WIP!!

Ive taken to drawing TMNT like a fish to water, just LOOK at how cool this is turning out so far?!

Comparing this to my first TMNT art and ive gotten the hang of drawing them so fast. Its crazy.

I recently read Do I Look Like Him by @chil-aglia. I really liked it and I also liked his oc Caden and how he has to live with Leo inside his head.

Decided to draw what future Donnie looks like in the DILLH AU

He’s very close to his canon design but I gave him a scar on his cheek and some scars on his fingers.

Hey I am absolutely in love with your Do I Look Like? fic! It is absolutely phenomenal!

In the latest chapter Jill thought how Hal looks like Martin and I was kinda curious if ever intend on having Jill bring it up or if Hal has ever thought of that himself like before the story or if or when Jill brings it up if that's the first time. I'm just really curious if as Hal transitioned more and started HRT if he noticed how he was looking more and more like his father.

Also really looking forward to Hal having conversations with Ollie and Barry! I really loved that scene were Hal was listening in on Barry and Ollie, and Ollie was like Hal is still Hal. Peak. Lovely work! Looking forward to more chapters!

I think DILLH!Hal knows objectively on some level that he looks like Martin, but it’s not something he tries to thinks about—until Jill shows up and kinda forces him to. I’m not sure how to articulate this, but I think Hal has this Image in his head of what Martin looked and acted like (however accurate it may be) before he died. When Hal thinks of Martin, he positions himself as the 11yo he was when Martin died: he thinks of Martin as being a lot taller than him, older ofc, sterner, etc, traits that 11yo Hal obviously would’ve contrasted against and/or lacked. I think one day maybe in his late 20’s, he happened to see a picture of a younger Martin, and he was like “…huh. I look more like him than I thought. That’s wild,” and proceeded to Not Think About It 👍

I think as Hal transitioned in his teenage years, he would’ve thought more about how he looks more like his brothers, and less like his mother, rather than about his dad. What Hal’s real concern is, with his dad, is if he’s turning into him personality-wise, rather than looks-wise—both that he wants to be more like his dad and also that he doesn’t. It’s complicated. Hal feels subconsciously like he doesn’t measure up to Martin, but he also knows intellectually that what Martin did to him is considered child abuse. I think Martin, also, on some level, represents the pinnacle of masculinity to Hal in both a positive and negative way.

Hal will fs have a conversation with Barry in the future! I’m still working out if I can get Ollie to talk to Hal or Hal to him instead of just ignoring the topic, because I think Ollie understands that this is Not Something Hal wants to be talking about, and Ollie is trying to be a leftist ally lmao

To name a few I'm reading Do I Look Like Him by @chil-aglia and I've been rereading Canary Continuity by @qoldenskies A TON because they are just so so amazing. Guys, if you haven't read these yet, please give them a read and some love they changed my life.

Last Film: Oh man it's been a hot minute. I do think the last movie I watched was the Rottmnt movie, funnily enough.

Last Series: Apothecary Diaries! Ugh it's such a great anime I really like it so far!

Tea or coffee: I drink both on a daily basis pretty regularly XD Usually I'll have tea in the morning and coffee around midday and then tea at night again.

Working On: Oh man! I'm working on so much! XD I'm currently working on my ROTTMNT fan comic Warfare! I'm still working on writing it all out and all that jazz but it's been fun drawing the comic. Working on my ROTTMNT OC Amaris as well and writing her backstory. I'd love to draw her own comic too, eventually. Amongst all of that I'm also working on my own comic with my own OCs too! I'm really excited for that. Also I am in the works of illustrating a children's book! Wow lots going on! I love to stay busy!

Chilaglia listened to the devil on her shoulder when i mentioned how cool it would be if Krang Hounds could be trained like the raptors from JW >:D like cmooooon how has NO ONE done that yet?! The idea is so ripe! SO COOL!!! And i went "why dont we give Caden a pet Krang Hound" :) What does their name mean?:

Ive been struggling to hold back from revealing the full ref until their name was revealed n stuff, i drew them almost 3 weeks ago ehhe. BEHOLD MY TAKE ON A REALISTIC KRANG HOUND!!!!!

Did you know they have really cool anatomy?! Like holy crap, giant ahh stripey dog. AND THEYRE REALLY GIANT!

Looked at a bunch of the movies refs for them to get a gist of the size and what traits id end up using. I saw they had more of a fleshy spikey spine thing going on but then i wondered, what if thats actually just matted spikey fur? WHO SAYS THEY DONT HAVE FUR!

AND THEY HAVE GLOWING MARKINGS!!!! HOW COOL IS THAT?!

I like to think the hue can change too, headcanons galore because whos stopping me >:D i did a few versions with different colored glowing stripes and WOW you dont want to mess with Tova when theyre mad.....

A nice size chart for yall, they start off so itty bitty tiny at first and then grow MASSIVE! This isnt even as big as Tova will get, theyll almost double in that size ive shown here at full growth >:)
