This is an excellent question!! (and arguably the best way to interact with swiss german lmao)

Choosing just three songs was really difficult but i think it has to be these:

(Favourite lyric: Ich ha Angst vorem Tod doch vom Läbe no meh, hätt ich öppis z‘büüte wür ich‘s dir gäh, hätti schöni Gedanke, wür ich a dich dänke, stärcheri ärm, die würe di hebe, so fest wie en Glaube, so lang wie es Läbe, hätti besseri Wort, WÜRIS DIR SÄGE, ICH LIEBE DICH (also that harmony??? Fuck yeah)

(This is more about the funky vibes and the melody to be honest, but the lyric ‚Hans im Glück, hans im Bluet‘ gets me every time)

And obviously this song. It’s just so fucking good…. Their voices work so good together, the lyrics make me go insane…. The progression from „Derfi di hebe, nur ganz fiin“ to „derfi di hebe, so richtig lang“??? I‘m on the floor!!!

(Also they released this album in December 2020 so it’s THE pandemic album (complimentary) to me, and there‘s the lyric „chasch dir vorstelle was es tuet, wenn mer sich nie meh ganz nöch chunnt“ like yeah!!! I haven’t hugged another person that wasn’t my mum since March!!! Fuck!!!)

Plus honourable lyric mention: „S gitt Chopfsalat, wie wunderbar“ And because it fits the current climate: „S wird warm im Huus, ich halts nöd uus, Sauna für Armi“ - both from the Song Wäge Dem

But honestly the entire album is incredible. In my opinion one of the best swiss german albums of the past 20 years

I know right?? This song is a masterpiece 😭 idk why, but Faber's voice is so fucking soothing trotz zürcher Dialekt and Dino and Sophies' voices complement it so well and the harmonies are just etheral! And don't get me started on the lyrics lmao

Maybe you've already checked out the rest of the album, but if not i think you might also really like "derfi di hebe" (makes me want to go insane but in a very good way lmao) and "E Nacht a de Langstrass" :)
