Hello! I could finally finish this moodboard. And it's another Evil!Hufflepuff moodboard! I planned to do a moodboard in this theme for a while, but I lacked the energy, time and concrete idea for it. Until @justlittlebitshy reblogged my last Hufflepuff moodboard and I was inspired by her description of dark Hufflepuff:

"(...)I've always imagined the darker Hufflepuff as this distressingly calm persona that would scheme for years if not decades to get the result they crave (loyal to their own promises) and patiently watch their enemy turn to ash day by day from behind their back.

The Hufflepuff could watch the scene unfold from afar, but to be the closest to their enemy, to be seen as their kindest, oldest friend would be an absolute satisfaction. (...)"

gryffindor fashion

this is part 3 of what i think each hogwarts house's personal style would be like! you can find parts 1 & 2, ravenclaw & hufflepuff, here

red/spirit wear

similar to their ravenclaw friends, gryffindors love their house color and will find a way to incorporate red into every outfit they can. particularly i feel like gryffindors have an affinity for the hogwarts apparel, and are often seen just wearing their old sports shirts/jerseys/letterman's, and sometimes even just casually wearing their uniform outside of class. it's comfortable and, hey, it's red! they just love to have school spirit and want to remind everyone what the best house is.

preppy academia

going off of the last point, i feel like it just makes sense that gryffindors would be fans of academia fashion, particularly a more old-school inspired preppy look with colorful leggings, v-neck sweaters, button ups, turtlenecks, and plaid skirts. different from every other house's version of 'academia fashion' so far, gryffindors aim to be more simple and monochromatic in their colors and accessories, opting for mostly neutrals with some pops of red, of course, as well as a beret and cute matching purse.

funky headwear

something just tells me that gryffindors hate being cold, so they can often be seen sporting a chunky, colorful, slightly oversized knit hat or ear muffs covering their ears, or, sometimes, even a fur hat just to try and stay warm from the harsh elements. gryffindors tend to be homebodies, but they always need to be doing something with their hands, so crocheting/knitting each other new headwear have become popular ways to pass the time between classes. they love sharing, creating for each other, and showing off their personalities with more and more unique hats.

denim

lastly, i think gryffindors love anything that's practical yet stylish, so of course they're obsessed with denim and have a passionate love for jeans that complete their outfits. but they also love jean jackets, overalls, and jean skirts which make any outfit 10x cuter, at least to them. i think they'd lean more towards distressed, light wash jeans but can honestly rock any color in any form of clothing.
