When you need to physically feel pain, to heal your pain. His infliction of pain stills my mind, my senses quicken, my breathing, the rhythm, the burn, the pleasure, and the pain. It's not always about sexual gratification in that mindset though. It's not trauma play, I'm not reliving it, I'm changing it... for me it's about taking that pain & allowing it on my terms, I'm in control of it, not someone else, not the person that hurt me before, not even the Dom that is delivering the blows. I'm living inside my scars just like the lyrics. Then the aftercare, a happy ending to the pain I willingly allowed. He and I changed that ugly ending into something beautiful & just maybe He got to exercise some of His demons as well. People like Him & i fit well in this lifestyle.
