Ever since mum was introduced to Garlic Chives (青龙菜), she had been buying it pretty often. Tonight’s variation is squids with minced pork and king oyster mushrooms. Next, she Deep-Fried Boneless chicken Legs and also prepared a tomato-based sauce to go with it. The sauce added a tangy sweet flavours to the crispy chicken which in turn goes well with the white rice.

I was just out drinking with a few mates and before we could all get on our bikes and start making our way home one of ‘em said once you’ve made it mode make sure to send a turtle 🐢 emoji into the chat and at first my muddled brain thought yeah another crispy king Stan until they explained that the turtle is the ultimate I’ve made home safe emoji cause the turtle returned home to its shell = it’s home and that shell will protect the turtle and just generally symbolizes safety, security and comfort and I think that’s adorable but also that it fits perfectly for the crispy turtle king himself cause Miles is all that and more
