"Operation Butt"

In keeping with the beach focus of my recent posts, I want to showcase perhaps one of the more memorable episodes of the series "Operation Butt", and LOL perhaps infamous depending on your point of view.

One could argue that this episode is also keeping with the general spirit of the CN shows that were just featured. It certainly fully embraces the time-old trope of naked people being funny. That was pretty common for CN show during it's heydays -- particularly from the likes of Dexter's Lab and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy

As amusing as I find these scenes, there is something to be said for how well directed they are. Numbuh One's character poses/expressions are fully on point, and each embarrassing mishap are well paced and flow naturally with each other. That one scene in particular, where he makes it back to his room in relief, might be one of my favorite in the series for how well composed it is.

Something else that sticks out is that-- despite the goofy nature of the episode-- it's Numbuh One's friendship with his squad that eventually comes into prominence and brings the episode to its conclusion. Perhaps I'm making too much out of this. But it's really impressive that the series was able to have a genuine, heartwarming moment from such a irrelevant premise. It also kind of distinguishes the show from the rest of the classic CN lineup, who often wouldn't go to such efforts to develop their characters in these kind of moments. The episode also speaks to the show's commitment to continuity since -- LOL -- Numbuh One's large posterior and preference for Rainbow Monkey underwear become a reoccurring jokes in the show.

The Kaiju episode of Dexter's lab awakened my TF fetish, however the furryness came from other things.

that one lady who was always with that super powered monkey was pretty cool I liked her. thats kind of it, dexter's lab sorta slid of my developmental brain. anything featuring werewolves made me want to become a werewolf I always thought that shit was cool but that showed up in pretty much every cartoon at some point

By now you've probably noticed the backgrounds in the crossover teammate posts. Whether they're supermarkets, party lofts, algae temples, civilizations in the sky, high-tech facilities, Mexican-themed amusement parks, graveyards, junkyards, beaches with peachtrees, cartoon-themed cities, arctic bases, grand theaters and golden rooms, they're all locations I made up that have been showcased before.

Hello all. For my first pic back in a while, I thought I'd start with something simple (though I did do three variants of it). And in keeping with my crusade to bring attention to lesser-known ladies in animation, I thought I'd showcase Agent Honeydew, from the "Dial 'M' for Monkey" segments of Dexter's Laboratory.

Now I can hear some of you already…"Wait a minute…'lesser-known'? But I remember 'Dexter's Lab' and it was great. We all know who Agent Honeydew is". Oh, really? And when was the last time YOU gave this woman a second thought (assuming you can even REMEMBER)?

Slight pause while I do a quick tally of all the low foreheads in the room.

Uh-huh. That's what I thought. And do you know WHY? Because she doesn't live rent-free in your head like Maddie Fenton, Helen Parr or Dexter's Mom do. Throw Anne Possible and Cass Hamada into the equation and it's like the only way to hold anyone's attention for longer than five minutes these days is to be a redheaded MILF.

And hey, this is not me pointing fingers at anybody when I say that. I don't have clean hands here. Believe it or not, I actually FORGOT I was going to do this pic, just ONE DAY after I decided to draw it. So I had to keep reminding myself until I could finally get the pencil work down on paper.

Which brings us to the following image, which sees Agent Honeydew developing to improve her telepathic abilities. These are two of three variants I mentioned earlier, each seeing her sporting a different outfit she wore on the show, and the third one being NSFW (and those of you familiar with my NSFW stuff should know where to look by now). FusionFall Fic: Rocket Around the Christmas Tree (Part 3/3)

It took nearly two hours to reclose the barricade and clear out all of the fusion monsters that had managed to slip through. Half of the decorations that everyone had so painstakingly set up were ruined. In the very least, no casualties were reported and it didn't seem as if a fusion had used the chaos to try to break into either tech company. Everyone was just exhausted from the busy day topped with the intensity of the battle.

Thankfully, Dexter and Mandark sent out their robots to handle most of the clean-up. Most everyone else was either tasked with tending to the wounded, double-checking the perimeter for any further signs of a break-in, or going back to finish whatever task they'd been working on.

Silya rubbed her shoulder as she reentered the Dexlab lobby. Her arms were burning from holding the heavy gun in the same position for so long. A part of her wanted to reconsider the offer to stay the night, but that just wasn't an option: If anything, staying the night after a rough battle would probably only make her family worry more, thinking that she might've been badly hurt.

On the bright side, the Slider ran twenty-four/seven. It was a holiday, but surely there wouldn't be many people taking a late ride all the way from City Station to where the tracks ended close to Goat's Junkyard. She could rest on the way with practically the entire bus to herself...

