So yk how i was super duper sick like the worst sick ive been in ages and it hit me Bad because of The Curse (chronic pain/illness)

And how im still coughing profusely like 2 weeks later

Basically I forgot to eat at all today and it caught up to me when i was making cookies and i passed out from both being short of breath (bc of the coughing and having to breathe weird to avoid it) and not eating well in a lil bit, so my mother gave me a banana and some toast and it healed me up. My stats were low guys. I had to eat food made with love to get it back up and not feel light headed.

This is just like the game. Guys do you see. That lil guy’s my clone.

I think it's so funny that whenever my company organizes a gift exchange event, during the grand gift reveal, anyone who got cute gifts would guess that the sender is me. Like it only happened twice in a row for 2 years but it's still funny to think that we don't have many people participating and I'm the default first-guess when someone gets a cute plushie.......... Im just here like do I look like someone who sends a big man a cute plushie?? If we're not that close I usually give more functional gifts, something that anyone can use... 🥹😭🥹

Also, uh, Mama Morgue and dad heard about the situation with the groomer dude and...

Both of which are about 40, Mama grew up in a lenient house and went into the Air Force.

Dad wasn't brought up, he was dragged and was notorious for getting into fights with any and everyone. He's stabbed someone in the leg with a screwdriver, caused a dude to scrape the entirety of his face, and got in a physical altercation with his principal.

Both of which are protective.

Went out to look at a dead Donphan out by Cascarrafa. Tusks had been removed, so it's pretty clear someone's collecting some ivory - and they probably got a good hunk outta this one, that dead bitch was UP there in years.

Got a wild hariyama to help haul the body back to the base station. Honey and I spent the day reviewing the case, so I just got back to finally take a closer look. Looks like it was attacked, prooobably by a water type if I had to guess, based on the injuries. Which is actually great, if it had been poisoned we'd have a huge hunk of useless meat. At least this way Michael and Macaroon can go to town on it.

Did you know mightyena have a strong enough bite strength + stomach to chow down on the bones of their food? It's very cool to watch, makes a very satisfying crunching sound. Poochyena normally can too, but Macaroon still has really poor bite strength from whatever team calm did to her. But after watching Michael she's starting to get into chewing on the hide! I've even gotten her to play a real game of tug-o'-war with some of the trunk :') she's really starting to come out of her shell.

I know it's probably not an ideal "send-off" for the donphan but eh. That kinda thing always seems so hokey to me. At least this way the body is useful for living creatures, yanno?

it is so fucking hard to eat three meals a day and yet if i skip just ONE just forget to eat lunch for one day and i’m brainfogged up so bad just about to the point of dissociation. within hours. humans should not have to do any of this shit we should just be allowed to focus on providing our bodies with enough sustenance to not feel crazy or zombified. plus it’s cold. :-(((
