Okay, so we all know that the only reason AFO had tried to take Dark Shadow from Tokoyami is bc they genuinely scared the absolute bejeesus out of AFO.

Now, I'm wondering....

If AFO HAD taken Dark Shadow, would he have the Dark Shadow that Tokoyami has or would AFO manifest his OWN version of Dakr Shadow?

Bc if it was Tokoyami's Dark Shadow, I'd bet my left kidney that they would've kept fighting. Regardless if they were stuck w AFO.

I say this bc we've kinda seen quirks fight back against AFO (the quirk). Of course, it could have been bc OFA is an outlier quirk imo and obv you can't have the villain steal it from Deku bc that's the whole point of the last, what? 100- 150 chapters (I've lost count). But also, I like the idea that AFO(quirk) actually makes quirks kinda sentient. Like we could probably headcannon that people who have been given quirks by AFO have the voice, or voices, of the people the quirks originally owned speaking w the new weilders. Honestly, it would make Aoyama a more tragic character bc even w the threat of AFO coming after him and his family, there could be an additional voice that is deliberately beating him down into submission bc Mayne the quirk belonged to someone who was either on AFO'S side or had their quirk stolen by them and had become embittered over however long AFO had the quirk.

-Movie of the day: Beetlejuice because I ended up watching Schitt’s Creek with my mom instead and it’s now a daily thing we do.

Also happy to announce my first Gender Studies and English seminar meetings were successful yesterday! I contributed to the conversation and completed the various work for it!
