how am i of all people just finding out that on the inside of my body there are three semicircles of motion-detecting fluids laying in perpendicular planes to each other in each ear for my body to determine my spatial orientation

two things being orthogonal to each other is rare enough in nature as is and THREE orthogonal things is unheard of, so seeing it happen in EXACTLY the type of situation you’d expect if you’ve ever had to deal with the inefficient grotesqueness of non-orthogonal vector bases (or in this case, technically bivector bases) is CRAZY

i am a cuber and cubing has been the hobby keeping me sane

1) moveable. who doesn't want to mess with a cube, or solve it (restore order to the universe) 2) colourful. it can be so many colours!! red, yellow, white, blue, green, other secret colours I forgot to list out... 3) versatile. it can be 2x2 or 3x3 or 4x4 or ANYTHING if you're not a coward. which brings me to: 4) "know your enemy and know yourself, and you need not fear the results of a thousand battles." guess what? the rubik's cube can also be Not Cube! (scandalous) it can be tetrahedron! it can be dodecahedron! it can put your dnd dice to SHAME. yes thank you for listening vote rubik's cube please 🙏

got inspired during @cryptotheism 's daemon creation stream and this guy Formed in my Headzone! i hadn't really thought of its meaning while creating it, but i think i can ascribe some to it now Creation: A cube body with a placeholder checkerboard texture, an origin point atop a pole, with elements of a utah teapot. These default elements represent beginnings: a new blender file, an untitled document, a blank canvas, a block of marble.

Perception/Perspective: Three eyes in red, green, and blue, with different pupils and emotions. Represents the varied feelings and views that go into creation, and how, like red, green, and blue, form a complete image when put together.

um uhh im not sure what the legs mean. i imagine it leans on the third leg to rest
