Also the reason why Wilbur doesn't have his wings there is because I didn't feel like drawing it. He's also just listening to whatever's happening outside/around him when he can't sleep (could be people, animals, wind, etc).

Philza also sleeps on his back but rarely.

Techno and Tommy are the type to branch out their limbs when sleeping I think. Techno sleeping when standing is a funny head cannon lol

Opinion on samskids? (Tommy, Hannah, boomer, Quackity being sams kids)

i love so so so very much, but it always slightly bugs me in a way i find hard to explain because like, found family is my favorite trope ever in ever but in order for a found family of samskids to occur there needs to be a collapse of sbi family and THAT is something that i have a very hard time coping with.

Yeah, samskids is my favorite found family, but will i choose it over sbi found family? No. Will i choose sbi found family over samskids found family? Also no somehow??? It's a struggle.

Anywho, it just occurred to me that you may have been referring to the characters themselves rather than the dynamic so to that i say: I will forever hold calamity duo having a brotherly relationship near and dear to my heart as well as hotel duo having a father son/daughter relationship, and i don't see nearly enough chatter about hannah and boomer; though that may be my fault since I also don't put in the effort to find it!

I believe the reason both of them were kinda cursed (esp c!Wilbur that guy is CRAZY) is that children of Death would carry death all around them. Basically meaning they’re sentenced to misfortune and pain. c!Wilbur got it worse than c!Tommy, which lead him to be the way he was. Thirsty for… death I guess. I think c!Wilbur had the power of Death rooted deep inside of him, and he was kinda born to rule with his mother. But being raised as a normal human in a normal world, he turned that hunger into leading wars. That’s why I think he was kinda coo coo, because he had too much Death in him to be a normal human. An ending for him would either be Kristin doing something to sedate that calling, or him just being her little Prince ruling the dead lol.

c!Tommy has none of that desire. Unfortunately he just has the curse of misfortune though. Death all around him. He just wants a peaceful life, he doesn’t want anything to do with his godly side. Living a chill, farmer life without any wars is what he yearns. He would be able to achieve that.

I think Kristin would kinda be the missing piece that would make them all come together again. She would definitely adore Techno. He could either be Kristin and Philza’s bio kid or not. I honestly never thought abt it, but his thrist for blood would make sense. Or he could just be like that 💀

Anyways. c!Wilbur and c!Tommy are demigods. I don’t make the rules

Hi guys! Gonna delete this later probably but still! Do you want to know about the r1999 X tntduo au I'm doing? Well, it is tntduo centric but still has some lore for other characters of the dsmp. There's some SBI, and I was trying to explain why does Techno and Kristin have the beyond disease, but not Wilbur and Tommy?

So for Tommy, it was quite easy to find a solution, and bonus! More angst!.

But for Wilbur not.

Like in this au Wilbur and Techno are Twins, (yes they look a lot different after the years, but we can blame that in the disease). So how is it that Techno inherited the beyond disease but not Wilbur? Idk honestly.

I'm trying to make sense but it's quite difficult, maybe because of Techno arcanum of controlling blood, or Wilbur dying due to the disease, but thanks to Phil arcanum (probably something about being immortal [I'm still working on it]), maybe he revived, and that's why he no longer has the disease.

Anyway if I have time probably gonna post a WIP of Wilbur's design.

(I'm fine were they have a father-son relationship but they are a dime a dozen, and considering Philza gets dumbed down to dad a lot, a brotherly relationship is 10x more interesting to me)

it does but for dsmp i find it difficult nonnie!! i do love me an actor au but when i try to think of one for dsmp characters i just think of the streamers which is. look idc but i'm trying to write the characters here. i think usually for shows i don't know or gaf much about the actors/their "offscreen" (read: interview) dynamics but bc i've watched so many streams from dsmp people my brain just overlays those dynamics on top :((

it's a shame bc i do like an actor au in other fandoms. characters who hate each other but the actors are besties? even more perhaps? flawless. rivals to lovers while trying to avoid the paparazzi? awesome love it. but i'm struggling to think of something cool and new and fun. oh there were a few posts about hypothetical special effects dsmp would have in an actor au, those were cool

alternatively thinking about the characters in like, a hollywood esque au.... mandatory reccing of washed up by monsterloot and 4x4 by thanatophobia.

i think c!niki would be one of those actresses that starts on a kids show and struggles to shake the wholesome public image and be her own person outside of her program and her character
