Yarrow turned around and showed Daya the wooden box, she had learned that musical items were usually haunted and one had to be careful when bringing them home. "Or maybe a pair of 1920s opera glasses?" She felt like a child in a toy store and wanted to see/buy everything possible, which is why she had hasked Daya to come with her. Someone had to be the voice of reason.

She stepped back at her friend's side and pointed at a poster of pink ducks, "Wouldn't that fit well at the parlor?". There was a time when they both used to only see each other in clubs and the tattoo shop, but now it seemed that age had steered their friendship in another direction and it wouldn't surprise Yarrow if they closed the afternoon with a nap at the park.

Everyone that has a year of birth is actually a year younger than their profile says because the story happens during March and April, I think their birthdays were picked after the ages were set and probably it wasn't taken in consideration that it would make them younger than their profile says (if you take the year of birth in their timelines) for Marcille and Izutsumi it doesn't count much cause they actually have their birthdays at the end of the story. But honestly I wouldn't take that too seriously, I think the age in their profiles is the intended age they are and the birthdays were probably an afterthought that wasn't considered when setting their ages for the story (So I'd think their year of birth is wrong rather than their ages if that makes sense)

Anyway, the story happens between 03/15 and 04/27 of 514 so these characters had birthdays during the story

Awalnya manusia ku tempatkan pada menakutkan, sekarang berpindah dia ke sisi pengantar kepada kesuksesan.

Sebelumnya normal-normal saja, bisa hidup berkecukupan dan melakukan berbagai hal yang menyenangkan. Hingga ku mulai membangun prinsip-prinsip, bagaimana aku semestinya.

Tapi siapa sangka, masa depan memang sering mengejutkan. Hingga tibalah aku di grafik kemerosotan. Tambah jojrog lagi karena prinsipku itu masih saja kaku bahkan usai diterjang gelombang bertalu-talu. Seolah masih merasa mampu mengatasi apapun itu sendiri, dengan daya mandiri.

Hari ke hari, minggu ke minggu, bulan ke bulan, dan tahun silih berganti. Keterpurukan itu semakin parah agaknya, masih memerangkapku dalam prinsip yang lagi-lagi enggan mengalah.

Barulah pada titik itu menyadarkan diri bahwa memang sebenarnya aku capek dibersamai—karena harus menunjukkan sisi yang tak asli—tapi lebih parah lagi, aku bisa hancur bila terus kekeh sendiri.

How do I like to play Sims 4? I like cozy vibe gameplay. I basically love everything about this game.

Maxis match or Alpha? Maxis match only!

What presets do I use? I use gshade, Gia by Kindlespice for screenshots and Luminescent by Hazelminesims for gameplay.

What do I use to edit photos? I lately started to edit my photos a little bit in Photopea, I use two of Hazelmine actions (Sharp, then Texture) but I don't always do that, I don't change colors or anything, it's all Gia preset.

Aku tidak berpikir tentang apa pun. Tidak berpikir tentang anak rusa dan singa, tidak juga berpikir tentang langit dan laut.

Ketika sebuah pernyataan terbesit di otak, huruf-huruf tidak dapat tersusun lalu menjadi kata. Dengan begitu, kata-kata tidak akan terkumpul, karena aku tidak punya apa-apa. Jika sebuah pertanyaan yang datang mengetuk, maka terjadilah hal yang serupa.

Bagaimana aku bisa membentuk kalimat? Bagaimana aku bisa membangun karya?

Sebenarnya, semua premis yang pernah mampir di kepala, sejak tulisanku yang terakhir terpampang di sini, bisa saja kubuat menjadi sebuah karya. Apa daya, karena aku tidak ingin kontroversi datang menghampiri, dan tidak ingin merelakan diri untuk menjadi bulan-bulanan masyarakat di sini, karena itu, kubiarkan saja pikiran-pikiran itu pergi. Terlalu berbahaya jika harus kutampilkan mereka di sini. Itulah kenapa kubiarkan kekosongan datang menemani.