Just as Silya began wracking her brains for how she was going to explain the delay to her parents, she nearly bumped into one of the Dexlabs scientists. That's when she noticed the curious murmurs of those who had entered the building the before her. Her nanos peeped around her. "What is it?" asked Tac.

Countless red sacks now surrounded the bottom of the lobby's once barren Christmas tree. Each one had the name of a different fusion fighter tied to it, and inside of each was an assortment of small presents. Walking closer and kneeling down with her own sack in her lap, Silya silently read their gift tags. They were all addressed to her nanos.

Catching on quick, her teammates swarmed her. Lemon tugged at her arm. "Can we open ours now?" she begged, "Please?!"

Half in a daze, her IE Donor nodded. Well, it didn't hurt and they had worked hard.

The three nanos dove headfirst into the sack. Soon enough, they each emerged with a colorfully wrapped box—that then was ripped open equally fast.

"My own Octi!" Lemon squealed, clutching a plush toy similar to the real Bubbles'. It had a cutesy, sparkling face rather than a sleepy one, and was more kobi in color.

"Wheelies! Nice!"

"I got assorted trace minerals!"

There was something larger at the bottom of the bag. Shuffling the remaining gifts, Silya noticed it was a present addressed to herself: A Snowday Rainbow Monkey.

After giving the others around her a cautious glance, she sealed the bag back up.

"What brainiac thought it was a good idea to do all this right in the middle of a fight?!" someone asked dubiously.

"Who do you think?" another pushed back with a clear excitement.

"Did anyone catch anything on the security cameras?!"

A flash of red stood out among the blue and white decorations. Silya craned her neck around to see her boss on the other side of the tree, a shoe-sized box in his hands. He popped open the ribboned lid and stared at what was inside.

Silya couldn't see the gift herself: She could only see Dexter's reaction to it. The boy genius blinked a bit and started to rub his eyes from underneath his glasses. Although he was already fairly hidden from the crowd where he stood, he ducked his head low as if to cover his face with the tall collar of his lab coat. Out of respect, Silya averted her own gaze—only then spotting the plate that Lemon had left behind, with the treats that once covered it having been eaten.

She smiled. Guess everyone gets to feel like a kid again at this time of year, huh, Dex?

Feeling a bit bolder herself, she fished the plushie back out of the sack and gave it a soft squeeze.

Merry Christmas, Boss. Glad you finally made it on the Nice List.

I could totally see Bubbles hanging out with Deedee or Blossom cooperating with Dexter to craft them gadgets and stuff...the girls don't really need gadgets but a whole "man in the chair" dynamic between Dexter and the girls sounds fun.

Now, having the girls go up against Monkey...oh that'd be exciting!!

Powers, Abilities, and Weapons

Despite having no superpowers, Dexter is a force to be reckoned with:

Super-Genius Intelligence: Dexter is one of the smartest humans on Earth, who despite his young age created his own lab and have made great discoveries and scientific inventions.

Chemical Intuition: Likely a result of his own master-intelligence, Dexter possesses a chemical intuition, allowing him to understand chemistry on high level and do research in the field.

Master Mechanic and Inventor: Dexter has master-intellect which allows him to create and repair scientific wonders and sci-fi machinery. His list of inventions includes but aren’t limited to:

Dexo-Transformer: An exoskeleton designed to use it in order to beat some bullies during dodgeball practise, later used against the Powerpuff Girls.

Hand-to-hand Combat: Despite his small stature and geeky appearance, he does possess a basic hand-to-hand combat skill.

Marksman: Dexter has shown to be able to throw geometry triangles and “Dexterrangs” like boomerangs and ninja stars, with a high accuracy. He also is able to fire a grappling magnet with that same accuracy.

Mecha Piloting: Dexter is a capable Mecha Pilot and has used this to pilot several of his own mechas.

Swordmanship: Dexter is able to wield a rapier and light saber in battle.

Appearance

Dexter is a bit short, although somewhat taller than in his original appearance. He has ginger curly hair with some spikes at his crown and a short mullet. He still wears his semi-circular glasses. but it is revealed that he has blue eyes. Most of the times he is seen wearing a white lab-coat, the top half buttoned while the bottom is left unbuttoned. Underneath he wears a normal black shirt. He wears blue pants and are stuck into his black boots. In addition to that he also wears purple gloves. In his school uniform he still wears the same only his white lab shirt more open.

Personality

Dexter is a supremely brilliant boy with a vast knowledge of all sciences. Though American, Dexter speaks in a Russian accent. However, Dexter also possesses a massive ego and hates all things that are stupid. But unlike the TV series, he’s notably more mature in personality being less arrogant and more caring, especially since he’s a member of the Genie Team. Despite being excessively irritated with Dee Dee due to her constant interference and stupidity in the past, he still loves her and cares about her.

