[Baldur's Gate 3 spoilers]
My Dark Urge playthrough has been with Sam, paladin of vengeance, and it's turned into one of the best RPG experiences I've had in a very long time.

I can't stop thinking about this moment. How sudden it was. How Orym just leapt to hug Imogen after realizing that she talked with Keyleth. He's been on the edge for so long and now there is hope.

i love books with traumatized character who don’t suddenly “get better” by the end, the ones who still suffer despite the story being over and needing to continue living their life with the trauma they hold
bc a happy ending doesn’t mean that you are suddenly healed of all your trauma and history

we stan power couples that go dark together. yes, i mean percabeth. yes, i mean percy and annabeth crying as they comfort each other through violent nightmares about terrors from the two wars they fought in and their treck through the deepest part of hell. yes, i mean percy and annabeth fighting with so much rage in their bones that they're both banned from playing capture the flag. yes, i mean percy and annabeth slowly but surely descending into madness with each funeral they attend. yes, i mean percy and annabeth having to sit through an intervention with their closests friends and family regarding their concern for their well being. yes, i mean percy and annabeth reaching the point of no return. i need it. i need it. i need it.
