Unfortunately true health does not come with cheat days. Some might say I'm nuts for having all of these sick feeling symptoms all the time, but I think the reason that I feel so many symptoms is because I'm right on the edge of feeling better. Where as some people who don't feel as many symptoms or no what their symptoms are caused by might have so much build-up that they don't feel a damn thing they might not understand what's going on in their body. While toxins are eating away at your healthy cells you experience brain fog muscle cramps sleepiness unexplained anger even extreme hunger at times. Resulting in blaming it on society the car in front of you that from your perspective cut you off and you took it personally, some even blame good food that you ate last night that really was helping you by giving you the shits because your body was already toxic. Let that sink in.

I could go on but I'm really no doctor I'm just a self practitioner who hopes to be a professional nutritionist in the future. No nutritionist or doctor knows everything they are simply just a magician with high hopes that their tricks will work with the correct protocol.

Saturday night and dinner isn't sitting right. It won't go down, it won't digest! I tried everything, EVERYTHING! It just wouldn't go. So here I am, trying to sleep, but feeling nauseated. It's now after midnight. I'm tired and feeling yucky. Back and forth, back and forth to the bathroom I go feeling like I need to throw up, but nothing is coming out. So, I take matters into my own hands, well literally a finger, and up chuck the boogey and away it goes, literally all in the toilet. Sunday, feeling drained, tired, headache, my tummy aches, can't eat, can't drink. Slept almost the entire day. My body is yelling at me, trying to tell me something, but what. WHAT IS IT??? WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO TELL ME?? Finally, I had a glass of water. It stayed down. Victory. Later on after a little research, I tried a drop of lime and ginger in my belly button. Oh MY WORD!! The nausea slowly began to fade. Great, repeat again after a few hours. Success, I had crackers and they stayed down. Fast forward to Monday night. Headache hits, nausea again, digize and ginger in my belly botton, force myself to sleep. Tuesday morning (this morning) headache still there, a little nauseated, but I think I can handle going in to work. Go to work, headache increases, nausea rises, oh boy! Where is my headache relief, no where in sight. Peppermint isn't working, pain relief roller isn't helping at all. Come home, searching, finally, found my M-Grain roller. Applied it. Relief within 5mins. 🤗 I can deal with the nausea as long as it's not accompanied by the headache. Tonight's relief, Lime and Ginger! Point is, I can't medicate because I am extremely sensitive to pharmaceuticals and medications, since I've switched to a chemical free life. Essential oils, Young Living essential oils to be exact, have been my saving grace. If you haven't yet tried essential oils, I recommend you give Young Living a try, why? This is why everyone should have Digize in their oily toolbox... Y’all this saved us the other night. Not even joking. My little was tossing and turning in his sleep then finally woke up. He told me his belly had a boo boo. I rolled this around his bellybutton in a clockwise motion and he instantly went to sleep. No tossing. No turning. 3 hours later he woke up, I rolled it on and he went back to sleep. When he finally woke up he felt GREAT! Not a single complaint at all! Since he got sleep, so did his momma!
