Good morning everypony! I hope you're all doing well and you got enough rest 🥺 I didn't lol but here I am heading to work like always
I'm thinking about my fairly oddparents s/i ideas and stuff I was spitballing with my bff last night! Not sure how far I'll actually go with it but I would like to make a more solid design, and as y'all know I've been really enjoying the rewatch! I was thinking of her being a fairy who's still relatively new and starts shadowing Cosmo and Wanda as part of a sort of experimental training program! And over time she gets used to their wacky shenanigans with Timmy and becomes like a part of their fambily...🥺👉👈
But then as I was watching the show last night I remembered Chester and the fact that he doesn't have any fairies (Norm for a brief while doesn't count) despite ACTUALLY living in a trailer park and I decided that eventually endgame would be my s/i becoming HIS fairy! And lemme tell ya...he stresses her THE FUCK OUT 😂😂😂 I feel like (aside from writing reasons) that never happened because he's generally a pretty happy kid, his dad seems really loving but COME ON MAN. Kid probably plays with tetanus-ridden rusty pipes and boards with nails through them, he can wish for a toy or two and maybe some food! I've decided henceforth to adopt him 💖💖

What’s your take on Nicholas’ mother? What kind of person do you think she’s like?
That’s an interesting question! From bits of info we got from the comic and novel, i’d assume her to be a weary single mother with limited affection towards her son.
The best way for me to explain my thoughts is by sharing this quick sketch of my interpretation on Seiji’s and Nicholas’ moms

y'know I'm a little surprised that the Princess Bride reference didn't win, but then again, this one is also a great choice
Sabine’s face is set in determination. “Okay, I’m gonna ask you a really weird question, and I need you to be honest.”
“Sure.”
“Completely honest.”
Ezra nods. “Of course. What is it?”
“If I asked you to, would you fake-marry me?”
Ezra stares at her.
“…would I fake-marry you?”
“Yes. If I asked, would you? Because—” She sucks in a breath of air, and he can sense her spiking anxiety. “Because, you’re my best friend and if I had to choose someone to spend the rest of my life with it would be you, and my family thinks you’re great, and—and if we were fake-married then when I go back to the Ghost you could have the bottom bunk in my room and you wouldn’t have to share with Zeb anymore, and it would be fun, right? And—when we’re older, maybe we could adopt a kid, or a Padawan, and let’s be honest, it would be hilarious for the Countess of Clan Wren to have a Jedi son-in-law, and you don’t have to say yes, obviously, this is just random and hypothetical and—okay, it’s not hypothetical, but you can say no and I’d understand, but—”
He interrupts her with a touch on the arm.
“Sabine.”
She winces and looks away, but Ezra smiles.
“I would totally fake-marry you.”
Sabine meets his eyes instantly. “Really?”
“Really. We’ve been fake-dating for two years; this is just the logical next step, right?” he jokes, but she stays serious.
“You don’t need time to think about it?”
“No. Honest.”
For a second, their gazes hold, and then Sabine nearly tackles him over in the second enormous hug she’s given him that day.
“Thank you,” she whispers, squeezing him tightly for a second before letting go, and she sounds so relieved that it makes him wonder if there’s some bigger reason she wants to fake-marry him. (Probably complicated Mandalorian politics.) “You’re actually kind of great, Ezra Bridger.”
“And somehow it took you this long to figure it out,” he banters back.
“Very funny.” She punches his arm with a laugh, then clasps his hands and meets his eyes and smiles so warmly that he would think there was something more behind it, if he didn’t know there wasn’t. “So, who are we thinking for wedding guests?”
Ezra thinks for a moment pretending to be solemn, then cracks a grin. “Can we invite all the guys who said you were out of my league and pity-dating me?”
“Only if I can paint Chopper pink and make him our flower droid.”
“Deal.”

sometimes I wonder how it’s like for Black Raisin having suddenly taken on this parental role for this little goblin child with enough hidden trauma to fill a football stadium who terrorized her entire village for who knows how long
Like I just imagine Black Raisin going onto a parents’ forum on Reddit or something and frantically typing out ‘So there’s this little psychopath child who repeatedly tried to kill everyone I love just for shits and giggles but somehow I’m their mom now??’

Headcanon: Family and Heritage
While responding to this thread, I had an idea, did some research, and discovered that it would make sense, so I'm going to implement it. The information might not be completely accurate, but I am going on what I have been able to find, with adjustments to make it better suit the L.ion King setting.
One side of S.car and M.ufasa's family are K.alahari lions. These are lions that have adapted to live in the desert. Compared to relatives in other areas, these lions are leaner, but often sport darker manes. They usually, but not always, have narrow noses to help protect the nasal cavities from sand and heat. However, their pelts were usually paler in comparison.
When the princes were growing up, there were only two lions that shared these "outsider" traits: Scar, and one parent. Some lionesses from the same pride as the parent might have visited or joined briefly, but I'm not sure how long they might have been around for. It might be possible, for instance, that S.imba never saw an outsider lion aside from S.car in his youth.
Had there been other siblings, there is a chance that one of them might have inherited these features. However, as the King and Queen had the brothers late in life, there were no other litters after them.
