Some more minor events: Cindertooth misstepped and slipped from a rock, dislocating a joint. Leopardstar has gotten heat exhaustion. Primrosefleck can walk and move without pain, their sprain must have healed. Rimepaw was seen speaking with a loner. Floodnut has been spending time with Rimepaw lately. Silverpaw wonders what Whirlpaw thinks about mates.

Ottercinder saved Squirreldapple from an enemy warrior and was barely even hurt.

Peatwish was visited by a Starclan cat (Mottledleaf) while gathering herbs.

Cobaltnose can hardly believe how quickly time has passed since Dappledpaw was a kit. It still feels like just yesterday that they were tumbling around the nursery, chasing after a moss-ball or some other cat's tail. Misty-eyed with pride and joy, Cobaltnose throws their head back and tries to cheer the loudest as Dappledpaw is named Dappledflame and honored for their charisma

Tadpolemoor will always love Owlmoon but has decided to move on. Tadpolemoor disappears for a few days, then returns to camp with a spiky leather collar around their neck

The more romantic members of the Clan sigh, watching the new mate Frogcry and Cobaltnose, who're too caught up in each other to notice

Cobaltnose seems to be burying last moon's incident, perhaps telling a heroic tale of how he tried to save everyone instead of what happened

Garlicpaw was caught sharing prey with a kittypet, who was chased off by a patrol, and received a code strike

Fogkit sneaked out of camp and brought back with them some juniper from when their fur got snagged in a bush

Clawkit fell into the river and is resuced by Teaselsky, while Cloverkit is scolded for sneaking out of camp. Teaselsky also finds a kittypet who asks to join the clan, taking a more clan-like name. Canopytail's kits are apprenticed, as is Sandkit. Loudpaw - Windhoney, Dappledpaw - Lemonlily, Honeypaw - Ottercinder, Sandpaw - Teaselsky.

Shiveringpaw has whitecough.

Graytooth had 3 kits. Gardeniabounce is the other parent, but they are injured by the big dog before they can really bond with the kits. Vinekit - Gray tabby and white tom with gray eyes, noisy, careful listener. Boulderkit - Black tabby tom with sage eyes, nervous, lover of stories. Dewkit - Gray masked tabby molly with cobalt eyes, troublesome, oddly observant.

Clawkit has spasms in his hind legs. He can't feel them, but Springsprout is worried nonetheless and massages them.

Moon 68

Umberstar and Weevilsun catch whitecough.

Mottledleaf dies from her infected wound. Umberstar, Peatwish, and Graytooth are hit particularly hard by this. Graytooth considers renaming Boulderkit, as he looks the most like Mottledleaf, but is talked out of it. Umberstar loses a life, presumably to white cough but potentially from her broken heart.

Dappledpaw and Shiveringpaw recover from whitecough.

Shiveringpaw, Darkpaw, and Palepaw become warriors - Shiveringstripe, Darkpond, and Paleflicker.

Shrubfoot and Flaxwhistle have a huge fight and break up. Afterwards, Shrubfoot confesses she still has feelings for Flaxwhistle, but is rejected.

Wreniris is surprised when Oddpaw makes a mistake on a simple move Wreniris thought they had mastered. Before Wreniris can say anything, Oddpaw runs out of the training grounds. When Wreniris finds them huddled in camp, they sob out a confession: they will never be ready to be a warrior. (proceed) Wreniris shifts awkwardly at Oddpaw's side until they can't stand the silence any longer. Wreniris drops into a crouch and nudges Oddpaw with their paw. Oddpaw looks back, confused as Wreniris keeps bouncing and poking at them with a goofy expression on their face, until Oddpaw gives in. The warrior and apprentice play like kits and the smile on Oddpaw's face says they've forgotten all about their doubt.

Hello hello!

I thought of some more characters concepts for my '3 decades into the future lake territories' (<- it really needs a name)

So ive got more medicine cats now! Two of which are based on cats u know irl.

Windclan now has their senior battle medic Coyotehowl, a kind if eccentric uncle like figure to the clan, and his young apprentice Dappledpaw who is still figuring herself out ATM. The two are very close, already having a familial kind of bond and they get along very well. I imagine Coyote is a solid cream cat with very wiry hair and long legs, he might have some bone shaped white patches and quite a few scars. Meanwhile his apprentice is much softer looking, I'm debated between a cool black coat or warm brown, but i know she had big white spots dappled across the end of her flank and a stark white tail. Her name might change depending on what design i end up giving her.

Meanwhile shadowclan has the oldest medicine cat in the territories, Bellshine and her eventual apprentice Gillykit. Bellshine is the daughter of a Night Stalker (a shadowclan daylight warrior basically) and a shadowclan Royalty, both passed away by now. She is based on my friend's cat Lulu Bell, who is super old and I love her to death. She's a grey point and has spent most of her life in shadowclan being called 'unlucky' because of her white coat, and despite not being as superstitious as the rest of her clan, its weighed on her a lot.

Meanwhile Gillykit is a ward of shadowclan, found abandoned in twoleg and has spent most of his kithood recovering in the medicine den and being cared for by Bellshine and Shadowclan's Royalty. Due to most of the Queen's/Royalty's kits either being unborn or old enough for solids at the time, Gilly was weaned early and was never really 'adopted' by anyone, but all the kits in the nursery at the time do think of him as fondly as a middle sibling.

Gilly is also a grey point but with messy, wiry hair due to this time on the streets. It never really corrects itself but it dose help translate hus curious and eager nature to help and learn. He tends to poke his nose into thungs he shouldn't and is much chattier than your average shadowclan cat. He can't wait to fully start his medicine cat training and get to know Bellshine better! Bellshine is...not so much, but she's old and no other kits have shown any interest like Gillykit has.

And there's Windclan and Shadowclan's medicine cats! I'm gonna make more content for the windclan ones, since shadowclans are based on irl cats and have more substance to them, but I hope you like them!