As a side note: after meeting the Twin Cities Zephyr twins, Jimmy Goard and Jerry Guord, Dexter called Ratchet and Wheeljack and told the two about what the two streamliners said about his lab recieving Cybertronian upgrades and Cybertronian supercomputers. After Zachery (me) explored the lab with Ash, May, Max, Ukyo, Shampoo, Norman and Caroline, half of Dexter’s Laboratory received those Cybertronian upgrades from Ratchet and Wheeljack, who used Cybertronian technology to make half of the lab even greater. Dexter, after being taught by the two Autobots on how to use the Cybertronian upgrades, is very greatful and uses the Cybertronian-upgraded technology to make his inventions and uses the Cybertronian-upgraded computers to type away at. Some of these Cybertronian-upgraded computers are the same type as the one seen in the Project Chimera segments of the show “Transformers Prime”, albeit with lights+shades of blue and white rather than orange and yellow. And these computers have a similar function; Cybertronian robotic engineering and robotic construction. There are also Cybertronian-upgraded supercomputers that Dexter uses to keep files of his experiments safe and some of the Cybertronian-upgraded supercomputers are used to analyze ancient languages and decipher them, as well as being able to help identify different animal species and being in frequent contact with the Autobots on Cybertron. On top of that, these Cybertronian-upgraded supercomputers allow Dexter’s lab to link up to/connect with Cybertron’s own supercomputers; Teletraan and Vector Sigma. And last but not least, Dexter uses the regular supercomputers and the Cybertronian-upgraded supercomputers to analyze and identify the best strategies for the Genie Team to use when facing baddies, kinda like Sailor Mercury’s visor and little supercomputer. He also uses the supercomputers to analyze and create blueprints for any future inventions. The boy genius also has a collection of iPad Pro sized iPads with holographic screens (like in detective pikachu). And Dexter was also given a collection of exosuits (similar to the one as seen in rise of the beasts) to use whenever he needs to or if his Dexo-Transformer (the exoskeleton he used against Buttercup) gets fatally damaged.

#002 Prologue

You wake up in a hotel in room, more alone than you've been in a long time

You're Brick, as in one of the three Rowdyruff boys. There's what seems to be a smart watch on your wrist. There's also a business card with your full name that states you're here as the ultimate sled dog racer. Brick Jojo... You haven't gone by that in a while. Where you were, there wasn't really a use for last names. You briefly try to remember the last time you used this talent in question.

Your memory of the past few years is almost completely blank

Briefly you look around the room. It has a bed, a chair and some tables, a closet that seems to be filled with things you normally wear, a separated bathroom, and a tv turned to sort of a jungle scene.

After a few minutes what seems to be a black and white monkey with a shadow cast over its face climbs onto the branch and begins to speak. Normal people would probably be confused but you're used to monkeys who can talk by now. Though it doesn't seem to be the one you're thinking of.

"All Guests, please make your way to the dining room on the 7th floor" it speaks before a red eye glows and the tv channel changes back to nature ambiance.

You figure that you're probably one of the guests and leave your room to look for where that actually is. The number outside of your room is 11, and your watch will lock and unlock it. There's an elevator with a guide that indicates currently, you are on the correct floor. You follow the map until you find what seems to be the dining room.

15 other people are in this room. Most of them you have never seen in your life but you recognise a handful of them. It seems your brothers, Boomer and Butch, are here too. You give a brief nod of acknowledgement, which they return.

There are four people right now who aren't currently engaged in conversation, you could keep to yourself but if you talk to someone else you might have a better idea of what's actually going on.

One guy is in a shiny black hat and seems more nervous than anyone else. You think that he might be easy to persuade and intimidate, but he also seems to be doing something complex with his hands which makes you wonder what hes capable of

Another guys outfit sets off some kind of alarm in your head. For some reason you find lab coats intimidating and the fact that you can't see his expression behind his glasses isn't exactly helping. But maybe if he's a self proclaimed villain he won't make the same negative assumptions about you that others do

A girl with blonde hair and intense eyeliner seems to be trying to figure people out, just like you. You think she's muttering something under her breath but they don't seem to be words in a language you understand

A different girl, in a bow, is unusually calm. Wait... You recognize this girl. Oh shit, she's one of the Powerpuff girls. Normally you'd avoid them like the plague but... At least she's someone you know is smart and probably won't try to kill you.

Look, I'm a 2000's kid who just happen to like Old CN shows. And love to learn silly Cartoon and Media facts and trivias

But all honestly I love Dexter's Lab and the side shows within the show itself, like Diel M for Monkey and Justice Friends. And maybe that started my love for Superheroes genre in general.

But if I had to pick my fav cartoon... It would be Courage and OG Ben 10

They have such good characters, villains and character designs/artstyle.
