so... i was bored and wanted to find some vocab list about stranger things in chinese but i couldn't find any... so I finally decided to go look for it myself on diverse chinese speaking websites who were talking about the show. I also used pleco for some more generic words usefull to speak about the show.

GUYS GUYS I HAD A BIG BRAIN IDEA

So basically I'm gonna write a fic about this, but here is the idea:

Vecna kidnaps Will, and Mike goes looking for him in the Upside Down. Mike ends up dying down there by Vecna and his demo-animals. Will feels like it's his fault because Vecna is still a part of him and about the fact that he is the spy for Vecna and now his best friend (lover) is dead because of him.

I'm not sure of the ending yet, so if you have any ideas, I'm up for listening. Like do I want this to be angsty and depressing at the end? Or do I want Will to find light in his sadness? Or a secret third option?

Bro that Eddie and ghost child headcanons made me emotional I tell u,can I request a funny oneshot of Ghost child bringing a friendly demo dog to Eddie and is like “can we keep it?🥺”

"NO!!!!" Eddie's shrill scream made you jump back a little, and he stared at demodog pup in your arms that brushed its petaled mouth against your cheek. He was utterly horrified by what you brought into his trailer after you called him and claimed to have found something “cool”. 

Well, this spawn of satan was surely the worst thing that could’ve possibly walked through that door.

"Put that thing back where you found it!!" He demanded, acting like a stern parent.

"But he's harmless, see?" Holding the creature in front of you, you innocently smiled and showed him that it was collared. "Did Dustin ever tell you he took care of one once?”

“Jesus H. Christ..he did?!!”

“Yeah. And he called it Dart."

“That’s fucked up. He’s lucky it didn’t grow up into a demogorgon and kill everyone!”

“They’re not all mindless monsters who obey the Mindflayer. He’s really just their life support.” You tried explaining as you fed a handful of Honeycomb flakes to the pup. “This little guy was weak when I found him. But he likes cereal. So...we just gotta feed him that and he’ll be happy.”

Eddie just eyed it warily. “Until he starts craving human flesh..not that you have to worry about that.”

The pup looked back at him, partially separating its petals to pant, letting drool drip onto the floor. He grimaced and stepped away. “Gross.”

“As if the rest of this place isn’t?” You huffed.

“..........”

“C’monnnn-”

“Fine! Whatever!” He threw his hands up in surrender. “We’ll keep him. Happy?”

“Yes.” With a grin, you hugged the demodog gently. “I’m calling him Dio.”

“....no. Don’t you dare associate a legend with that thing!!!"

“Yes, I dare.”

“No!!”

"Yes.”

“NO!!”

“No!”

“Yes-! Oh goddamn it, alright..” Groaning, Eddie rubbed both hands over his face, wondering why he gave in so easily.

I need inspo for a cute little story about Eddie and Steve adopt a child and she wrecks a little havoc with Dart. (The Demogorgan) I also like your stories, they’re super cute and well written.

First of all, thank you so much for the praise!

Second, that's such a cute idea! Maybe it could be during time when Upside Down is free from Vecna and its creatures aren't intentionally targeting people, so demodogs actually can be tamed.

Steve's daughter would be exactly that kid who gets her hands on the nearest dog/cat/squirrel/lizard/raccoon, use her best cute eyes and ask "Daddy, can we keep him?"

And usually Steve gives in for a bit, if the animal is lost and has no owner. They have quite a few cats at home and he's used to it, this is the life his girl wants so cats it is. But then she brings a half-grown demodog and Steve is about to grab his bat, but then the thing...smiles? Surely it was just his imagination.

Steve tries talking to his daughter, but then he sees the demodog sneaking away to one of their cats, he's mentally preparing for his girl either seeing him beating the beast to a bloody pulp or the demodog eating Muffin, but...it doesn't happen?

The demodog rolls around in the grass and very clumsily tries to play with the obviously disturbed cat.

Dart gets a dog house and a tag. There's also a massive sign saying DANGER: MIGHT BITE. And Steve might have his doubts about keeping a demodog, but then one evening he hears Dart screeching outside. He runs there, bat in hand, and finds Dart chewing on a burglar who was about to climb into his daughter's window.

Steve does something he never thought he'd do. He scratches the demodog's nape and says: "Good boy."