Namun, aku harus menulis. Menulis kekosongan yang diam di kepala. Karena ini adalah hal yang kuanggap penting dan pantas kuceritakan.

Kekosongan sedang duduk dengan manis di kepalaku saat ini. Sambil mencoba mendekap erat seperti wanita yang ingin dimanja. Seperti terlalu cemburu pada yang lain. Dia juga menegaskan bahwa aku ini miliknya, dan dia milikku satu-satunya. Wanita mana yang bisa seperti itu, tanpa diminta?

Meski dia tidak terlihat, sudah tentu, dapat kurasakan kehadirannya. Tidak ada satu hal pun yang buruk tentangnya. Bahkan, dia tidak juga mencoba untuk menggurui, tidak pula menghakimi. Tidak! Seperti yang kubilang, dia sedang duduk manis di sini. Dengan tenang tanpa suara, berbisik pun tidak! Apa yang kurang darinya? Tidak ada.

Ketahuilah, kosong itu nyata. Begitu nyata namun selalu luput dari cengkeraman manusia. Kosong itu tenang, tidak akan dia membuat diriku berang. Dia tidak sedang mengganggu, dia tidak ingin mencampuri urusanku. Hanya ingin diperhatikan, dinikmati, dan dihargai. Setidaknya, dia ingin aku tahu kalau dia ada untukku.

Bukan karena kelihaiannya sehingga manusia tidak dapat mencengkeram kekosongan, pada dasarnya, mereka lah yang tidak menginginkan kekosongan untuk sekedar terbesit di kepala. Ketika kosong, manusia akan mengisi kepala dengan sesuatu yang, terkadang, fana. Bahkan, sebenarnya lebih fana dari kekosongan itu sendiri. Ada juga dari banyak manusia yang mengisi kepala mereka dengan niat jahat dan dosa. Akibatnya, kelakuan, perbuatan mereka lebih jahat dan berdosa, ketimbang kekosongan itu sendiri. Akhirnya, mereka terlihat bodoh!

Sebenarnya, aku pun biasanya melakukan hal yang sama seperti apa yang kebanyakan manusia lakukan. Sudah pasti aku pernah mengisi kepalaku dengan hal-hal yang fana, niat jahat, juga dosa. Sudah tentu aku pernah menjadi manusia yang bodoh. Tapi, kali ini tidak. Kekosongan mencegahku untuk bertindak bodoh karena aku tidak memikirkan apa-apa. Jika aku tidak melakukan kesalahan, justru senanglah aku karenanya.

Sudah saatnya aku kembali kepadanya, membalas kasih sayangnya, lalu menikmati hangat pelukkan darinya. Ini bukanlah hal yang buruk untuk dilakukan, baik secara sadar maupun tidak!

Pemerintah Pertahankan Harga Batubara Domestik di Tengah Aturan Baru Devisa Ekspor 100%

Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) memastikan harga jual batu bara untuk pasar dalam negeri atau Domestic Market Obligation (DMO) tidak mengalami perubahan, meskipun Harga Batu Bara Acuan (HBA) untuk ekspor terus disesuaikan setiap dua minggu. Keputusan ini diambil di tengah penerapan kebijakan baru Devisa Hasil Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam (DHE SDA) 100% yang mulai berlaku 1 Maret 2025. Kebijakan ini diharapkan dapat menyeimbangkan kepentingan industri dalam negeri dan stabilitas devisa negara.

HBA dan DMO: Dua Kebijakan yang Berjalan Beriringan

HBA, sebagai acuan harga ekspor batu bara Indonesia, ditetapkan melalui Keputusan Menteri (Kepmen) ESDM Nomor 80.K/MB.01/MEM.B/2025 dan Kepmen ESDM Nomor 72.K/MB.01/MEM.B/2025. Kedua regulasi ini mengatur peluncuran indeks HBA dua kali sebulan, menyesuaikan dinamika pasar global. Namun, kebijakan ini tidak memengaruhi harga DMO yang tetap bertahan di angka US 70 per ton untuk Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) milik PLN dan US90 per ton untuk sektor industri lainnya.

Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Direktur Eksekutif Asosiasi Pertambangan Batu Bara Indonesia (APBI), Gita Mahyarani, menegaskan bahwa keputusan mempertahankan harga DMO sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri (Permen) ESDM No. 9/2023. “Tentu saja tidak berubah (DMO),” ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi Minggu (2/3). Harga US$70 per ton untuk PLN sendiri telah berlaku sejak 2018 melalui Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 08/2018, yang merupakan revisi dari PP No. 23/2010 tentang Kegiatan Usaha Pertambangan Mineral dan Batu Bara (Minerba).

Kebijakan DMO bertujuan memastikan pasokan energi terjangkau bagi industri dalam negeri, khususnya PLN, yang masih bergantung pada batu bara untuk 60% pembangkit listriknya. Namun, harga ini menuai kritik dari pelaku industri tambang yang menilai biaya produksi terus merangkak naik.

Tekanan Biaya Produksi dan Desakan Revisi Harga DMO

Direktur Eksekutif Indonesia Mining Association (IMA), Hendra Sinadia, mengungkapkan bahwa harga DMO untuk sektor kelistrikan sudah mendesak untuk direvisi. Menurutnya, kenaikan biaya produksi mencapai rata-rata 5% per tahun akibat inflasi, peningkatan biaya pengupasan lapisan tanah (overburden), bahan bakar, hingga ketergantungan pada alat berat impor.

“Biaya penambangan semakin tinggi, terutama untuk pengupasan overburden dan disposal. Selain itu, komponen impor seperti alat berat dan suku cadang juga terkena dampak fluktuasi nilai tukar,” jelas Hendra. Ia menambahkan, harga DMO yang stagnan sejak 2018 telah mengurangi margin keuntungan perusahaan, terutama tambang skala kecil.

Meski demikian, pemerintah tampak belum bergeming. Argumen utama ESDM adalah menjaga stabilitas harga energi demi menghindari gejolak ekonomi, terutama di tengah proyek transisi energi yang masih dalam tahap awal.

DHE SDA 100%: Mengoptimalkan Devisa dengan Fleksibilitas Penggunaan

Di sisi lain, pemerintah memperkenalkan kebijakan baru melalui PP No. 8 Tahun 2025 tentang Devisa Hasil Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam (DHE SDA) 100%, yang mewajibkan eksportir menahan seluruh devisa hasil ekspor di rekening khusus. Namun, aturan ini memberikan kelonggaran dengan memperbolehkan penggunaan dana tersebut untuk lima keperluan strategis:

Penukaran ke rupiah di bank yang sama untuk operasional perusahaan.

Pembayaran pajak dan kewajiban negara lainnya dalam valuta asing.

Pembayaran dividen dalam valas.

Pengadaan barang/jasa impor yang tidak tersedia di dalam negeri.

Pelunasan pinjaman untuk pembelian barang modal.

Kebijakan ini mendapat dukungan dari pelaku usaha seperti PT Titan Infra Sejahtera. Perusahaan infrastruktur energi ini menilai aturan DHE 100% sejalan dengan kebutuhan industri untuk menjaga likuiditas. “Kami mendukung kebijakan ini karena memberikan ruang bagi eksportir untuk tetap beroperasi sambil memenuhi kewajiban nasional,” kata perwakilan Titan.

PP No. 8/2025 dinilai sebagai langkah pemerintah untuk memperkuat cadangan devisa sekaligus memastikan pendapatan dari ekspor sumber daya alam digunakan untuk kepentingan produktif. Selama ini, banyak eksportir yang langsung mengalihkan devisa ke luar negeri, berpotensi melemahkan nilai tukar rupiah.

Tantangan dan Harapan ke Depan

Meski demikian, penerapan DHE 100% tidak lepas dari risiko. Asosiasi pertambangan khawatir kebijakan ini akan membebani arus kas perusahaan, terutama yang memiliki utang dalam valas atau bergantung pada impor alat berat. Namun, fleksibilitas dalam lima kategori penggunaan diharapkan dapat mengurangi dampak tersebut.

