’s like. all about his own desire #the show pretends he is honorable. HE!!! IS !!!!!! You know what's so funny to me? The amount of times I've mistaken E/riel art with Feysand...

Idc what people ship. They have the right to ship any characters with each other and I wouldn't bat an eye because its not my business but drawing Elain with Feyre's light blue starfall dress and Azriel in all black and blue glitter on their face?... Or Elain in CoN style dress with a crown and Azriel in a suit?

Yeah I don't care what you draw AT ALL but it all proves to me that you don't want anything unique with your ship...

Or you don't care about the description of the characters in the book and we're the one who get accused of character assassination. Interesting.

Honestly asking, don't you want something unique for your ship?

I was on Pinterest and I got so happy to see a new Feysand art just to realize its not them. And it took me 10 seconds to realise it because it was THAT similar.

I'm saying this again because I don't want to deal with people who says "people are entitled to draw anything they want" and you're right!! But it just very VERY telling...

I suppose its not your fault really... because Azriel is really a rough draft of Rhysand with all the shadows, which also Rhys has. Or how Feyre was bride of spring and bla bla bla

Like it's not your fault the aesthetic is there (kinda?) But I don't think sjm will do another ship with the same aesthetic just saying...

I can’t believe I finished the series

It always comes as a shock to me once Ive actually finished an entire series. Like everything kind of like sets in and then Im like wow, I just finished it, it’s over.

//I'm going to be incredibly honest right now. I need to take a short break from tumblr, I'm struggling at the moment, I'm burnt out and I need to recover properly.

I thought maybe I could just focus on Maria for a bit but I don't even know if that's going to work because I literally only have muse for threads with one person.

For the foreseeable I'm going to be on a break, and if I do reply it'll only be to select threads - probably for a specific ship.

Please dont take offense to this, please dont take it personally, this is not about anyone else, it's about me, about taking care of myself, about recovering and getting better.

If this makes you want to stop rping/unfollow/is a big problem for you. I wish you all the best but don't feel any ill will towards you.

Im having a really hard time at the moment and tumblr, at the moment is exacerbating things rather than helping them (as it used too).

When trolls ask questions like this, please know that it's an intentional joke. It makes ZERO sense, just how very many IPs that Warner Bros Discovery has screwed up or screwed over. A lot of people on social media have wondered, time and again, if THAT company was doing this on purpose; ruining Art, laying off tons of Artists, and playing the public by running trolls, making Zaslav look incompetent. This wile e coyote thing is just another. It helps to boost John Cena. He's not incompetent. He and his Fascist partners are destroying Films and the Film Industry here in America, while building it up in Britain. These fuckers always leave little jokes in their projects. So yeah. Space Jam 2 with Don Cheadle was gleefully telling the public what was going to happen.

normalise specifying which book in the series you're reading in its file name, on the cover, in one of the pages before the book starts, anywhere.

#i of course put it in my file names #but my kindle obliterates them sometimes in favour of the book's 'true' file name #also can we talk about how unmanageable devices that don't let you create and manage folders on a computer instantly become?#i love my organising scheme on computers. it's straight forward and it's easy to establish.#i go on my ereader and it's like #okay so we got rid of your folders. you can make new ones if you want with our crummy little touchscreen keyboard #and move files individually #or page by page with our crummy little e-ink display #meanwhile my fanfiction collection is thousands of files and 60+ subfolders #and the filenames that describe what the fic is about are erased so i don't even know what the fuck i'm looking at 75% of the time 😭#good lord why did they do it this way #(because it is technically a device for BUYING books‚ not for reading books you already own)#adam yaps