Sementara itu, tekanan untuk merevisi harga DMO diperkirakan akan terus mengemuka. Jika harga global batu bara tetap tinggi, sementara biaya produksi domestik meningkat, gap antara HBA dan DMO bisa memicu ketidakseimbangan pasokan. Sejumlah analis menyarankan pemerintah mempertimbangkan formula harga dinamis yang memperhitungkan biaya produksi dan inflasi.

Keputusan mempertahankan DMO dan menerapkan DHE 100% mencerminkan upaya pemerintah menyeimbangkan kepentingan domestik dan global. Di satu sisi, harga batu bara murah untuk PLN dan industri menjaga daya saing ekonomi. Di sisi lain, aturan devisa ketat bertujuan memastikan penerimaan negara dari SDA tidak menguap ke luar negeri.

Namun, kebijakan ini harus terus dievaluasi. Revisi harga DMO yang adil bagi pelaku usaha dan insentif untuk meningkatkan produksi batu bara berkualitas rendah (yang lebih banyak digunakan di dalam negeri) bisa menjadi solusi jangka menengah. Sementara itu, implementasi DHE perlu diawasi ketat untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan rekening khusus.

Dengan langkah ini, Indonesia berharap dapat memaksimalkan manfaat dari sumber daya batu bara tanpa mengorbankan stabilitas energi dan ketahanan ekonomi nasional.

Kebijakan ini, yang merujuk pada Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur No. 64/PK.01/Kesra Tahun 2024, sebetulnya bukan aturan baru. Dalam SK tersebut menggarisbawahi tiga poin utama. Pertama, study tour diarahkan ke destinasi dalam wilayah Jawa Barat. Dimana,  berfokus pada pusat ilmu pengetahuan, kebudayaan, dan wisata edukatif lokal. Kedua, aspek kebermanfaatan dan keselamatan harus menjadi prioritas. Dan ketiga, koordinasi erat antara satuan pendidikan dan Dinas Pendidikan wajib dilakukan. Latar belakang keluarnya kebijakan ini bukan tanpa alasan. Serangkaian insiden tragis yang terjadi di sektor pariwisata menjadi pemantik. Salah satunya kecelakaan bus study tour SMK Lingga Kencana Depok di Ciater, Subang, yang menewaskan 11 orang dan melukai puluhan lainnya. Kejadian memilukan ini menyoroti lemahnya tata kelola pariwisata, yang kerap mengabaikan aspek keselamatan. Sementara itu, DPD PUTRI JABAR sebagai organisasi yang menaungi para pengelola destinasi wisata di Jawa Barat menilai kebijakan ini bukan sekadar larangan, melainkan refleksi diri. Ketua Perhimpunan Usaha Taman Rekreasi Indonesia (PUTRI) Jawa Barat, Taufik Hidayat Udjo, menegaskan bahwa pihaknya merespons kebijakan ini dengan langkah konkret. Termasuk advokasi dan pelatihan bagi para pengelola destinasi agar memenuhi standar keselamatan serta berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan lingkungan. Jika dimanfaatkan dengan baik, larangan study tour ke luar provinsi justru bisa meningkatkan pendapatan pasar domestik di Jawa Barat. Sedanngkan pada  tingkat nasional, daya saing pariwisata Jawa Barat masih tertinggal dibandingkan DKI Jakarta, Jawa Tengah, Yogyakarta, Jawa Timur, dan Bali. Oleh karena itu, momentum ini diharapkan dapat menjadi titik balik bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan pariwisata untuk berbenah. Kolaborasi erat antara pemerintah, pelaku industri, dan akademisi dinilai sebagai kunci untuk mewujudkan visi "Jawa Barat Istimewa". Sebagaimana selama ini  digaungkan oleh pemerintahan baru. "Kami menyadari bahwa ada study tour yang tidak relevan dengan tujuan pendidikan. Karena itu, kami mengimbau para pengelola destinasi wisata untuk mengembangkan materi edukasi," lanjut Taufik. Mojokerto - Kepala Rupbasan Kelas II Mojokerto Kanwil Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan Jawa Timur, Sudarso memimpin menghadiri Webinar Sosialisasi Undang-Undang No 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang - Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) “Paradigma Modern dalam KUHP Baru” secara daring, Kamis (30/01/2025). Kegiatan yang digagas oleh Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Hukum menghadirkan Narasumber Wakil Menteri Hukum (Wamenkum), Edward Omar Sharief Hiariej.

Rupbasan Kelas II Mojokerto Kanwil Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan Jawa Timur menghadiri secara virtual. Kegiatan diawali dengan laporan pelaksanaan oleh Kepala BPSDM Hukum, Gusti Ayu Putu Suwardani. Dalam laporannya dia menyampaikan, BPSDM berperan dalam mensosialisasikan dalam metode webinar.

“Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan Masyarakat Indonesia yang taat dan sadar hukum, memperkuat pemahaman di bidang hukum Pidana dan mendukung astacita Presiden RI melalui manfaat yang luas bagi Masyarakat,” jelas Gusti Ayu.

Kegiatan yang dipusatkan di Auditorium Prof. Muladi, Kampus Politeknik Pengayoman Indonesia, Wamenkum, Prof. Edward Omar Sjarief Hiariej menyampaikan bahwa KUHP baru terdiri dari dua buku. Buku kesatu terdiri dari 6 Bab, 187 Pasal dan buku kedua terdiri dari 37 Bab, 437 Pasal. Sehingga KUHP baru yang terdiri dari dua buku ini terdiri dari 43 Bab dan 624 Pasal.

"Maka dari itu hal pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah melakukan sosialisasi terkait KUHP Nasional ini sebelum nantinya akan diberlakukan pada tanggal 2 Januari tahun 2026," ujarnya.

Misi KUHP Nasional ini, lanjut pria yang akrab disapa Eddy itu adalah Rekordifikasi terbuka terbatas, Demokratisasi, Modernisasi, Aktualisasi, dan Harmonisasi. Tujuan Pemidanaan juga lebih mengacu pada Pencegahan, Penyelesaian konflik, pemulihan keseimbangan & penciptaan rasa aman dan damai, Rehabilitasi/Pemasyarakatan, Penumbuhan penyesalan terpidana, dan Pemidanaan tidak dimaksudkan untuk merendahkan martabat manusia.

Didalam KUHP Nasional ini juga terdapat pedoman pemidaan yang dimana jika terdapat pertentangan antara kepastian dan keadilan, Hakim wajib untuk mendahulukan dan mengutamakan keadilan. Selain diikuti oleh ASN Kementerian Hukum diseluruh Indonesia, Webinar ini juga diikuti secara umum melalui kanal youtube BPSDM Hukum Republik Indoensia.

"Rayaz Media berupaya menjadi ruang eksplorasi bagi mahasiswa UIN Saizu untuk mempraktikkan ilmu yang mereka dapatkan di kampus. Kami ingin menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung mereka mengembangkan potensi terbaiknya," ujar Uswatun Khasanah. 

Rayaz Media semakin menunjukkan kiprahnya sebagai perusahaan penerbitan yang tak hanya fokus pada kepenulisan saja, tetapi juga pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Ia juga menambahkan bahwa program ini dirancang agar mahasiswa tidak hanya belajar soal teknis, tetapi juga memahami etos kerja profesional, berpikir kreatif, dan mampu menghadapi tantangan di industri. 

“Mahasiswa peserta PPL di Rayaz Media dilibatkan dalam berbagai proyek, seperti cara mencetak buku, menerbitkan buku, produksi konten, manajemen media sosial, hingga pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital untuk menjadi bekal penting bagi mahasiswa yang ingin berkarir di era digital. “

Dengan adanya kerjasama ini, Rayaz Media berharap dapat menjadi mitra strategis dalam mencetak generasi muda yang kompeten dan inovatif. (Sci)
